Went to see Doctor Shapiro who I have seen before. I have always been happy with him and it pains me to have to leave this review. I came in for a checkup due to congestion. I spoke to the doctor for 5 minutes and he told me he was going to use a camera to look up my nose. The procedure took roughly a minute. I paid my co-pay and left. I recieved a bill that showed a $280 charge for the office visit and also a $470 charge for a procedure which resulted in an additional copay of $110 to me. No mention of additional expense was ever brought up to me and I spent maybe 10 minutes total with the doctor. I called and peacefully explained that what was happening was not right. They said I had signed the insurance and payment disclosures (which a absolutely had) and I told them that while I understood I was legally responsible that this was an extremely poor business practice. It felt to me like buying a car and then recieving a bill for the seats a few weeks later. They agreed to reduce the bill to $50 which I told them I still did not feel was an apropriate resolution. They recieved in all nearly $400 for literally 10 minutes worth of their time. Thank god I had insurance because I can't imagine the reaction of someone without insurance unwittingly being given a procedure and then recieving a nearly $500 bill afterwards. South Florida ENT is a corporation with numerous offices around south Florida and they definitely have the corporate attitude. As a result of clinging to $50 of this surprise charge, they will lose my future business (which I am upset about because I like the doctor), which will ultimately cost them WAY more. On a local level this business subscribes to poor practices and on a macro-scale this symptomatic of our country's very broken medical and insurance system. After this experience I will be sticking to a small practice with a good doctor.

I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received at this clinic. During my visit, the medical assistant attempted to take my blood pressure over my sleeve, which unsurprisingly resulted in an error. What's more concerning is that she didn't even attempt to retake it correctly. In addition, Dr.Jassir advised I get a hearing test there at the clinic, not only was I not provided with any results, but I was also immediately advised to get an MRI. Once the MRI was done, despite being assured that they had received the results six days ago and that I'd be contacted promptly, I've been met with silence. What further adds to my frustration is the clinic's call-handling process. It seems they promptly answer calls for new appointments, but other concerns or follow-ups are met with silence. My numerous attempts to reach out have gone unanswered. Even after leaving multiple voicemails, there's been no response. It's frustrating and concerning that a medical establishment would show such a lack of regard for patient communication. I genuinely expected better.

I went in for a yearly checkup with Dr. Daniel Morse. I had seen him many times before, but he introduced himself as if we had never met. ( I've been going to this office for many years- for allergy testing, monthly allergy shots and visits with a few other ENT's at ENT Associates.) I said yes, I was there because I finally have to get rid of my post nasal drip- which is very annoying and is the reason I started getting allergy shots in the first place. He asked about nose drops I've taken, do I take allergy shots, medicines I take etc- and a few other questions about my allergies. Then after looking into my throat and ears, he said I had wax in my left ear. Never asking about how or if I wanted the wax removed, he proceeded to take a long, thin, silver instrument and jabbed it into my ear- going deeper and deeper as I protested and wiggled to get away from it. (and him) It was the worst pain I've ever felt. All I wanted to do was leave. I don't believe there was anyone else in the room. He said " I have to do my job, " and " you're not making it easy to do my job." At this point I just wanted to get out of there. Oh, I had also suggested a nasal sinus rinse solution to help my OWN post nasal drip issue- and he gave me a sample of the thing I HAD SUGGESTED. When I asked him what else I could do, he didn't answer. No answers to the problem...no solution given about the post nasal drip. I had to wait in the room alone until I could get my allergy shot- a nurse told me- as I sat there sobbing. I have never been so upset- and in such pain. " As I went to check out I was still crying- a nurse came to clarify his solution- use mineral water to flush out my ear and return in two weeks. I made the appointment, as I was still crying. Don't think I'll return- why couldn't he just flush it out there? I had no say in treatment options for a simple thing like wax in my ear- and NO SOLUTION for the post nasal drip. I am disgusted and disappointed with the treatment I received today. Horrible... I was an object, not a patient. No apology given for hurting me- or for him hurting me. . I have never been so upset after a doctors visit in my life.

Dr. Joorabchi has treated my child for a chronic illness for years and I have NEVER experienced the outrageous actions of this facility until today. Due to my sons condition, he sees the Dr several times per year. Upon arriving to a scheduled appointment today due to my childā€™s pain caused by an ear infection, I was informed that treatment was being refused for an alleged balance from 2014 that I have NEVER been informed of and highly disputed (as I always pay my co-pay up front). When I spoke to the corporate office after learning of this, I was transferred to 3 different people (and had to give my information over again each time) and was provided several conflicting reasons for this alleged charge ... FROM 2014 - for a minimal amount , which I would have had no issue paying if it would or could have been accurately explained... I informed corporate that I have never been billed and this has never been brought up at any subsequent appointment and that once I had an opportunity to verify against medical and bank records I would have no issue of this was a valid claim( again, which I highly doubt)... The end result is that my child, who was experiencing ear pain resulting from the infection which caused me to schedule the appointment, was absolutely refused medical care in the most inhuman reprehensible manner I have ever experienced... Outraged, I immediately voiced my disdain for their level of service and requested my child's medical records.... I will NEVER return to this practice. There is no legitimacy to there claim that money is owed and again, I have been to see the doctor probably more than a dozen times since this alleged 2014 charge and it has never been mentioned once... I was more than prepared to pay the copay for today's visit but refused to do so for the alleged balance until it could be verified... how horrific of me, I know.... This is akin to me walking and demanding money from them for change I was never provided... if I could not validate the legitimacy of such a claim, should I expect them to dole out money to me anyway based solely on my word? Absolutely not.... I would recommend you seek a provider that actual demonstrates concern for their patient and not this sham of a health care facility that could care less to see a child in pain (after an established relationship of years of service) ... morally reprehensible. I will go to urgent care and pay twice as much as they allege I owe before handing over any money to a facility that refuses to validate any claims of debt and denies service to a long standing patient, a child, experiencing pain. I suggest you do the same. If I could rate a zero I would. J

Read the reviews, proof is in the pudding. Billing done out of another office. Called the branch for a detail bill after receiving another bill 18 months after service?!? No one can explain what happened. I already paid both in person and another bill after my service was complete months later. Now another bill. Billing was rude and couldn't explain the charges. GO ELSEWHERE!

Terrible place. They billed me on the clinic $125 that was my responsibility and I agreed and paid it. A month later they send me a COLLETION letter saying they are taking legal action because I owe then $50..... really??? I even have an appointment for next week there. Its not like I cannot pay $50. They are the worst type of doctors in this country. I am cancelling the appointment and never going to this greedy place again. This country has the worst healthcare system in the world. Only greedy butchers.

So disappointed. My follow up appointment was made at a different location than my original appointment. Why would they do that? Although I arrived early to the ā€˜wrongā€™ location I was not seen and was told that I would need to reschedule. Obviously the patientā€™s time is not taken into consideration. I had to take time off work for this appointment. At this point Iā€™d rather send me results to an office that does care. Extremely disappointed.

I didn't get a thorough check up for what I came for. Dr. Jassir didn't seem like he wanted to be bothered, as though he didn't have the experience, so he rushed me out. I wasn't satisfied at all... A nurse came in with a list of tests they were going to do, had me signed, but those tests were not done...

I literally just left their facility, and I have absolutely no complaints. From the front desk staff and check-in to the doctor himself (Cooper) and the exam, I was treated w kindness and professionalism. Prescriptions are ready, portal information was updated almost immediately, and my follow-on scheduled. Fastest, most complete, and most professional doctors' visits in a long time.

I decided after having wax removed from my ears not to have a hearing test at that time. I felt that my hearing might change over the next few days which it has. My decision was met with some strange negative reaction. The doctor said he was too busy to give me results (like what it meant that they were having trouble getting pressure in my ears) that he was supposed to give me. I was considering making another appointment for the following week but the audiologist said they might be booked up. It was all a very strange experience and I donā€™t think I will feel comfortable returning.

went with acute rhinitis. tried to explain my symptoms to the doctor who, without telling me what it was, told me to hold still and shot two different liquids up my nose. I told him it was my nose and throat clogging up, he checked my nose and not my throat. He didnt assess or check my sinuses. He prescribed me medicine and didn't explain what the mechanism of action were for the medication. I had to to go an allergy doctor who actually assessed me, and is helping me with this situation. so, recap. No description of medication used during visit, no full assessment to check my temp to see if it was bacterial just assumed it and prescribed antibiotics that did nothing, no education of medicine prescribed, no help at all. my allergy doctor could not believe there was no other assessments done besides just checking my nose when I said the worst of it was my throat feeling clogged. Maybe it was an off day for the doctor. but i'm not coming back.

I went in with a referral from my pediatrician. The dr asked why I was there and I told him about the symptoms my child had been having and what the pediatrician suggested. Dr Goldberg didnā€™t think his allergies were a big deal. Obviously my pediatrician thought I should have an ENT specialist check my child based on what was happening. I was out of his office in five minutes.

I was in this office where my appointment was an hour away and because the Dr decided to leave, they did not attend to me. This fact will be complained to the consumer rights office. Very bad attention

I've been going here for years. The doctors, and staff members are wonderful. They're friendly, and professional. They definitely take care with all the work they do. Dr. Morse has helped me with my ear issues, and it has helped me 100%.

Horrible Doctorā€™s office! If you can, look elsewhere. My daughter got a surgery done, and during her follow up appointment her ear tubes popped out as they were examining her.

My son had a good experience at this office. Appointments were readily available when requested. I completed the check in online and as I got to the office they just quickly verified the information. Had a short waiting time to be seen by the ENT, who along the audiology tech was very kind and patient with my 5yo and checked him thoroughly. It was a great experience and would recommend this practice.

Honestly the best experience . I couldnā€™t be happier. My sons pediatrician told me he didnā€™t have any tongue ties and in my gut I didnā€™t trust the advice given. My son had so many signs that he had a tongue tie so I went for a second opinion and found out he had two. I thank the doctor so much for doing the release the same day in the room. She had made my life so much easier. Breastfeeding was killing me for the last 3 weeks and my nipples were in so much pain. I could feel instant relief. I love her so much!!

I really liked the doctor. He came barreling in with a big handshake and welcome, then I didn't see him again for an hour. I had already waited in the waiting room for an hour. I think that's too long and doctors should not book every 15 minutes when there's only two doctors in the office.

Besides Alana the billing lady at the same day surgery center that overcharged me $700, everything else went well with the surgery and the doctor's visits. He is straight to the point and you feel that he cares. The waiting time is manageable/ minimum and thankfully the fees are straight forward and written. It's been a week since surgery and I'm recovering well from the instructions that his office has given me. I recommend the doctor (Dr. Daniel Morse).

As usual always professional and very accommodating. But most of all they are interested in what I have to say about what is going on with my sinus. Dr. Morse always have time for a laugh

Very good practice. Saw me on same day I called as I was very sick. Met very nice ENT doctor, Dr. Brooking and would highly recommend her!

Dr Morse excellent. He took the time and tests needed and was very pleased with my visit. However, interaction with the front staff and on the phone is incredibly bad. Receptionist kept insisting I owed money and I told her I was never there before. She said I was there a few weeks ago. Well, I'm from out of town and wasn't even n in the state then. She put my name/label on someone's existing chart. I called the office when I had just gotten in the car to ask a question and was told they would get back to me within 24 hours. I needed to know if I should stay on a certain medication - sorry, but 24 hour response time unacceptable! Dr Morse and his assistants - 5 stars. The front desk and phone zero.

I made an appointment to see a well recommended ent specialist Dr Goldberg, When I got there they sent me the PA . Donā€™t take me wrong she was very nice and caring, but it was really disappointing not to see the real specialist . Iā€™m debating if I should come back or not . When I appointed that to the staff they told me that my appointment was with her! Not the doctor that the ā€œdictorā€ donā€™t see patients after 230pm, I told them my appointment was at 230pm and that online I chose to that specific doctor

I waited over an hour as the DO was learning how to use her computer during that time. I had a tremendous amount of sand trapped in my ears. Been reluctant to finish digging it out with a Q-tip. I made an appointment to have my ears cleaned but she said she didnā€™t say anything and so she did nothing but rewrite a prescription. While I was waiting a Google your name and read a couple, not so good reviews of her from health grades, and other sites. And they werenā€™t so good but I figured everyoneā€™s gonna have a few bad reports only to learn that sheā€™s only been there a month. Was not impressed. I went home and cleaned my own ears with a Q-tip.

The staff and the doctors are GREAT ... but their new "corporate" requirements of completing a VERY lengthy page-after-page-after-page questionnaire EVERY time we visit is ... ABSURD!!! It's also unnecessary and should simply be updated *IF* there is anything to update! Also, asking them to change my name to "Dave" vs "David" (that I never answer to) is worse than pulling teeth! Sheesh

Waited less than 2 minutes before getting to exam room. Dr. Cooper and audiologist were friendly and time-efficient. Visit took less than 30 minutes. Well-oiled machine!
