Went for DOT physical. Called ahead to make sure possible. Arrived 30 min before opening. I was first to sign in. When the only person there asked what i was there for she did everything in her control to chase me away. Asked me do I realize how much it was going to cost or the time involved. I asked if she was trying to chase me away. She then took the person behind me into back room. When I completed the online check in, it said my wait time was 85 minutes! I went to the previous place I had done and the cost was 1/3 of what they were going to charge me and in and out in 45 min. The worst part is when they sent me the online survey, they make you sign a "statement of confidentiality" before you can proceed!! When I check the "no" response, it kicked me off the survey. Far more choices then this place!

DO NOT GO here for your DOT Physical Exam. Their process is completely over the top and the pricing is ridiculous. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere unless you don't care about getting ripped off and are of Olympian level physical fitness. What a joke. Stay far far far away.

First went to the pharmacy to check in for my appointment. Did not see a kiosk (like the check in instructions mentioned) but I did see a chair labled for Vaccine patients. I waited in line at counter only to be told I was in the wrong location. I went across the store to the clinic and check in at the Kiosk, I was on time. I sat for 25 minutes with two other people. There were no employees visible, no one at the desk. I fonally got fed up and left, without my vaccine!

I went to the Royal Palm Beach Target Minute Clinic with a bad ear ache. The nurse practitioner, Ms. Kowalczyk-Vitous, fit me in even though she was about to go to lunch. She was professional and efficient. She wrote me an RX and I started getting better and much relieved. I would go there again.

The lady practitioner nurse was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood all she said. Very clean, safe and maintained location. It was a quick process, hardly any wait time. I would recommend 10 times over.

This absolutely should *Never* be considered a "walk-in" clinic. I arrived a full hour before they opened, signed in the minute the kiosk was open and still had to wait an additional 3 hours to be seen - for a 3 minute prescription. Oh, and SIX people were seen "ahead" of me because they had 'saved their place in line' online. Total lack of customer service consideration by staff, all anyone had to do was say "we have appointments booked already until noon" instead of completely ignoring me as I sat in their waiting area.

I have been going here for a few years and Teresa Vitous (Dr. T) is the best!!! She takes her time with you and listens to you and is very compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend going in and seeing her if you are ill or need shots or exam. She will take care of you and get you better!! Unfortunately, I do not recommend her partner, the blonde woman, she refused to help me and was rude and said there was nothing she could do for me. I was able to get in touch with Dr. T after the incident with her partner and let her know what happened and she took care of me. This incident happened last year and it’s why I will only see Dr. T. So if you need a quick walk in, sign in online and come in around 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time unless they notify you otherwise and you’ll be in and out quick!! Thank you Dr. T for always taking such good care of me and my boyfriend!!!! You are the best! I hope I won’t be back for a while lol!

I went in for a follow-up vaccine. I did not go in to hear about the NP's (debunked) conspiracy theories about fake positive COVID tests in FL, or her (incorrect) views that Sweden has herd immunity, or that the government is just trying to control us via lock down measures. On this visit I saw Teresa. For a the previous visit I saw Laura, who was great. I won't be returning.

The NP, Teresa was amazing! She was so helpful and patient when I went with my two young sons. I have been to other Minute Clinics and encountered poor customer service and care. Teresa was the exact opposite! She got us in quickly, was patient to examine two of my kids and treated us with kindness.

Unprofessional experience. I checked in early for my appointment and assumed someone would come from the back to see me as there is no one to meet you at the desk. 25 minutes passed during which I received no attention at all. I don’t even know if the clinic was staffed; there was no sign of anyone there but I was able to make the appointment online. Unacceptable; my time was wasted.

I had a great experience at this Minute Clinic today and would recommend it to those that need medical assistance.

Be ready to wait for 30 minutes or longer, doesn't matter if you have an appointment for a specific time.

One of the doctors here (Danielle) did nothing to help me when I was sick with an infection for two months. Because of her, I will never return to a MINUTECLINIC. MINUTECLINIC in general is deceptive. They tell you that you do not need to pay, and do not share the prices of their services accurately up front. They bill you later once you forget about it, and slap you with little time to actually pay. If they prescribe you something and you feel their service was poor or did not help, do not fill the prescription. If you fill the script, then they will not consider removing the charge if you dispute the charge later.
