This place deserves 0 stars!! Terrible!! The only lady who works there, Elizabeth, closes the store at whatever time she wants and does not handle packages with care. BEWARE, they never follow the store hours of operations posted. The owners have no idea how to run this business or how to hire competent employees. It is impossible to make a formal complaint because the owners live in Venezuela and have no direct email to contact them. All in all, a terrible business. Don’t bother wasting your money here.

This is one of the most unprofessional places you can go to! They have left my packages for days in their store without even noticing, I’ve had to personally call them and figure out what happened. They also only have one pick up time A DAY which is at 4 pm , meaning if you leave your package at 4:10 pm your package will not be picked up until the NEXT day at 4 pm EVEN if you paid extra fee in UPS or FEDEX to be an overnight package, they don't even have the courtesy to notify you about their store pick up time once they scan your package and see the delivery option you chose and PAID for! Very unpleased and upset with how this store works.

Constantly understafffed, and one of their team members inexplicably lied about their "computers not working with USB", despite being able to read labels off a USB stick a week ago, all while their USB keyboard and mice were working fine. They've also got a really bad habit of packing items in empty boxes with no extra packaging to fill empty space. I want to like this place, I really do. Some of the team members are friendly, and the chalkboard accents are cute, but it doesn't make up for the lack of staff and poor service.

I tried to explain that I was shipping next day and needed to include a prepaid envelope for them to ship documents back. She explained the charge would be $89 one way. I went to FedEx Kinkos on 67th avenue and had the shipping done including prepaid return envelope (all next day service) for $45. If I could give them negative stars I would. I had to wait for the girls to finish a conversation about days off that were requested and no longer needed as one of them ended her shift and then the one left behind the counter proceeded to send a text before she looked up and asked if I was ready. She could not understand the concept of a prepaid return envelope even though I explained it 3 times. After she finally grasp the concept of what I wanted she told me they did not do prepaid labels with there system. In the end I'm thankful they couldn't help me because the place is obviously a rip off

I have been renting a mailbox at this location for years and the service just gets worse and worse. They reduce the service hours at their convenience whenever they want. They are disorganized with packages upon arrival and can’t find them Now waiting in a huge line which doesn’t move with only one new employee and no other help.

I am grateful for their assistance in handling my daily package shipments, and I recommend Lakes Postal to everyone in the area. They accept my UPS, USPS and FedEx packages and provide me with the convenience of dropping all my packages off at one place. I no longer have to make three separate trips. Even when I have 20+ prepaid packages, they scan them individually and provide me with the receipt.

Not sure why the bad reviews. This place is convenient and the staff is nice. I literally go a few times a week to drop off at different times of the day. The guys and girls are very sweet and fast at what they do! Don’t pay attention to all the negative reviews. People love to complain about the smallest things.

They charge me for boxes on PrePaid labels & have had back to back items arrive at customers damaged because of poor packaging this is not acceptable & ruins my reputation as a seller. I will no longer be using this provider for shipping services. Very disappointing, not to mention its in Miami Lakes. The manager of this place needs to keep an eye out on how their employees are working / treating customers. I will be leaving another review once my items have been returned & uploading pictures. Not acceptable , bad for business

I've been coming here for years, but lately, the service has declined considerably. Expect to wait and wait and wait unless you get lucky and only have to wait... I'm done with this place.

I am so grateful to the staff at this location..they were amazing, extremely helpful and very kind. I had a very difficult package but they were very professional and fast..Im so thankful for all their help. I will definitely be coming here for all my future shipping’s.

The guy didn’t even let me say why I was there. When he saw I had a box told me to go to Amazon store. I was trying to say that I had two packages . One for Amazon and the other one for fedex. I have an account in fedex and he kept saying I have to leave . The worst costumer service ever . He seems so frustrated with that job. I’m pretty sure I was able to send me my package from there.

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. Unprofessional employee completely covered up in a hoodie looking annoyed to help me with only 1 other person at the counter hanging out looking like they were actually there just talking to him not even shipping anything. I had a QR code for the post office and with his back facing me and walking away he said you have to go somewhere else for that we don't do that here. Completely ghetto, unprofessional and rude.

I have to say this is the only post office where I don't wait forever and they have all mailing services. This is a prime example of amazing service from Town of Miami Lakes that is underapreciated.

This place literally charged me $9 then mailed it to me instead of the info i gave them. This is the second time I've had an issue with them. The first time they didn't put enough postage on the parcel so it came back to me. I used them to save time but ended up spending more time correcting their mistakes. I wish I could give zero stars

Very bad service they input the wrong tracking. Package never made it to USPS or the receiver. I will never use this company again, the young lady that helped me is the owners daughter and since she messed up with my package, nothing will happen to her, they are not responsible for loosing packages. If I was you I would avoid this company. Very bad service for loosing my package.

Twelve years later and I still have a box with them. All your postal needs in one place without the long lines anywhere else. They also send faxes and offer notary services.

I have been here numerous times over many years. The staff has always been most courteous and helpful. No matter what carrier you’re using, if you need to box it up, or just drop off. I highly recommend for your shipping needs. I was startled by recent poor reviews.

I stopped in to ship a present and the gentleman who helped me was very kind and professional. He helped me wrap everything in a box. I had such a great experience! 5 stars for great customer service.

My mom and I have always used their services to ship things when we needed to, and love them! Last time I went, it was a minute past closing, and the clerk still let me in, and helped me out! Super grateful! (: YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Best place to send out things, they even sell candy and I needed white out and got it there also. Customer service is good. Always come here!! Lady in the front was super sweet !
