Avoid this Publix. I understand that because of its location the customer service is not like your typical Publix. Low class and vulger. The staff treats people just like they would a local Sedanos or Presidente. The parking is horrible, it's not in a great location. The employees are rude and not helpful. The cashier we checked out with was throwing the food to the older man that was bagging it. Been here twice, won't ever return again. Go to the Publix in Coral Way /27ave, the one Miller 56th and 92nd and you'll get the service, cleanliness and find a lot more stock. Avoid this one like the plague, unless if you want to be treated like a third world citizen. Management needs to retrain people please.

The worst customer service desk of life- there's always only 2 ppl and they don't separate Lotto and Western Union- so hurry up & wait...

Can never find products, need to restock more often and the deli is extremely slow waited 20 minutes for a lady to put together one sandwich. Seems to need more employees at the deli area

Deli workers did not understand me speaking English to them. They spoke only spanish. Had a very hard time explaining what I was there for. As much as I tried to go into detail about what I wanted, ended up leaving with nothing I asked for

Most of my times i visit this publix is amazing. Unfortunately this time it wasnt. I had just gotten out of work & i knew i o ly had a few minutes to shop. So i rushed in & this manager stopped me outside & reminded me that i have to hurry while i see a swarm of people walking right infront of me. He clearly is new or doesnt know who i am. Im only come for beer which takes me less than 5 mins. As i walked out, i realized i forgot my cigarettes. Same manager was outside and i asked him if i could go back to get cigarettes & he said NO. mind u there was a line at each register when i walked out. I begged him & he still denied me. So i turned around to go back home & he decided to block the door but while doing so he crashed into me like if i was going to sneak in. He didnt even apologize

The worst. Shelf with 1 or 2 items moved to the front so no one finds out. Liters of soda all the way on the top shelf . There is never soups or freshly cooked items. No Service. No management on site.

Never had a bad experience at any Publix until I came here! The baker at the bakery was nowhere to be found for a few minutes, a lady proceeded to cut in front of me and took the few pastries that were left. I ask the baker if she could make a few more of those same pastries but she told me she wouldn't. It was still early in the afternoon and I don't comprehend why she refused to make a few more for me and for others who were waiting behind me. No effort from her to resolve the lack of pastries, in lazy fashion she told me to check the area where the boxed pastries were, which obviously are not as fresh or appetizing. However, the checkout was a quick process & parking was not too bad. The bottom line is, don't expect much friendliness or effort from the bakery.

They make THE most disgusting subs here. EVERYTIME they are gross. Ordered one online. The bacon wasn't cooked and they put so much sauce on the thing it disintegrated the bread! Another time went in person and saw the lady drop a wrap on the floor and pick it up (touching the floor) put it in the trash but not change her gloves before preparing food. Same day saw another woman take out the trash and then began preparing food in the same gloves. Had to leave the line. Nope. Store itself is small but clean and stocked. But the deli? No.

Very large and well organized aisles. Always found everything I needed here during my stay in Miami. Coming from California, I find the Publix chains and their employees more customer friendly than Safeway. Good deli section, morning coffee and breakfast counter.

Local to me, love the parking , plenty of space on ground level, but when its full there's a second level uncovered of which I never seen filled to the max yet. Well lit and layed out products, nicely organized and clean.

I've been shopping at this Publix for years because it's minutes away from me. The employees have always been very nice and welcoming. It typically doesn't always have everything I need, but given the current economy, that's to be expected. Lately they've begun enforcing their service animal laws by asking the questions allowed by the ADA, which is a huge deal for those with legitimate service animals, including myself. It's great to know that we can shop without worrying that a fake service animal will try to attack us, because it's already happened once before at this location.

They're usually nice and I have no problems usually but if I do I let the manager know they need to fix the prices online because I got the family 8p fried chicken meal and it was almost 4dollors more than what they say online it's extremely convenient for me to I stay across the street

Publix customer service is usually second to none. I had an issue with poor meat quality, 3 visits and counting to get a resolution. A specific manager or person is the only person equipped to resolve the issue. Everytime I make it there the person is not there.

Great Publix! Was super clean and organized. All the employees were nice and I loved that the Store Manager was walking around and helping customers when they needed something!

I did not like my experience at Publix they will not very professional the cash I understand he may be of knew when he did not understand but the person he came to get was young also and had no experience and they're going to tell me that my check was no good and I was a company it was a bank check and also I feel like I was targeted being black and I never felt that way I'm not playing the race car but that's the way I felt cuz I'm not a racist I never felt that way in my life

Great store, go here often with a friend. The prices are reasonable, there are no problems with parking the car. In general, great.

The prices are okay. It took way too long to pay for my things. I did 15 minutes of shopping, then 35 mins trying to pay. I was even in the express lane.

Friendly staff & helpful. The place is always clean. Two-floor garage parking and free street parking. The first floor is compact. They are always busy, especially in the morning but the cashiers keep the lines moving fast.

We went to the deli and bakery areas. Very attentive personnel. The chocolate cake was delicious as well as the cupcakes. This Publix has a charm of its own!!! The food to take out was very good.

On 1/6/2023 around 1:15 As usual I walked into the Altos Plaza Publix. I walked up to the sandwich station there was one sandwich maker, one person ordering a sandwich, and a guy standing off in front of the freezer where the charcuterie boards are he appeared to be leaving an open space for the grocery carts to go through. I asked the guy near the freezer " are you in line" he replied yes. so, I waited in line maybe 5 minutes. Then a second publix employee comes up to prepare sandwiches next to the employee who was already there. a guy and a lady walks up to the second sandwich line and starts to order. I told the lady that i was next. she stood there looking at me and said something in Spanish to the guy and lady and then began to make their sandwich. I then asked to speak to a manager, the employee told me that there is no manager here, so i yelled i need to speak to a manager now because i was here first. she told me go to customer service i told her no, i need a manager. she went and got Raphael (customer service manager) he asked what happen i yelled and said shes making their sandwich and i was skipped. Raphael then spoke in spanish to the guy who was originally in front of me and then to the guy and lady. i don't know what was said in spanish but he turns and said that they were first and walks off. I felt like he took their word because they all were spanish, honestly what i think happened is that the guy and lady might have been there first but maybe they walked off to grab something and then came back, in which no one had enough curtesy to say that. i felt like i was discriminated against and was not provided with good customer service from the sandwich maker or the customer service manager. i visit this publix at least 10-12 times a month on my lunch break. i will not be returning to this raciest UNORGANIZED Publix MAYBE YOU ALL NEED TO CALL NUMBERS FOR THE SANDWICH STATION

One of the nicer publix that I have been to. Very nice and considerate staff. Very clean and spacious elevators for the second floor of the attached parking garage.

Good service overall but in the deli section to get your cheeses and hams it takes forever and barely people in line so imagine when it’s packed. And the whole staff is too occupied cleaning and wiping down the whole section an hour and half before closing

False advertising was told they didn’t have but said 40 minutes and the off and on attitude from the kitchen

Visiting for years and it has always been a terrible organization of the employees, very slow, the young women who attend customer service think they are working in a bank. They attend with all their calm and the line can easily take 30 minutes, they don't care and nobody in that lousy place closes.
