    AWFUL! They couldn’t be any more complacent. The pharmacy is the worst experience ever. Almost thought someone was pulling a prank. Nothing they do works correctly. So indifferent, they really have no incentive to improve customer service. Unfortunately I have to fill my prescriptions here but I will make sure I never spend a single penny I don’t have to with this company.

    The employees at this pharmacy are horrible. I went to pick up my prescription at the drive thru window and we were ignored for a good 15/20 minutes. At this point I was frustrated - the cars behind me are beeping etc. I started recording them ignoring the window and the same cashier or pharmacy tech that was avoiding eye contact decided to walk over and try to tell me that I had to wait, as if that is not what I was already doing. I don't mind waiting, I am not a Karen nor am I entitled BUT atleast acknowledge the customer. I also noticed that they keep the pharmacy phone off the hook. It makes sense, EVERY time you call there is ALWAYS one caller ahead of you. You will never get an answer, this place is ridiculous. Absolutely ZERO customer service over there. Is there any management there???

    DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS. TAKE A SMALL TRIP AND GO TO THE ONE IN SUNNY ISLES BEACH. Cashier was extremely rude with both us and the client before us, constantly dismissing us and never answering any of the questions that were made to them. After I told them I wanted to pay with change, they told me to shut up and wait for them to be ready (they were not doing anything at all). After around 5 minutes of staring at the ceiling, they told us to hurry up and give them the coins. I do not understand why they would keep an employee who is so rude to clients and seemingly hates their job in the position for so long, as many other reviews seem to point the same thing out.

    It's 24hrs, I did an online order and it said it was ready at the photo counter. For some reason an employee could not give me my order so we had to call for a manager. For about 20-25min we called and the manager never came to help. I had to call in the store customer service to cancel my order and buy it in the store. THEN, after I paid, is when the manager is out and stocking shelves. Horrible service. What if it was an emergency? The place is 24hrs and no help. Literally.

    Horrible service, trying to get prescriptions for my elderly parents, each time I call I'm on hold and then disconnected. Walking into the pharmacy the service is not the best. Much needs to be improved in their service.

    After being told that my mother’s RX will be ready after 5:30 pm, I waited here almost 45 minutes, second in line. I finally get to the window and what am I told? The RX is not ready yet and to give them another 30 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. My mother is in excruciating pain from dental surgery. Absolutely asinine. This isn’t the first time that they lie about prescriptions being ready when they really aren’t. If you have no choice but to use this Walgreens, please do not expect anything better than incompetency, wasted time and aggravation.

    I would give it zero stars if I could. Never have enough help for such a busy store. Rude employees. The pharmacy is like going to a 3rd world country getting medicine. It’s awful !! Pick another pharmacy if you can !!!!

    The worst pharmacy in the world!!!! Line till the exit and workers doesn't care. They just walking from one side to another doing nothing. And every day the same. It looks like management knows and don't want to do something!!!

    I don’t like giving negative reviews. So sometimes I just will not write anything, since I like to keep life positive. But… since I have to give a star, they get one, but I’ll call it negative one. This is the second time I used them as a fed ex drop off and one of many that I ran in after work. I have never waited in such long lines. Only one person at the register, other staff walking around like they do not see people in these lines. One gentleman was helping the line of passport pics, photos and my fed-ex drop off, he vanished. After 30 min of the same people in line…. A manager came and went and kept acting like she would come back. When she finally started to help. She said to the only woman that had been working the counter “oh I guess he went home.” She was unable to help any of us. Needless to say. Don’t go there for pics, passport pics, fed ex drop off, or just anything in life. There is a CVS down the street

    unbelievable just how slow and poor service this location has. just waited 50 minutes on two cars in the drive through… use the walgreens down the street. this place must be managed by the worst manager in the the history of drug stores

    If I could give 0 stars I would! This pharmacy has the most incompetent bunch of people I've seen in my entire life in all the countries I've lived in! What a mess of a place! Prescritions always wrong even if you call in advance to make sure it's right, wait is crazy (window or in the pharmacy), personnel will argue with you when you're trying to tell them something and they have complete disregard for customers. The list is too long.

    If you call and ask to speak to the manager, do not expect good service. The manager has no customer service skills, struggles to understand the customer's explanation of what occurred, and then dismisses you and keeps trying to hang up by saying "Cannot help, sorry. I have to go now, bye". I was surprised that the MANAGER couldn't resolve my issue or even provide an explanation despite me speaking to him calmly and just looking for assistance. I would have been okay if I couldn't get a resolution I desired. My issue was his demeanor and lack of customer service skills as a manager. He made NO attempt at helping and hung up on me. Very disappointed. Do not bother going to this walgreens if it is run by someone like that ...

    Awful pharmacy , had a prescription sent over at 1030 and they said they “don’t have it “ and closed the pharmacy, went to the 24 hour Walgreens pharmacy and they filled it right away . Pharmacist there not helpful at all or sympathetic to the situation. Don’t go here

    The most negligent pharmacy in the USA. You will wait on hold for an hour, they will pick up and tell you "please hold" then they will disconnect. They never have the stock of meds they need and put mental health at risk by FAILING TO PROVIDE CARE

    Would give 0 starts for pharmacy if possible. Prepare to waste hours waiting for your prescription. I’m changing pharmacies today. Would never go back here.

    Called at all times for pharmacy and they pick up and put me on hold between 6-8 times then the call disconnects. I’ve tried in the mornings, afternoons, evenings. Tried for 2 hours tonight from multiple phone lines. It’s been 4 days of attempting to reach pharmacy with a question about meds availability. One of the worst stores in the country. Actually, I think this may be a Florida problem as this has happened in Orlando and Tampa too. Maybe it’s at the regional level, IDK, but any attempts to deal w @Walgreens in FL has been horrible and why I’m back using Publix, even though it’s less convenient, at least we can reach people who are helpful. Clearly District and state management needs giant shake up in leadership

    Every time I have to pick up a prescription through the drive through window I have wait about 10 minutes. They only have one employee behind the counter.

    Wife and I had 8:30a/8:40a appointments for Covid 19 vaccinations. Filled out all paperwork online. Showed up at 8:25a. Only one tech at counter. When we got to the counter we told tech we had 8:30a appointment. He acknowledged and walked somewhere to the back. He kept going back and forth for almost 10 minutes. When he finally got back he asked again what we need. We explained we had appointments. He said he had to put all the information back into the computer, get a form from the pharmacist, we have to fill out the form and then he gives it back to the pharmacist who then prepares the vaccinations. But this time is was 8:45a. We walked out. Our previous shots had all been at CVS. There is a separate check-in area for vaccinations. We give our name and they grab the medicine and needles and we are done in less than 5 minutes. I immediately went home and scheduled with them. We stopped using Walgreens years ago because of horrible service and long, slow lines. Now we were reminded why we did that. All three of the Walgreens stores in our area are the same.

    This is the worst Wallgreens I've ever been in. They make you wait over 30 minutes in very long line when they only have one attendant , maybe if your lucky you get 2 they have had many complaintsan over the years and they do nothing about it. If I could rate it 0 I would. They have shown that just don't care .

    We came to this Walgreens to receive Covid vaccine waited in line 30 minutes took 30 or more minutes to approve thru insurance . Waited another 45 minutes, and still waiting, lots of people, everyone of the customers upset, I would suggest going to another location,or another pharmacy!

    If its open then customer service should be promptly. After 10pm we were 20+ plus min. Waiting on the line!. The ppl who where in line asked if it was any other associate, she says she was the only person working...mmm too bad

    The pharmacy never pick up their phone. Keep looping the automated system until you hang up. I have seen them doing it. Called while waiting at the counter. THE SLOWEST PHARMACY COUNTER ON TGE PLANET!

    This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever used - I sent a prescription there and when I call to ask why its not ready yet - they ask for 30 minutes - when I ask whats going on the prescription was sent in half an hour ago - they just place me on hold. This is crazy.
