Poor customer service, actually the worst in Miami. They got angry when you did not buy what they want to sell, i felt like if i were in a market in Cuba.

Westland Malll offered me an all inclusive safe heaven. A well organized, clean and safe environment that have all my needs and wants in one place. It's nice. But let me tell you why I hate the mall... you can stop reading if you want to. Why do people have to constantly be approaching you trying to sell stuff? Why can't you just walk and browse and buy things you want? I don't want to be forced to smell your perfumes or look at your wares. If I want that I will approach you.

This mall is great lots of stores, very clean, a good food court. The parking area is huge. The mall is very small. The upside is you can come in and out. I come here a lot to buy clothing and shoes.

Once this mall was the go to place for fine shopping. Unfortunately it is a mere ghost of what it once was. With Sears gone as well as the Sears Automotive the rest of the stores are serving a younger demographic. Several of the stores are not well kept or clean. The staff in several stores are more interested in playing with their cellphones than serving customers. Their is a good selection of restaurants that are doing well as well as Macys of course. Parking is plentiful and close to the entrances. I hope management of some of these establishments step up and revamp their look as well as the staff that is unwilling to service the clients. This is my hometown and I wish the best for its success.

I am a regular customer of this place. Pandora Jewelry at Exquisite Jewelers !!Today I happened to stop by the store to buy my daughter’s birthday present. I have always dealt with very kind and patient salespeople but the salesperson who attended me today was very disgusting. His initials are VR !!! This salesperson needs an urgent customer service course…. If you don’t have the patience to deal with people then this is not the right place for you. Mind you, he’s not giving me anything for free I spent $ 225.00. You don’t want to sell then leave and give others the opportunity that was given to you!!!

In the days of mall’s dying off, this one is pretty decent. Several good anchor stores and quite a few good little boutique stores. My favorite was the Cafe Bombon coffee in the center of them all. The barista was very helpful and patient with the language barrier.

Had an ok selection of stores. JCPenney is here. Nothing special though, no GameStop that my son wanted to go to or any video game shop. It does have some cool clothing shops including a very nice hot topic that is bigger than most other malls. A great candy store as well. Decent food options. Most shoppers will find what they are looking for here, just not electronics or collectibles cards and that kind of thing.

The mall is great. Been coming here for years and sadly the selection of stores kind of went downhill but the food court is amazing. The restroom at this mall is also amazing. They also have an area for kids that is clean. This mall is clean and I definitely appreciate that! The quality at this mall is definitely improving. Just wish there were better stores here. Also this mall has tables for gaming such as dominoes sooo also a major plus!

Variety of stores, but very pricey due to location compared to malls farther from the city. Food court doesn't have much selection, but it's a cool place to be with your friends.

The mall is small compared to malls like Dolphin or International. It does get very crowded. I feel like everyone in Hialeah likes to hang out there. My favorite stores there are H&M and Earthbound. If you would like more variety in stores I recommend going to a bigger mall. The food court here is decent. They have Sbarro.

They could do better than this. They should sell these businesses to locals, that can be present, care about it and perhaps innovate.

Nice, quaint mall. It has a Macy's as anchor store. A few good eateries. Small food court. Plenty of parking. Remember going there in the mid 70's as a kid. Nice upkeep. Cool idea: it has a dominoes area for the latins.

I have never seen a more disgusting office depot i. any other place. The store had a foul odor permeating throughout the entire store. The smell was similar to rotting eggs. How can management allow a store to fall into such disarray with filthy carpets filled with old hardened chewing gum. The gum is especially prominent in the store entry. The cashier was nice. I promise I could not get out of this store fast enough. I don't plan on returning.

Overall experience was pretty good. Pandora store & staff Especially their manager Yari I think is her name. Very professional and helpful. Westland Hialeah Pandora will be our go to for all our Pandora 🎁

Good location in Miami for shopping and Good deals. Clothes and shoes very updated and not outlet quality.

This is our flagship mall, our shopping titan in the Federal republic of Hialeah. It has got quieter since Sears left, but still kicking... I love it is not as crowded as the Dolphin Mall.

It's a decent mall and I've been going there as a kid. It has many shops to choose from, however, I believe it's a bit primitive; it's outdated. It feels like the mall hasn't changed over the years and although it has a lot of shops, it lacks variety.

Be careful as now in the holiday season the anchor stores such as Macy's was closing at 11PM the day I was there, but the mall closed at 9PM... couldn't get back thru the mall to where my car was parked, so exiting from Macy's at sometime after 10PM, had to walk around the end of the mall and about 2 blocks to find my car.

Good store but their food place is very dirty. Lots of flies and roaches are spotted. Go! Shop! But definitely don't eat there for your own sake!

Clean. Offers a coffee/espresso area. Fairly small. Food court has several options and there is a kids play area.

It's been a while since the last time I went to Westland mall, but I went yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise to see what they have done with the mall. Modern, clean, great retails... will definitely go back.

Super fun safe and enjoyable place to spend time with the family and kids a play area for the kids a cool hair cuts near by especially for kid. Usually hold Special events for kids and small enough making it an easy for a grab and go experience bath and body works Victoria secret Macy's JC Pennies chili's los ranchos i heart fries MC Donald subways cricket wireless dots Ice cream are some of the stores you can find at this location

Always out of stock. they automatically stereotype you when you come in, even when you are already wearing a few thousand dollars of pandora jewelry By the looks of it the conversation between the employees must have been juicy, I got looked at like I was interrupting them when I walked in. I always have an issue with this particular location.

Used to come here in the 70s. There were cow patches everywhere. The only anchor was Sears. Across the street they had a Great Eastern home store and a grocery.

I like the food court and I like the American black coffee center in the hallway. it is across the street from Publix. It has a decent length to it considering it’s in a suburb. There are a lot of shops and different restaurants to choose from. It’s a good mall to shop and visit. I do recommend

Good variety of stores and the prices are good. Only negative is the food court. I think there needs to be more choices of places to eat.

It’s an iconic place with great stores and nice restaurants. The ambience is nice and crowded but the overall experience was great.

H&M Store one of my favorites where you always can find a wide variety of very up-to-date and tasteful merchandise. Attentive and friendly staff

On Monday I received a called from the office reminding me about my appointment for 02/20/2024. Young lady were very nice when I asked her to check my insurance for me, she said yes and put me onhold. Omg the manager come to the phone stared screaming and said we're busy right telling me the young lady are new,and she's only 19 years old. Some of the girls are very nice but, some managers are very nasty not fit to be managers at all. Waiting room so small place is packed of patients and no place to sit. Shame on those managers.

Great mall to buy things that you need there is a store for everyone. The restaurants outside the mall are great to.

Truly this place has step up their stores now they have so much more brands and I love the food they offer!! The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars it’s because the parking is always a mission they’re always so packed

It is a nice mall. It is small but have many clean and well decorated stores as restaurants... People who work there are usually nice in their treatment to customers.

Well, shopping for me is relaxation time🙏, something I enjoy👍Everything I have in mind I find it here. The stores are very organized, friendly environment and the staff are very helpful. There are always deals and good prizes.

Not to crowded! And the atmosphere was friendly and upbeat. I always really enjoy coming to this mall and browsing finding things that I really like. I don't like big crowds, people walking into me. So usually I'm in and out. But at Westland I can window shop and my leisure and enjoy I nice sundae at Gelato stand!

Been coming here for years and its looking better by the years you can definitely see the variety of shops 6/10 because it cant be compared to Dolphin nor Aventura

I.went last week to this mall I am glad that I did.It has.change 100% ,it is amazing,beautiful,it looks younger than a 2 years ago.I love it.

The kids playground is very small and needs more security to avoid kids running out of it and getting lost. The food court…they need to get more options, I saw two food businesses closed, not sure why.

I would give a 5th star if Office Depot would come down on prices ... have your people talk to my people I will bring the star you cut the prices

I grew up coming to Westland mall and as a teenager I saw this place grow old and outdated, I honestly thought they were going to close but I'm glad to see them stronger and better than ever! It's renovated and some new brands now live here like forever 21! They have a lounge area for families and kid area that was fantastic!!

The worst worst worst customer service I’ve ever had at this store that’s why it’s in Hialeah , heidy the manger and the fat guy that’s the manger this charm was purchased a week from today and it chipped Bec of how weak it is that it falls from the bracelet after a few days and they cannot exchange it Bec it’s not in the guarantee but I’ve come to this Specific location before and I have changed many charms that have either chipped are broken in half , it’s sad to say that they were no help at all and they were very rude and laughing the entire time . Horrible customer service

Great mall! Tons of stores and brands. Multiple shops and even a food court that also has lots of variety. Been coming here for over a decade and is centrally located with lots of parking.

There’s lots of parking spots safe place to shop plenty of different stores and places to eat has a kids play area and plenty of sales .

A very good place for shopping. You will get almost every brand here with a wide variety of range of everything. Very spacious neat and clean place. Good food court available such that you can spend your whole day easily without any worries.
