Want to have your vehicle towed and pay $150? Shop here!! Went inside to eat and came outside to find our vehicle had been towed. Not a fair situation and no reason why.

You risk having your car towed from here - RK is notorious for towing cars from this lot under the pretense that you’re parking here, and going across the street to the beach. Problem is… they tow multiple cars per day from people who are actually shopping here. Do not risk it! Shop elsewhere!!

Anytime you park here you have to extremely careful even if you are client and go to on of the restaurants or the shops to buy they still towing your car. The place has become very unsafe because is full of homeless . This plaza really needs to improve in terms of security and everything.

Car Mafia. Scam. Towing. Do not support any of the stores in this RK shopping malls (Sunny Isles Beach) as you will likely be towed to the tune of $275+ dollars. No one can explain what we did wrong and there aren't any signs posted anywhere of any parking rules/violations. SCANDALOUS & UNSCRUPULOUS!!!

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. Large parking lot has 1 sign up on the Marshalls wall and the other is blocked by the signage as you pull in to the lot that advises you will be towed if you park there. We arrived at 2 pm and were towed by 3 pm. Lack of signs is intentional in order to get as many guests towed as possible. What a sham. Save yourself the $210 towing fee and whatever you have to pay to get to your vehicle and park somewhere else.

I have not and will not visit this establishment after reading 54 of the 57 reviews, 54 stating their CARS WERE TOWED! Omg no no no will never ever step foot in this crooked place. I have never heard of such a scam being overlooked by Law Enforcement. Sorry for all the innocent people just wanting to help the economy.

Do not park here you will be towed even if you shop here. $150 charge plus $15 Uber to pick it up. The towing signs are not clearly visible from most of the parking spots. The sign is that small white thing on the right corner…I’m not sure how this is legal.

The worst place ever, they towed our car while we were shopping at Marshalls. We called several times to speak with security or the offices, they never called us back. Other shoppers and businesses around had the same experience. Don’t go there!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and do not go shopping there. They are crooks ! They towed our car illegally. The service is subpar and they do not return calls or take care of their clients. What a shame. Business owners, find somewhere else to lease… There are way better places. They are completely dishonest.

Avoid This Plaza - Unjust Towing Policy I had a terrible experience at this plaza while shopping at Marshals. Despite being a customer, my car was towed away without any explanation or valid reason. Other customers had the same experience as us. The management failed to provide any justification or valid grounds for towing my car, leaving me stranded and frustrated. The lack of transparency and customer care is utterly disappointing. Beware of their unfair towing policies that can ruin your shopping experience without warning. A complete disregard for customers' concerns. Avoid this place at all costs!

What an organized crime on the part of the towing service, the shopping center and the local spies who are there monitoring if anyone wants to leave the parking lot like in our case. Here I mean the parking lot on the other side, right in front of the shopping center. I believe that the same applies to this parking lot, that it is all the same. We stopped with the intention of having breakfast in a nearby bar. As it was crowded, we decided to take a short walk to the beach and then have breakfast. After 6 minutes, we received a notification that the car was in motion. The towing service took over the car literally immediately. What a fraud and abuse of the law. I would understand if we left the car for 15 minutes or half an hour, but this is just pathetic. We even saw the police on parking. I would not say that they are not familiar with this fraud and that this robbery of the people in general does not excite them. The average of towing vehicles is a minimum of 5 vehicles per hour. Breakfast cost us $250 ($210 car pickup + $9 Uber + $30 food). Very cheap! It is simply unbelievable to me that city officials tolerate this. I'm just now seeing how many comments there are regarding this scam. I'm sorry I didn't read the comments earlier. I wish this mall RK Centers and the towing service Dolphing towing (14710 W Dixie Hwy) bankrupt as soon as possible and I wish the local spies to have no money for medicine when they really need it!

Warning to anyone who wants to enjoy Sunny Isles beach do not PARK HERE! TOURIST ARE NOT WELCOME! This is a busy area so we are looking for parking, we didn't see an sign that say towing for none shopper or mall plaza shoppers, no sign in the islands in the parking area. If we missed it then that is not visible bec as a frequent traveler we look for this warnings. But their PLAZA staff are fast in reporting you to be towed $145 if you get it now or $200+ the next day. I am so happy to pay a parking fee if visible sign are there. Place in in the middle of each island on the parking spot. Take my money by all means but we fair with your warning. I know you all get commission from those towing company to you get a cut but be fair to tourist who spend money to come and enjoy your island but then again who need us right? When we called the police they immediately know we are towed. I know you want your parking to be used for your shop goers but be a kind business establishment and let there be signs around. RK Centers thank you for letting us know not to park in your parking lots as tourist. AS WE ARE NOT WELCOME

We gave business to this local mall while they were towing our car. The parking spaces are unmarked for towing. Not only is this highly unethical, it also comes at the expense of local businesses. Do not park here.

Since the associate who is responsible for their customer service is a stuck-up @ss, whatever your complaint is, you have no one to talk to. They are disgusting and inhumane. Update, I was speaking on the phone with Jeffrey Leary, Florida Region General Counsel, he was that disgusting and stuck-up associate. Shame on them.

RK Plazas in this area are both incredible and peppered with an incredible stores and small restaurant, but also slightly dangerous for your car. As the owners of the plazas trying to prevent public parking and going to the beach, they sometimes (quite often) tow innocent plaza visitor cars, so please beware when you visit and keep your eye on the vehicle as someone else is most likely looking at it right this second. That is the only reason the rating is 3 stars, otherwise this would be a 6 star as some of the stores located in this area and just incredible, from Milams (a luxury grocery store) located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, to the amazing GYM, Starbucks and a whole sleuth of mini restaurants and services (hair, nails, medical center, dentist office, travel agency) you name it and most likely they have it. Plenty of parking, but beware of the comment above, even if you park on the back of the plaza, which could be double dangerous, not only you will get towed, in a likely flash flood, the back of the plaza floods 4 feet high, so for all those Rolls Royce owners that got tired of paying $3,000/month lease, this is certainly is an option.

BE AWARE! BE AWARE! Dolphin towing do criminal work everyday. The parking in RK plaza is useless. Everyone works in dolphin company and RK management must be arrested. They towed my car without visible sign of warning for customers. No sign said if you across or leave properties, they will tow your car. They took pics of mine. It is very illegal. I think the Dolphin towing company has commission with RK plaza management. I believe RK plaza will lose a lot of potential customers.

When you see words β€œluxury”, β€œelite”, β€œpremium” in the name of the business on the plaza you know you are in Russian neighborhood.
