Update: We have done some team practices here during off peak times on weekends. It's a really great vibe and fun place to play in a central location. They have added a sign in process but its still first come first serve. You will see the sign up sheets under cover by the picnic table behind the courts. They also now funnel you in by the main building. One of my favorite parks in the City of Miami with lots of shade and free street parking and angled parking spots on the North Side of the Tennis Court. Four tennis courts and two ample hitting walls where racquetball gets priority over tennis. This facility is fun and has a challenge system where the winner stays on certain courts. So if you are feeling competitive this is the tennis club for you! (see my video tour attached).

This park is so ghetto!! I took my nieces here to skateboard and play and it was around 4:30 and these middle school CHILDREN came up to my face cursing me out and the poor park guy came to figure out what happened and the lady in charge of the park with brown hair and glasses said oh well she's an adult and their kids smh

The basketball courts themselves suck. The rims are loose and the backboards seem homemade. But at least there’s a consistent amount of people here almost every night. Mostly a younger crowd. I drove by the area later in the night again (around 8pm) and the park lights were still on. unique during a pandemic 👍

This park is fantastic!! They have completely remodled it. (only the turf soccer field and playground are still in the process of completion). They have a brand new aquatic center and basketball courts which are already open. They upgraded the baseball field, tennis courts, racketball, outdoor exercise area, and all the new landscaping looks fantastic! They also have a library, after-school, & summer camp program for kids. They hold lots of different free community events at the park for everyone to enjoy. A fantastic park overall! When they complete it, I don't know any nearby parks that would be able to compete.

Great place for all ages. There is something to do for everyone in the family even the parents. Whether you want to be active or sit down enjoying the fresh breeze under the shade. Also, the water fountain is cold. DEC 2021 UPDATE: Renovation going on, but the park is still open, such as the tennis court, playground, library, and center. The city is renovating the exercise equipment, pool, soccer field, basketball courts, adding more trees and sitting places.

It is impossible to enroll to take swimming classes, it has to be done through eventbrites every last Monday of the month by waking you up at 5: 50 am so at 6 o'clock when they open the tickets to get in every space is sold out in 2 minutes. I mean, by 6 : 03 am all is gone.....puffff.

Located in the heart of Shenandoah. Parking is limited. Plenty of playground activites. Tennis Courts & in-door activity center.

Leafblowers are terrible for people with allergies and Asthma. Please consider a vaccum system instead. I had to leave because of asthma irritated by the dust and filth blown up into the air.

We had a blessed day with ISCHS on the field day At the end it’s our community and we support it The park open late which give you a chance after the kids comes from school and walk to the park while the kids on their scooter or skates, very friendly environment without forgetting the activity during the year from the park staff
