I tried three other local Jewelers before I came to Jared to get a custom platinum four ring wedding stack. I was actually a bit frustrated by the time I walked in, and was about ready to give up. I started work with another jeweler and it wasn't done on time for my wedding, or 6 months after I was married, I was still wearing an old sterling silver band. The group at Jared beat out the competition in numerous ways. Joe and the other staff were extremely professional, polite, cheerful, and most of all, knowledgeable. They know the products, how to modify items that don't work together, and the capabilities of their jeweler. Also, they completed the work quickly as promised. I worked in jewelery repair for a short time, so I scrutinized every piece with a 20 magnification loupe, and can tell you the work was well done. Also, you have two options for custom work there. You can go to one their manufacturers website's and choose from a huge selection of customizable items, or you can have Joe design you whatever your heart desires. He has a great talent for CAD design. I also needed appraisals for my items, and not only do they offer that service, but they have an independent GIA certified person do the service, instead of using their own employee. Compared to the other local stores, this location had more stock in general, and if you are shopping for wedding rings, this would be the best place to go. I LOVE my rings, and I highly recommend this particular Jared location.

My Husband and I came into the store to get our rings cleaned. Taylor was polite, very professional and friendly. She educated us on how my ring may change color over time and suggested a process that will keep the color and showed a side by side example of the color change. We appreciated it! Thanks!

We love our experience at Jared by Dayton Mall every single time we go. They, especially Ian, take the best care of us! My Tag Huer and engagement ring were both bought there and are inspected and cleaned twice a year , no charge …Ian cleans and inspects my items so well, they are super sparkling, show the right date and they’re in perfect condition when I leave!! Highly recommend ‼️

We recently had our jewelry inspected by Joe Kassis, the General Manager. Joe did an excellent and thorough job of explaining and inspecting our jewelry. He was invaluable in assisting us in purchasing additional jewelry. We would not hesitate in recommending that you see Joe for all your jewelry needs. He was very professional and personable during the entire process.

Just went in to have my wife's ring cleaned, however, upon further review there were a couple of diamonds that were loose (thanks Dave). Our original salesman from a couple of years ago, Ian, came over to continue our service and continues to amaze us everytime we stop by. He has always been very personable and we feel like we're old friends every time we come in!!

I received a new watch as a Christmas gift (not even from Jared's). Stopped in to have the band adjusted. Mariah was amazing! She was extremely helpful and patient as she made multiple adjustments until it fit perfectly. Highly recommend.

I’ve always had a great experience with them cleaning, resizing, and inspecting my rings. - 2nd review: I went to Jared’s to get my engagement ring cleaned and the rep who I spoke with , Mariah, was very welcoming, and gave me some options for a new set that I had never thought of. Jared in Miamisburg is the only place I go to for my jewelry purchases and inspections. I always work with Ian Cole. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always works with us on making sure we get exactly what we want. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very pleased with my wedding set. Joe did a phenomenal job making a custom band for my engagement ring in half the time that was estimated. Its absolutely gorgeous. Every time we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and felt like more than a customer. Any custom jewelry, I highly recommend Joe.

SHAWN ADAMS was the absolute best! If you are looking for any type of jewelry we highly recommend him. We can’t thank you enough! The people here were super helpful. I felt a lot of other dealers were trying to up-sale me the entire time. The folks here did not make me feel like that at all and were super helpful the entire way. I would highly recommend this location

Walked in and was told "just a few minutes."....10 mins go by. No acknowledgment from the staff. There were 2 staff members free, not helping customers, not even say anything to me. I guess once you've spent your money here, they no longer see you as a "valuable customer". Very disappointed in how rude I was treated as every person walking in should be treated with the highest integrity & professionalism. Jared failed today.

I had 3 pieces for plating and repair to be ready and a specific time the following day. They were not ready, and I was told they would ring them out one at a time while waiting for them to finish. This was unacceptable for me since they were not ready as promised and needed for the mother of the groom to have some clean, shiny rings. I've spent a lot over the years there, and they've managed to upset a loyal customer just before Christmas. I'm looking for somewhere new to be loyal to now. Got some watches that caught my eye while waiting to be told to wait...
