Terrible service. The lady who picked up the phone hung up on me the first time i called, the second time i called she told me that because of my insurance i'd have to wait a week to visit and when i asked why she told me she was too busy and hung up on me. Third time i called the next day she was whispering on the phone, then when i told her a few times that i couldn't hear her she started yelling at me and saying she was screaming and i was saying i couldn't hear her. If this is how they treat people over the phone, i can't imagine what their service is like in person. I will definitely not be going to this place.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MIAMI. i’ve been a patient of theirs once 3 years ago, and i went to another provider because of how TERRIBLE the lady in the front treats patients and paying customers. I decided to give them another chance this year and needless to say, the customer service is just as bad (if not worse) than how it was 3 years ago. I don’t understand how the lady in the front could be so RUDE!!!!! she always has a nasty attitude and clearly does not know how to respect or talk to people correctly. I don’t care how much cheaper your exams, glasses, or contacts are. I would much rather pay triple the price if it means I never have to associate myself with that lady again. she does not have the qualities or patience to work with people. I am never coming here again nor will I EVER recommend this place to anyone, I would give -100 stars if I could. find a better employee or you’re going to be losing customers more and more as the years go by. how disappointing.

VIP Optica, great customer service and support from of all the team members that work there and make you feel like at home away from home. They are very patience, and the process to do the eye exam and order your glasses is smoothly and pleasant. From meeting and greeting every customer with a big smile, verifying the insurance benefits, and suggesting the best lenses option and frame, the experience is great. I would recommend VIP Optica 100%. The best customer service experience that you could ever received. I can’t wait to receive my beautiful glasses!

Horrible service

This place is the worst place I have ever visited. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone ****PLEASE BE AWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!!! I am senior citizen and was looking for a good optical place to get my prescription filled. I called around from the various optical services provided by my insurance I would have done better by going to just a local optician near my area with or without insurance. I am African American Senior Citizen and this place is the worst ever upon going to this place on Friday (04/07/23) I should have followed my first intuition when I walked in this establishment is predominantly Hispanic and apparently they don't get any African Americans in their establishment it's a small business located in a shopping plaza Predominantly Hispanic upon entering the few customers they had with a few staff members all eyes were on me as if I was a alien I should have ran out of their immediately. I try my best to give any establishment the benefit of the doubt (3) staff members immediately came to me bomb rushing me where I felt very uncomfortable but to my regret went ahead to place an order they really don't have very good updated eye glasses and the selection is very poorly. I was told by a woman named Juana, Mandy and another associate that if I paid an additional $280 my prescription eye glasses would be like I anticipated them to be dark progressive glasses. I took them at their word unfortunately upon going back on the 18th of April which I had to call them because I never got a call informing me that the glasses were ready. The staff was overly friendly as I looked at the glasses where they showed me how they transition to darker sunglasses which I was puzzled because they were not dark sunglasses. I left disappointed and finally called them after (2) weeks to let them no they bamboozled me out of $280 and the prescription eyeglasses were not as they indicated the young lady Mandy said she would call the lab and find out what they could do to rectify the situation I ended up calling her back and all she could tell me was the lab said their is nothing they could do about it they are as indicated. All lies this establishment bamboozled me out of $280 for their greed and demeanor. What does it profit a man or woman to gain the whole wide world only to lose their souls. May God have mercy upon this greed of an establishment who takes advantage of people of color who they feel are ignorant when they don't even want to speak English or be associated with anyone outside of their cultural or race. Sad to say so anyone who is taking the time to read my long detailed review this is accurate and the truth. Their greed will eventually lead them down to a complete shut down because the business will crumble. You can't go around treating people the way you have done me and many others nothing good will come out of this. PLEASE Be Aware Avoid this Establishment as if your life dependent on it. Go to an optometrist that will treat you with dignity and respect regardless of your race, nationality or color. Their is nothing and I do mean nothing about VIP Optical they do not treat you like you're VIP you're just another victim they have lied and bamboozled. BEWARE!!!!!!!

This place is completely unethical and fraudulent. The selection and pricing of the frames was not to our liking. They refused to provide the prescription after paying for the eye exam because we weren’t going to buy the frames. They charged the insurance and refused to provide the service.
