Great little strip-mall like shopping experience with a parking deck for convenience. Lots of good places to eat here, you can do your dry cleaning, see a vet, get your haircut or get a wax! Convenient for locals who live here and don't drive.

Street side parking is very limited and the parking garage is now more reasonably priced

I had not been to Oliver's in a while due to going out less due to Covid restrictions. I happened to be in the area on Sunday morning and decided to stop by for breakfast (I normally have diner). I was surprised to find it crowded and I did not have a reservation. The Manager found me a spot at the counter which I gladly accepted. I had the All American (bacon, eggs, breakfast potatoes).coffee and OJ, as that is what I was in the mood for. My server was very efficient, yet friendly, and food was served quickly. She was attentive to my coffee cup. Breakfast tasted great and I left a happy man.

Plenty of local gems nested in The Shoppes. A couple worth mentioning: Tired of subpar service, long waits, and being subjected to periodic power trips from your local Walgreens or CVS pharmacist? Pure Pharmacy (in the shops) is run by a single, friendly pharmacist. Ditch the waits and unfriendly service; they even offer in-town delivery of prescriptions. And if you haven’t had the pleasure, make sure you try the corned beef hash from Oliver’s Bistro for brunch! Hands down, the best on the beach.

The stairwells in the parking garage have a strong urine odor, which is quite unpleasant and can be observed throughout the area.

This parking garage smells like pee and is pretty dirty.

👍👍 This is a beautiful and historic street. We liked how pintoresque and colorful it is. The way is full of restaurants with outdoor sitting. The palm trees and the flowers make it look very pretty. We found a good restaurant where we got Cuban food.

👍👍 Love the low key, neighborhood like atmosphere with those small restaurants and coffee shops. Quiet and interesting part of Miami beach, out of all of the tourists. Reminds me of West Village in New York. There are couple of nice low key restaurants. There is a Publix with free parking, also big Cit...
