I love Ross dress for less. But at this particular location they close at 4:30 for some reason and at 4:05 I was getting ready to go out the rear exit and the gate came sliding down and almost hit me. They should make customers aware of this situation on top of it all I have a broken foot and I have walked all the way to the back to exit and then I had to walk all the way back to the and walk around the entire building to get to my car security lady in the front of the store was terribly rude and it was just a bad experience I will never ever visit this Ross again

Used to be a wonderful mall, but there’s maybe like 3 - 4 stores there nowadays.

Home depot store have verity product and materials you need to fix your home or construction supplies to get a project done. I highly recommend anybody to go home depot., They customer services is excellent very helpful, I like👍,It's a good places to buy products and materials you needs to fixes your home and business and so on.

Many shelves were empty but I understand that stock up is on Saturday mornings. Good experience overall. Surprised at how busy the parking at this time of night.

Overcrowded and filthy and the population of aggressive panhandlers grows by the day. The produce is mediocre at best and process are no longer the lowest in town. Nevertheless, people flock there in droves, more out of habit than a well thought out choice. I will say this, though, 3AM at Walmart is still a unique experience.

Place looks abandoned. It seems like an empty warehouse. The location and community is a plus. It is just the owners not putting the effort in making it a great mall. Wish I could invest.

Horrible I was in line and this girl Marie came to talk the cashier and She was ignoring me and I told her please I have to go so She and Marie started making fun of me and She said "call the manager I will find another job" I told her you call her I do not work here and you don't give orders. I been shopping at this location for years and this is first time this happened. I was upset and the reason I did not go to speak to a manager was because I bought some Ice scream and it was a hot day.

This place is not what it used to be in the '80s. Kind of run down and empty. I would suggest being very careful when going there

This place just isn't the same.... missed the place and have been many years but nothing here really, reminds me of a flea market, but memories are worth a lot more...

This 'mall' only has 2-3 stores. Everything else is closed. They should probably sell the land to a developer.

I grew up going to this mall. It's changed. A lot. What was once pleasant an open-air promenade is now just another concrete jungle with the same old tired stores and clothes.

Is clean, it is safe due to police presence, and you have a pizza shop here that's delicious a martial arts center there for kids. My grandkids used to go there. Winn-Dixie, which has excellent deals on steaks and other things you have TJ Maxx, and most importantly, that I love is Duffy for the DJ on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, possibly Sunday!

This Ross is set up a little strange but they do have nice and cheap things. They are connected to a small mall but the entrance inside to the mall is closed so you would have to walk around. I never understood why they do that. It doesn't get crazy packed like other Ross's do. Can't go wrong with cheap prices and okay quality.

Very cheap! Sometimes they have what you want.

Poor selection, long lines at check-out. Store is not well maintained. For the same price and a clean enjoyment, my money is on TJ Max.

Great mall - it is a little deserted which is sad but there is a good selection of stores such as Marshalls and Ross that have a really great stock of items. The mall is also decently clean which is also really great. Overall highly recommend the mall!

Miami Carnival 2k23 Savage Mas Productions...

My pickup order at Walmart was very fast today with easy parking at the designated area! I was pleasantly surprised because recently I've had to wait a VERY long time to even get a space but the store has aparently fixed that issue. An employee told me that more people are opting for delivery as well which helps greatly!

The store is always in a mess and the lines are always long, which causes me to put back what I was about to purchase. I work downtown and I frequently shop at Ross, I also noticed that the prices are much higher than other stores for the exact same thing.

Often go just to sit down and visit or eat. Love Marshall's and especially the escalator. Nice quiet place to visit with a friend.

Did not like it the mall itself inside is a ghost town. Feel sorry for the 3-4 stores open inside. It is better to go to the stores outside.

I don't rate 5 stars because the floor was dirty, positive that the clothes were organized and the line to pay was quick even though the line was long. Good attention. 

Would be better if certain shops were open when they have posted but otherwise a good place

Wow. Look so different. I was shopping here when I was living in Miami. I move to another state. I'm visiting my family and we were in this store. What a surprise for me.

Only went to the TJ Max here. The selection was pretty good. Not super crowded. Clean, pretty organized. I think worth a shot. My friend found several things for work (female) and I found several casual things (male). I didn't see much for men's professional wear. I've been to several stores in this strip. One of the biggest Publix I've ever been in! Chinese buffet is good here too! Checked out the Good Will here and donated stuff. You have to drive around back for that. I had never been inside a store. Good stuff actually.

I visited three stores located in this mall. All three stores were poorly stocked, clothes strewn all over the floor and no staff person to provide assistance.

Lovely Clothes. Need more help. Keep clothes from falling on floor. Most of the time I seen people walk on these clothes. What a shame.

I visited the Walmart and the A/C wasn't working properly. It was a busy day and there wasn't enough cashiers to accommodate the customers. I would love to see a Movie Theatre in the mall on the second and third floors. It would be great if a food court or a 2 - 3 restaurants were there as well.

I’ve been going here for years, I’ve seen so many stores come and go but something about this mall is very nostalgic and I still love it. There’s this little food stand in the middle of the mall that sells really good snacks and food now while the mall itself has had some major setbacks and decreases they have been thriving a lot. I just wish people could open up more of their businesses there because there are a lot of stores available on both the top and bottom floor. If more people started buying out the little empty shops this mall could have a chance but I fear that one there there will be no 163rd mall.

I get very weird vibes at the mall but it's my childhood and great deals at the stores there so if you are trying to safe alot of money go there there's barely anybody in the mall and there is a rumor that there are ghosts?!?!?

This so called mall now was all the rage years ago. Unfortunately, it's more like deserted. One key advice...... Please be vigilant by your surroundings. I've seen this happen ----- you buy expensive $150+ sports shoes and they'll be a couple of people working together and see when your leaving to your car. Be careful. Go to a safe and amazing mall about 5/10 minutes away.

Not really a mall anymore. Not to many stores left. Went next door to the Walmart. What a zoo. The carts were outside of the store, the lines for checkout went to the back of the store. It was like a jungle. Needless to say we didn't shop there and went somewhere else.

Used to be much better. Now it's an old mall with huge open area for parking lot that one would use only during busy hours, when people are around. Not a welcoming place.

Ratchet is all I can describe it. The bathrooms are the worst and most disgusting. It’s not a mall for real. This “mall” doesn’t have bright lights at all.

I like the fact that you can simultaneously can curb pick up your Walmart groceries and then Pick up your lunch or dinner at Panda express. All at the same spot. And if you need to do some banking or ATM needs it's also in the same complex. I do this once a week. Save me a lot of time.

Very well atmosphere, good staff and have the needs on what a family need and I admire the fact of asking for help and they are there to assist your desirable needs and please if you haven't been then you should go an experience a good atmosphere of very good experience staff who cares.

Ross store, at this location, is definitely not the best one I have visited. It's not too spacious and it looks and feels very crowded. Not enough cashiers. Their merchandise, and prices, continues to be very good.
