Shopped here a few times while in town. The prices are surprisingly not too high. The store itself usually looks clean, well stocked and slow moving 🤣...... Hints use the self check-out folks.

I go here because the location is convenient but the prices are through the roof. The ladies at the customer service counter seem over worked and I was treated very rudely last time I was there to get a money order. The employee got in trouble for her attitude. I used to get the season salmon here which is delicious although a bit pricey. But last time I went the lady at the seas food counter was using her phone with her gloves on. These are the gloves she uses to grab your fish filet or shell fish. I asked her to get new gloves before getting my fish and she wasn’t happy about it. Another issue I have is that I’m assuming they have police officers at the door for a reason well, they’re always on their phones unaware of their surroundings.

Is this why Publix is becoming? Deli closing everything done 1.5 hours prior to closing. Entire hot food case empty. No fried chicken. Then tried to order a sub and we were told by the deli employee they were out of bread. How does a deli run out of bread when the bakery is literally 10 steps away. The employees obviously didn't want to work and were only concerned about closing and leaving even though they had 1.5 hours to go. No management supervision and when I let him know he stated it was not acceptable but unfortunately that did nothing for me as a customer.

Very busy and very well kept. With a few exceptions ( for example, at the info desk), staff and management are very courteous, knowledgeable and always ready and willing to help. Always fully stocked with fresh produce, meats, seafood, sushi...If they don't have it, they'll be get it for you and if it's not in stock, management will special order it for you. Since the recent management change, things have improved daily. There is ample parking, a seating area next to the deli and an on-premises Starbucks (no seating) . Overall 5*****. Highly recommended.

Seen Publix on TV here in Barbados. It was great seeing a grocery store with a lot of variety. The prices were good.

Stopped by for lunch to get a sub and the chicken tenders were cooked perfectly. The employees working at the deli counter were friendly and efficient. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to make my sub and get me on my way during lunch rush.

While Ashely was making my Philly sub, my heart was falling in love. The station was super clean, the product very organized and the smile didn’t leave her face. From cutting the bread to chopping the mushrooms, onions and the meat, she is a true caring, smart and talented. Speaking perfectly Both English and Spanish, that is Treasure. I hope Publix will recognize such a talented person. She can contribute to the growth of the company in many ways. Thank you Ashely!

Publix is pretty expensive compared to other grocery stores such as Aldi or even Target. Shelves were a bit empty today, couldn't find orzo pasta. Overall there's a good variety or items. If parking is full on the second level of the garage check out the 3rd level. Lots of open spaces.

Publix Super Market at 18Biscayne Shopping Center on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami is a well managed Publix location that has everything that you need and more. I really like the location and selection that they have available here. The staff here is very resourceful and helpful.

Store conveniently located on Biscayne Ave. A large selection of products is available. The store is clean and well maintained which is always a plus. There is a Starbucks inside for all coffee lovers. Overall good store but prices are usually higher than at other retailers.

What a miserable Deli experience at this Publix. I don't typically write negative reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. BUT I've had it with this Deli. EVERYTIME I order an online pickup sub Order, it is ALWAYS LATE and WRONG. I don't get it, how hard is it to make the order to what the receipt says? On top of it, the staff working the deli look miserable and angry every time and take forever. It's like chit chatting is the priority vs. getting the LINE infront of them serviced. Having been in the food service industry myself, management needs to take a deeper look at this service. Very disappointing for a Publix, might want to take a look at the Publix establishments ran in NE FL, you might learn a thing or two about service.

Esperanto was very nice unfortunately I do not speak Spanish but smiles need no language. Needed a price check and Joe jumped up and offered and was very accommodating. Price came back higher then expected but because they were so nice and willingly jumped to help I purchased the item. Those 2 are keepers. 😊

I received GREAT service from Beverly who works at subs station. Not only she provided a great service she also made the BEST VEGAN sandwich ever!! I did not know that Publix offer vegan subs since it wasnt listed on the web. Beverly recommended this sandwich and it was fantastic!

My trip to Miami was great, stayed at an Airbnb, and this was the closest store. It had everything that i needed. I loved it. One of the items rang higher then what was listed on the tag and they quickly change it to the price that was listed with proof!! When i come back to Miami definitely will ship there again!!

Love this Publix. 😀 it was big and the store was neat and clean, which was expected. I didn't expected a dining area with utensils, napkins, and condiments. The bakery had variety of pastries included but not limited to Jamaican beef patties, samosas and fried mashed potato ball stuff with beef or chicken 😋 ( I forgot the name but it was yummo) there's also a Starbucks. The deli was lovely and the rest of the store was nice but the bakery was my favorite area and Nora was a big part of that she was pleasant and gentle encouraged me to try a new pastry which I loved. Thanks, Nora. Thanks Publix for continuing the awesomeness, no matter the location.

Always a pleasure shopping at this particular Publix! Everything is kept very clean, neat and tidy. It's very well stocked and a good place to find hard to come by items. The gentlemen working the produce aisles are the nicest and friendliest employees, they even remember retuning customers which is a nice plus! Bakery personnel is also very helpful and eager. Cashier's and baggers are amazing too! The fishmonger and deli sections could use a Little tuning (a bit slow and not always friendly) but all in all good service. I'm Happy to call this my neighborhood Publix where I enjoy doing my weekly shopping

I always try to stop by for Publix because I love the Deli’s variety! Today few minutes ago I stop by, 3 employees were preparing orders and never look at me, after a supervisor told them I was a customer, the lady that take care of me, was rude the slices were gross and she left me without notify me that will take care of a pick up order, definitely no will buy here again, no matter the convenience location after left my kid to school! I appreciate customer services, manner and respect for the clients, lack of that cause people don’t return again! Don’t like the work don’t do it! Show respect and empathy with others is the only way that everybody will feel the appreciation!

Clean and vibrant. Lots of choice to be had. If you're looking for wine check both in store and the liquor store. They do have different selections.

Very clean and well laid out! Of all the supermarkets. Publix still remains number one, in my opinion. The customer service is a 10+ on a scale of 1-10. Cleanliness, also a 10+. And although the prices are a little high. I prefer to pay that extra few pennies!

This place has everything you need and always great parking inside the parking garage attached to the store. Only 4 stars though because the people lingering outside on the street can be freaky if you’re a lone female trying to walk home.

Great location, parking garage on top with elevators so you don't get wet when it rains. Great Bakery, Deli and Seafood departments. It also has a Starbucks inside! So check them out. 👍

A lot of choices of food, friendly staff and very welcoming. Only one star lost for the use of plastic bags! You need to find a way to reduce it! One plastic bag for each fruit and again at the tills.. I would suggest using a revocable bags!

Really nice interaction with young lady at hot foods deli section. Turned her frown into a smile with a little encouragement and positivity. You never know what people are going through. Being kind matters. Also conversated with a nice customer coincidentally from VA, too, retiring soon to GA. Great interaction! I love when others respect and embrace diversity like I do. First visit to a Publix and enjoyed it in Miami.

I had their chicken tender meal, definitely 10/10. Delicious, moist.chicken, GENEROUS portions! I loved that they have a lot of choices and generous portions for fresh food. For regular groceries I found it little pricey.

I was in town on duty, as a personal care provider for a close friend. This store offers free parking in the attached parking garage (a super plus in Miami). The staff in the pharmacy were always ready with a warm smile and greeting and extremely helpful when I was getting her prescriptions filled. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly despite it being a very busy store. They kept well stocked during the week we were there and visited. Keep up the great work Publix team!

Terrible attention from this cashier, while she was idle talking to other colleagues I had to bag all my groceries without any help from her, there were people waiting in line and she didn't bother to help me with my groceries. They shouldn't have staff like that.

This is one of the nicest places I've been to. They have everything set for the pick. I go there once in a while to collect some money through Western Union so I can buy me a few things that I need. The service is courteous and polite and the food is fresh and tasty.

Large place and convenient location if you live in edgewater.

Michael the pharmacist is the nicest helpful person. I recommend the pharmacy to everyone. The food shopping is a little expensive and it’s usually packed with parking being a haste and the electric stairs are usually broken so u have to use a packed elevator. No respect for covid!!

They cater to upper class. I stood first in line at the customer service desk trying to get a money order for at least 12 to 15 minutes. While they just let everyone walk-up and skip me. When I finally hello I'm here. Omg! They act like I said this is a robbery. Listen the line was supposed to be behind me. But it's a beautiful store and there's plenty of parking. If you don't look the part, they want pay you any mind at customer service desk even if your where the line is posted.

Rude staff, not clean. Waited at the deli for lunch meat for a total of 20 minute, had my number and yet no service, 1 lady was busy slicing cheese, couldn't give a head turn and see customers waiting. One gentleman came out of the back, didn't look like he worked at the deli. But stared at the sandwich counter, shooked his head and returned to the back? Gave up, decided to finish my shopping with fresh lunch meat(selection wasn't that good) went down the bread aisle and 2 workers were discussing about what was need, they were talking about work( good thing) but did they to block the aisle? Walked around to next aisle and came back to the bread aisle. All and all wasn't happy and probably never return!

Such a great store. So clean and organized. Everyone is nice and helpful. There's even a starbucks. The sushi selection was incredible.

Although the selection and prices are competitive; the service is horrible especially when it comes to the deli subs and hot food section of the store. We live in very difficult times and I understand it may be hard to get good help but I’m sure Publix offers good pay and good benefits and I’m equally sure there are many people they could hire who have a very positive and happy outlook with their job. Someone once told me it comes from the top down. I don’t think they’ve had the same general managers for very long at this store and that could be the problem. Adding insult to injury; as of three months ago when it was posted no one has responded to this review, further reinforcing the fact that they seem not to care about their customers. Publix "where shopping is NOT a pleasure."

Amazing place. Their bakery has to go food very reasonably priced. They have an in store dining place. The pharmacy was very helpful. I had an out of town prescription and they were extremely helpful as I was in pain.

I really loved the cleanliness of the store. The deli employees can really use some customer service training and hand washing etiquette. I worked for Publix for 5 years and several of the deli associates were not following the Publix way. Now on a positive note the seafood associate steam our crabs and shrimp with so much love. They were delicious! For that alone I give the store 4 stars!

I always shop here since I live nearby. The store is almost always very clean. The associates usually provide a great service but depends on who serves you... Don't visit the store for groceries late in the day because you won't find some items. It's a shame they now close at 10 PM. They used to close at 11 PM before the 2020 pandemic.

Relatively well kept and decent selection. Service is consistent with their brand and the covered, upper level parking feels safer in this part of town. But, bathrooms get LOTS of use and aren't as clean as most other stores of theirs.

It's wonderful that they have a area where you can sit down and eat next to the Deli.... But.... No plasticware forks, no napkins to wipe my hands and I had to go back to the parking lot to get wet naps to wipe down the table because every single table was disgusting. Update: I thought that maybe the Chicken Caesar might of had a fork hidden in it but no so the girl I asked if there's forks in back of the deli had already told me no... So I went to the bakery, the guy walks over to the Deli and opens one of two boxes of forks that were literally at the cash register where the girl who said they didn't have any was standing when she told me that.

Good Publix! Ran in to pick up some quick essentials before heading to the children's museum. They have a Starbucks inside which was pretty cool. I asked someone where I could find apple juice and she said they didn't have any apple juice bottles in the cooler so I said aww man, where can I find regular bottles or juice boxes and she said they don't have any cold ones. I said no, right, I get that, but where can I get apple juice even if it's not cold. It literally took her 5 min to understand me which was so frustrating. Starbucks had one employee and when the second got back to the register she wasn't exactly eager to help. The line was piling up and it made sense they'd have two people working but that wasn't the case, one person was just hanging.

The girl in the alcohol part did not want to be there. She did not want to be stocking and fronting the shelves. She was very dismissive, and seemed to not know anything about the products they had in stock or didn’t have in stock. Gladly I have friends on calls and was able to help guide me all the way from NC LOL!!! But the other part of the store was clean. And everyone was nicer

The line to wait for service deli really confusing. Some workers had a great attitude and personality, while others did not. We ordered for a boat cruise and had plenty enough food. Even though I didn't enjoy ANY FOOD, it was devoured by everyone on board. Clean store and parking was easy.

So, this is a pretty clean store, well stocked and fairly well staffed. The pharmacy is solid, but have had some delays there, but nothing brutal. Parking is there, but people in Miami and shared parking lots... Tough combination .
