Quick and easy! I was able to reserve a time online, and got a reminder about when I was supposed to arrive. Upon arrival, I was able to walk right in, get checked in and my child was seen immediately. The nurse practitioner was thorough, and listened to me and my daughter and our concerns. The problem was diagnosed and we had the prescription within two hours of our visit. Very streamlined and easy process! Highly recommend!

NP Kim and NP Kelsi are amazing! The nurse assistants are wonderful, as well. My children and I always have positive experiences. This location is very convenient for the times I'm unable to have them seen by their pediatrician. We always walk-in and never experience a long wait time. I would suggest going in as soon as they open to avoid any rushes. To top off our positive experiences, the staff treat my children with play pack activities, lollipops and juice. It's the little things that can aid in the child starting to feel better. Needless to say, we're thankful for this Kids Express!

With so many sick children as well as sick Healthcare providers, waiting rooms are full and staff are very busy. The staff was very welcoming and gave accurate wait times upon check in. My daughter was so scared to have a strep test. It was a bit traumatic for her. Two nursing assistants worked with her. They were so incredibly patient (when I was stressing out) with her. They comforted her, talked with her, and took their time, assuring her that she would be ok. Then, they gave her juice, candy, etc...and hugs! Our nurse practitioner was also loving and kind, as well as personable. My daughter stopped to hug both nursing assistants and the nurse practitioner as we left. Great teamwork. Thankful they were there to meet her needs and also to help me!! When you receive personal service like that, the wait is worth it. Will definitely refer and return. I didn't know it even existed. Grateful I do now!

I would highly recommend Kids Express to friends and family. The location is very clean, easily accessible and convenient while being as quick as can be. The staff is where this place really shines! They are professional, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, caring medical professionals. I was very impressed with the male MA and Megan the NP. Great humans and they really make the trips as enjoyable as possible for everyone despite the circumstances. Thank you, Kids Express. You are a vital addition to our community!

I made an appointment online for 11:00. Walked in with one other patient ahead of us. We waited about 30 minutes in the room. We were back in the car by 11:40. Quick, convenient, efficient. I'd love to see a Kids Express north of town, though!

I have had to take my daughter to be seen here multiple times, and each time I was impressed. Patient assistant/advocate Hunter is wonderful with kids and executes nose and throat swabs with ninja swiftness while making kids comfortable. All of the NPs have been so very attentive and ask the right questions of my child and follow up is always very clearly explained. They work to get kids seen as quickly as possible even when very, very busy. Recommend highly when your child is in need of quick treatment for a minor known or strongly suspected ailment.

We arrived right at opening as a walk in. Staff was super friendly and we got seen within 25 minutes. The nurse practitioner is amazing and she even gave my daughter a bengals bracelet. Highly recommend!

All the staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter who is 10 said "they were sweet and caring"! The nurse assistant was great with her and walked her through the rapid strep test. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

My son came home from school not feeling well today, I took him straight over to Kids Express where he was seen very quickly. The staff were all very friendly. Rachel, the MA, really put his mind at ease for his strep test and brought him a little treat afterwards. The NP listened and we didn't feel rushed at all. Great service and definitely a better alternative to waiting to see your PCP.

Staff was incredibly kind and patient with us. They explained everything thoroughly, made us feel comfortable, and gave us confidence that we were in great hands. Facility was clean and checkin was quick. We recommend Kids Express to anyone in need of care of minor illnesses/injuries.

Brought my daughter in about 630 p.m. 1/20/23 for the flu. The NP (I think her name was Kim) was great. Super nice, understanding and thorough. However, the girl working the check in desk had a less than desirable attitude/personality. Her name is Amanda I’m pretty sure. I walk in with my daughter and she doesn’t greet us or anything. She just looks at me with this unimpressed expression on her face and asks me if I have a spot reserved, which I didn’t. The whole 5 minutes I had to interact with her she just seemed like we were totally inconveniencing her. Sorry she actually had to do her job. Other than that, the process was quick, our room was clean and my daughter received the care she needed.

Friendly service. My child had symptoms.of strep throat and I just needed a strep test done. This Children's Hospital Kids Express location in Springboro was able to get us seen quickly as a walk in appt, as there were no available appts online for the same day when I tried to reserve a time.

I trust Kids Express more than our pediatrician. They are informative, careful, trustworthy, and value your time. It’s our “go to” for three kids under 10 years old for everything from sore throats to ear aches and coughs. We are in and out in under an hour with heartwarming care for the last 3 years.

All the staff were very friendly and kind. Jill was terrific and took time to listen to my daughter. We were seen quickly and medications were called into the pharmacy right away and were ready for pick up without any wait. Great experience to help her get to feeling better.

We came here so they can check in my son, we don’t like it here because there is ALWAYS a super long wait but it was the only one open at this time. They told us it was going to be a long wait like 45 to 1 hr we say ok and stayed. More than 1 hr later they called us to a room, all the other patients were gone and there was no one else there. Another patient arrived and they just put her through no questions asked and it was clearly a friend of the staff (I have no problem with this we all have friends!) When I got upset was we waited for 35 more min in the room and nobody check on us nor anything we just left. I know there a staff problem and all but there was no more patients just the one it arrived just before we were moved to a room. I understand that it can be a long wait on an urgent care but this was crazy. Same things happened a couple of months ago I took my daughter there same place sore throat and fever, waited for more than an hour then they had to do 2 strep test because there were not good (they said those words) waited for 25 min each time to end with you should take it to south campus urgent care to see if they can do it there. I know a lot of people have good experiences here but not us it’s always so bad!!!

We’ve ‘visited’ Kids Express more times than I’d like to pay for but we return because the service is always incredible! The staff are caring, attentive to the kiddos, and service is usually swift! This is always our first choice for illness appointments.

Tried to do a walk in today for my two kids and they refused to let me sign in until I brought my kids in the building but didn't offer me an idea of how long the wait would be. There were very sick children present so I had my two kids who were waiting on flu shots wait in the car with their father. Won't be back as that's nonsense.

Awesome place. It normally takes forever at urgent care type places, but they moved people along. Great staff! Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if I do I will most definitely be coming here!

Highly recommend. The staff were pleasant and compassionate. We were brought back to a room quickly. Megan, the NP was very helpful and solved our problem quickly. The curbside pickup just down the street for medication was MUCH appreciated!

They were excellent!!!! My daughter was having some urinary/bowel issues and she would not leave the bathroom. They brought her everything she needed and the nurse practitioner, Amanda was so kind and completed her exam in the bathroom with my daughter. Very kind and compassionate.

The staff here was extremely friendly and professional. We were shown to a room quickly and taken care of in a reasonable time. My kids interaction with the nurse was fun and reassuring. I would recommend Kids Express to parents and kids alike.

Literally love this place. This location and the others. Being able to take my kids here when I can’t get them into their pediatricians is so convenient. I’ve been about 3-4 times and every time I am in and out, the staff is very attentive and patient. The morale is good. I just overall really appreciate this place. And thank you to the staff ! As well as whoever came up with the idea of a children’s urgent care !

I had never been here before but I will always take my child here after hours/weekends in the future. My 6 yr old would not allow them to strep test her. They were calm and patient with her. We ended up having to hold her down to get it done and the whole time they were wonderful. The doctor was amazing as well. Very personable and made my already upset child feel comfortable and even got a few laughs out of her. I definitely recommend 100%

We called from the parking lot when we arrived and we’re told to come in. When we entered we were greeted by a friendly person who took our information. Our time in the waiting area was only five minutes then we were taken to the exam room where my sons vitals were taken. The assistant was very pleasant. A very short time then the Doctor came in and asked my son to describe his systems. My son was comfortable with the Doctor right away. The Doctor was very thorough. The place was very clean

They are always nice & helpful. They called my daughter’s prescription in at Springboro Children's Urgent Care Pharmacy on a Saturday evening so she was able to start antibiotics right away. They are a great alternative when you can’t get into you pediatrician.

We did not have an appointment but the staff looked ahead and saw what my grandsons symptoms were and did appropriate tests ahead of time so when we got to our room the wait was less and the results were available for the practitioner. We’ve been there many times and have always had a good experience. The staff has always been very pleasant and caring.

Wonderful staff! Tried all day to get a rapid covid test for my 15 year old daughter. They got us in right before close and all staff was kind and caring. Very impressed with this place. Wish we had found them years ago. We will be back.

The staff at Kid’s express were phenomenal! They knew exactly what to do to keep my daughter calm when getting her covid vaccine. Fast and efficient. Very professional. The extra special touches they added-lollipop, stickers, glove balloons, and overall conversation with my toddler really made a difference. They even offered to help me out to my car since I had my hands full with two kids. The ability to get in line ahead of time is amazing too. Very clean facility. Will go back for all my kids needs!

All the staff was extremely friendly. I know they are all incredibly overworked this time of year but that didn’t affect the quality of care of my daughter received. The nurse practitioner took so much time talking with me and my daughter about her symptoms. She explained the best course of treatment and went over everything We need to know about the medicine including looking up the best places to go to bring down the high cost of the RX

This was our second visit to this location. They are amazing! I was hustling trying to make it and walked in 5 minutes before closing and nit one person made me feel bad about them staying a few minutes after. They are so kind, and my son felt extremely comfortable. I feel the medical care is A+.

Offered same day appointment for COVID Vaccine for my 2 yr old. Appointment was made super easily on their website check in apon arrival was efficient and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall experience excellent and super convenient....Great Job Kids Express!!!!

Walked in for a COVID vaccine for one kid and a booster for the other. No wait and was easy. They did both kids in the same room. The check-in person did recommend that we choose to "save a place in line" via the online portal in the future because the wait time on the online portal can be inaccurate. Everyone was awesome. They used a "buzzy bee" to help reduce the pain with the shot. It was so easy.

This place is wonderful. We're new to the area and don't have a primary care doctor yet. We got in quickly, and everyone was super friendly, helpful, and thorough. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to friends and family!!

Doctor Kim was extremely great. The place was clean and the customer service up front was okay. The main thing was getting a correct diagnosis and following that thru to success. That’s what happen and, all that mattered.

Walk ins NOT welcome! My child woke up sick this morning. We tried to schedule an appointment online but it appeared that the system didn't accept appointments until they open, a lot of places follow that type of system. I arrived there shortly before they opened to try to get my child checked only to be greeted by an employee that just kept shaking his head upset that there were people lined up seeking medical help for their children. He then unkindly informed us that appointments open at MIDNIGHT and are gone within an hour or so and that they are changing the walk in policies. We left after discovering that we would wait at least 3 and half hours before being seen. It would be nice if this info was posted online to inform patients before arriving. Not being rude to poeple would also be a huge plus.

We have been going to Kids Express since they first opened a few years ago. The staff in Springboro are professional, efficient and incredibly quick. I will always recommend Kids Express to anyone needing immediate care for smaller illnesses. I’d give ten stars if I could!
