I came in for an appointment today just to rule out some food allergies for an ongoing condition I have been fighting for answers for for years now. Majority of doctors, specialists, nurses, etc. have been very skeptical to listen to my story and try and help me find answers as it leans more towards hormones and thyroid issues and many traditional physicians are not educated on these issues/do not believe in them because it is never a one size fits all answer. Pamela I believe her name was, was SO understanding and respectful. It was by far the best experience i’ve had thus far throughout this journey. She seemed so genuine in hearing me out and hopeful for me to find answers and helped advocate for me to the physician. I just wanted to thank her and family allergy and asthma for such a positive experience. Although i did not find any additional answers, I can at least now rule one more thing out and walk away feeling a little bit better and more confident i’m taking the right steps with her help. I highly recommend!

I was a new patient for Dr. Revan. I had made an appointment for first visit the following week, when I started to have severe respiratory issues. I called the office and was seen immediately within the hour. The staff was pleasant, professional and very attentive. Dr. Revan was friendly and concerned and explained my diagnosis and medication needed for my asthma. I work in the medical field and was extremely impressed with the staff, physician, office and my whole experience. SO happy I found this office and will continue my allergy and asthma care with them in the future.

I called and was able to get tested within a week which was great. Unfortunately due to COVID issues my serum took 4 weeks to create. I understand this is a nationwide issue so be prepared to wait awhile to begin shots during the pandemic. The staff and Dr Revan were great. My only issue is they only give shots on Mondays and Wednesdays which isn't that convenient for me. I will make it work since they are so close to my home but I wish they were open another day during the week.

Billing department is terrible. I went in for a doctor appointment and didn't receive a bill for nearly 9 months. The customer service is awful and I still haven't had my issue resolved, so I ended up just paying it so that I didn't have to deal with the billing department any longer. Horrible customer service- do not recommend solely for that reason.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Revan. He listened to all my questions & has helped lessen the severity of my asthma. Unfortunately, anyone who answers the phone is incredibly rude. I was having trouble hearing the nurse through a muffled line. I thought she asked for my address but when I began to speak, she yelled “NOOOO” to me over the phone. I couldn’t believe someone could be so rude. In addition, I called the billing department to ask about a bill I received in the mail. She was unhelpful & acted as if my questions were dumb. I’m considering switching doctors due to the disrespect I’ve received from the office staff.

Easy to make appointment, very friendly staff. Dr Revan took the time to get to know me and all history of past allergy/health issues. He also wanted to make sure he addressed any concerns I had along with all the options available to me. Highly recommend Family Allergy & Asthma.

Caveat Emptor: They will tell you the cost of allergy shots are $200, but then a year later, you’ll receive a bill for $1,118 - almost $1K more than the amount disclosed up front and paid in full at the time of the visit, with no recourse but to pay it in full or threaten to be turned over to collections 😡

I have been treated here for 6 months now. They are very good at their jobs. The Dr spends as much time as required to fully understand what needs to be done. I appreciate the entire staff.
