Dr.
Joorabchi
has
treated
my
child
for
a
chronic
illness
for
years
and
I
have
NEVER
experienced
the
outrageous
actions
of
this
facility
until
today.
Due
to
my
sons
condition,
he
sees
the
Dr
several
times
per
year.
Upon
arriving
to
a
scheduled
appointment
today
due
to
my
childās
pain
caused
by
an
ear
infection,
I
was
informed
that
treatment
was
being
refused
for
an
alleged
balance
from
2014
that
I
have
NEVER
been
informed
of
and
highly
disputed
(as
I
always
pay
my
co-pay
up
front).
When
I
spoke
to
the
corporate
office
after
learning
of
this,
I
was
transferred
to
3
different
people
(and
had
to
give
my
information
over
again
each
time)
and
was
provided
several
conflicting
reasons
for
this
alleged
charge
...
FROM
2014
-
for
a
minimal
amount
,
which
I
would
have
had
no
issue
paying
if
it
would
or
could
have
been
accurately
explained...
I
informed
corporate
that
I
have
never
been
billed
and
this
has
never
been
brought
up
at
any
subsequent
appointment
and
that
once
I
had
an
opportunity
to
verify
against
medical
and
bank
records
I
would
have
no
issue
of
this
was
a
valid
claim(
again,
which
I
highly
doubt)...
The
end
result
is
that
my
child,
who
was
experiencing
ear
pain
resulting
from
the
infection
which
caused
me
to
schedule
the
appointment,
was
absolutely
refused
medical
care
in
the
most
inhuman
reprehensible
manner
I
have
ever
experienced...
Outraged,
I
immediately
voiced
my
disdain
for
their
level
of
service
and
requested
my
child's
medical
records....
I
will
NEVER
return
to
this
practice.
There
is
no
legitimacy
to
there
claim
that
money
is
owed
and
again,
I
have
been
to
see
the
doctor
probably
more
than
a
dozen
times
since
this
alleged
2014
charge
and
it
has
never
been
mentioned
once...
I
was
more
than
prepared
to
pay
the
copay
for
today's
visit
but
refused
to
do
so
for
the
alleged
balance
until
it
could
be
verified...
how
horrific
of
me,
I
know....
This
is
akin
to
me
walking
and
demanding
money
from
them
for
change
I
was
never
provided...
if
I
could
not
validate
the
legitimacy
of
such
a
claim,
should
I
expect
them
to
dole
out
money
to
me
anyway
based
solely
on
my
word?
Absolutely
not....
I
would
recommend
you
seek
a
provider
that
actual
demonstrates
concern
for
their
patient
and
not
this
sham
of
a
health
care
facility
that
could
care
less
to
see
a
child
in
pain
(after
an
established
relationship
of
years
of
service)
...
morally
reprehensible.
I
will
go
to
urgent
care
and
pay
twice
as
much
as
they
allege
I
owe
before
handing
over
any
money
to
a
facility
that
refuses
to
validate
any
claims
of
debt
and
denies
service
to
a
long
standing
patient,
a
child,
experiencing
pain.
I
suggest
you
do
the
same.
If
I
could
rate
a
zero
I
would.
