I have taken a bunch of classes and I absolutely love it. Jiu Jitsu helps me in every aspect of my life. It's community and friendships. You also learn respect for yourself and others. This martial arts discipline has been evolved through the Gracie family teachings. I want to achieve my black belt in Jiu Jitsu. I compare it to climbing Mount Everest. This is my Everest and my journey. Can't be happier to do it with Gracie Barra Pembroke Pines.

Took my first class today with professor Sean and coach Sintia and I absolutely enjoyed it! I can totally see why people love this place, the service is awesome, everyone is so welcoming and patient. I’m glad I signed up!

Gracie Barra has an amazing community, the staff are super nice and will help you with anything you need. The coaches, Coach Sean, Coach Bruno, Coach Sinthia, Coach Kristen, Coach Lucas, and Coach Gavin are very willing and knowledgeable, the students themselves are attentive to helping each other. They go out of their way to make sure you understand and are having fun, highly recommend this place.

Felt very welcomed since day 1, facility is well maintained and coaches go the extra mile to make sure you understand what it is we are covering in class. I can’t wait to sign my son up when he is old enough, would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I transferred from another gym to train here. This place is wholesome. Amazing family environment. Fine example of encouragement with accountability. Instructors and higher belts are very willing to teach and give the keys to BJJ success. I can honestly say that I have found a home here.

I was looking for something to do to break up the monotony of work and just sitting around watching TV. I had thought of starting with Martial arts a few times. I came in for a trial class and quickly got hooked. It’s such a fun sport and great for your health. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly . The people in the classes are all supportive. I now have both my son and daughter going to classes with me. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend taking a free class and giving it a try.

This school is really awesome. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The place is super clean and the Jiu Jitsu professor is a really high level professional. I would definitely recommend stopping by and try it out. I got hooked and my two kids did as well! Great job and thumbs up to Sean and Ailana!!!

Coach Sean and Coach Ailana are an amazing team and the experiences they bring for teaching Jiu-Jitsu to kids and adults are some of the best that I personally know. Its a great school at a great location. I recommend this school to anyone by the area and anyone looking to get fit, learn self defense, start a new martial arts and even create new friends !

This is our second week at Gracie Barra Pembroke Pines and my son and I are very happy. We were warmly welcomed when we first popped in. My son and I had tons of questions and Elina and Sean patiently answered all of our questions. They invited us to a first class. We loved the way they weaved my son into the class and helped him catch up with the other kids. The class flows well from warm up, to skill work to practical use. The owners created a welcoming and friendly family environment. We are thankful to work with them.

We were very impressed by the new GB location @ Pembroke Pines. Coach Sean & Alana are extremely kind & they made us feel very welcomed. My kids loved the experience with them. The classes were fun for my children & still the coaches maintained the GB Jiu Jitsu training methods. Went in for a trial class and I’m so glad I did. You become part of the family very quick. Great people and, whatever your goal is you will find they will help you achieve it. I ended up enrolling my 8 year old son also and it has been fantastic for his confidence, strength, and discipline. He has made a lot of friends, and we finally found a sport that he enjoys. The bonding we have over BJJ is so special and I’m so glad I did it!

This is a very welcoming and clean facility staffed with a caring and knowledgeable staff. My children love coming to class every day and the adult program is by far, one of the best. There is no second guessing, you will always have trained staff and instructors who provide instruction through a tested world class BJJ curriculum.

My daughter has been going to GB for just under 1 year and we like EVERYTHING about this school. First, the staff is first class, Coach Sean, Coach Sintia and Coach Kirsten, very kind and caring for the kids. The program is tailored to the age groups and is not too complex and overwhelming for the kids and while they focus on the actual art of Ju Jitsu, they also make it a point to discuss safety, politeness, good listening behavior, grades, etc… One of the coolest things about this school is the parent group chat where we get pictures, event notification and all kinds of updates. I could go on but I did research a half dozen schools before choosing GB and it was the right choice. Oh and yes, the fresh coffee shot with Coach Sintia are a define plus although has nothing to do with martial arts…😊

Amazing staff and team! Everyone is very respectful and treats each other like family! The training is very clear and they are very helpful to help perfect technique! It’s also one hell of a workout! I love it! Would 100% recommend joining !!

There is no other Gracie like Pembroke. The people here are so kind and the teachers are very thorough in there explanation. Everything is very straight forward and easy to access. The gym most of all is beautiful and huge.
