The CocoWalk Shopping Center is in the heart of Coconut Grove. The place looks great after going through some renovation, and the location is perfect! There are a few retail shops and lots of restaurants operating. Plenty of outdoor seating. There's a movie theater on the second level as well as a gym. This is an ideal spot to grab dinner, catch a movie, or have a cocktail. The new design is sleek and better in keeping with what Coconut Grove is trying to do than the old hideous concrete eyesore that was there before, for sure! Very modern and a great place to walk on weekdays or weekends. Parking is a bit confusing and tight but there is plenty (and cheaper) of others parking lots in the area.

Our next food adventure take us to The CocoWalk shopping center located in the heart of Coconut Grove. The place looks modern and with a new structure after a complete renovation and the location is perfect. With different retail stores, a completely remodeled cinema and a gymnasium, it is the perfect place to spend time with the family or watch a movie or share a good coffee, ice cream or a meal in a restaurant. Today for my our new food adventure we chose (Plant Queen) Vegan Cuisine. High recommend place to spend the day with the family.

Cocowalk is the place to be! From the people to all the shops and restaurants. It’s the hottest spot in Miami right now. Feeling the ocean breeze and the good quality air. Nothing like it

Not very big, but very cosy area with its own style and atmosphere. Good for walking, full of bars/restaurants. Has an interesting book store.

LAZ parking on Virginia E street charged us $30 for 58 minutes on a Monday! Absolutely ridiculous, how can you expect people to visit and businesses to boom if parking is absurd?? Will not be returning to this parking garage. There are plenty of other places to go in Miami.

The only thing I found that the shops at Cocoa Walk needs is some Umph ,it's a little dead!? Theater is fire tho!🔥Just GO,you won't regret it! The shops need more something outside theater it's missing something! Remember, this theater is PRICEY! Be prepared if you good with the price 👍🏽worth it to me!

It's not large, but it was very fun visiting. It's great for just taking a walk around the neighborhood, too. Cocowalk and the neighborhood are both beautiful and there are lots of interesting restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the black cherry gelato at Narbona. It was the most delicious gelato and Mauricio was very nice.

This type of shopping mall called CocoWalk should always make sure that it has a website for its own self that would always be able to be as updated as possible and translated into all foreign languages in general for the convenience of any types of users in general and all types of users in general who all ever try look through it all, all alone in particular, but that the mall is also always able to keep all of society as much in the know as possible about what it is that is all ever happening within the type of area that this type of mall itself all alone in particular is ever in such as via email, text-message and/or just whatever forms of online mass-communication that there might all ever be existing nowadays, today in general. Therefore, any sorts of attendees from any parts of the city of Miami, Florida itself all alone in particular will all always be able to attend whatever sorts of big-time types of events that might all ever be happening regardless of whether any one of them are ever taking place within the area of CocoWalk and/or just whatever parts within the city of Miami, Florida itself all alone in particular that they all might all ever take place at in general. Therefore, in that way, all of the types of people all ever working as part of any types of departments within any sorts of shopping malls all throughout the city of Miami, Florida itself all alone in particular aside from just CocoWalk itself all alone in particular will all always be able to be as prepared as possible for whatever types of services that they all might all ever need to provide to any sorts of customers in general regardless of the types of customers that all ever come in general and everything.

Beautiful for any time of the day, from the cinema, shops and restaurants all you need in one place. There is also a big parking lot with reasonable prices

Parking garage is a total joke. Today a young lady literally parked her car on the down ramp, put her hazards on and walked away from the car. Cars backed up and beeping, staff did nothing. I complained but employee couldn’t speak English. New valet parking service makes you wait before exiting garage after you pay so people can pick up their cars and load with packages. You are literally paying to be treated badly… not to mention safety… cars are speeding everywhere in garage. Management needs to realize that parking facilities are at the core and foundation of their business and customer experience. No one will go to this mall if they can’t park. Also validations often don’t work correctly and you end up paying anyways. Epic failure.

It is an amazing area, there you can find all sort of restaurants and bars. Although there are lots of people the places are not so crowded. You can also take your kids and have a good time

I very much miss the old Cocowalk- I understand wanting to renovate or refresh, but maybe doubling down on the Mediterranean/Colonial look would’ve been nicer/cozier than the Anywhere-Mid-Town looking shopping center that’s the current Cocowalk. Sad to see the Brickell-ization of a very historic area. Coconut Grove in general has lost a lot of its character.

Creating an entertainment and shopping experience is important. Service in the theater is an issue, restaurants are good, but the shopping for clothing and novelties are not there.

Shopping here is like at home. You got what you need and enjoy it within. So many stores to choose from. Beautiful place and the staffs are very friendly. They are observing health protocols and of course the place is very clean. I am enjoying this place when I need to unwind from the stress of life. So, If you want to destress? Just come here and you will experience a stress-free moment. Parking space is not so crowded. I will recommend CocoWalk to all of my relatives and friends who are very fond of mall/store hopping. Let's shop and dine.

This is one of the cutest yet sophisticated outdoor shopping centers I've ever been to. There's a great mix of restaurants and shops to visit. The space is clean and vibrant with lots of spaces to sit with a glass of wine and relax. Parking is accessible and reasonably priced. This is a place you'll want to move to.
