Beautiful store with a large selection of most everything. However, I agree with Robert that the staff could use some training in customer courtesy. The guy who rang up my purchase recently was borderline rude. He couldn't even bring himself to say thank you. Felt like I was bothering him just to buy something!

I’ve never met an establishment that does not care about their guest. One none of the employees had masks on. Their amount of product was mediocre at best. Don’t waste your time with this place

Decent wine choices. Don't always have liquor or appropriate holiday beer I'm looking for. Mixers available are lacking, spread out in store instead of in one location. When busy, it's difficult to get help.

Knowledgeable staff on beer, wine and liquor. Hard to get any allocated liquor unless you get in line very early, but that’s part of the game. They still have a good choice

If it were a little more organized, I'd have given 5 stars. They have a replica of a Knight in Armor when you first walk in, and it's pretty awesome. The employees there are so helpful and friendly. If you aren't familiar with this location, it may be a little difficult to navigate to your favorite spirits and perhaps the organization of their products could be a smidgen better. They have a humidor with some of the most prominent Cuban Cigars brands and they're fresh. I've been to soooooo many liquor stores in my life, this one definitely ranks my top 10.

We really like your shop and visit frequently. But there have been times we could have used help getting things to the car and it was not offered. I work at a retail store and we always take the heavy things and carry them out to a customers car. My advice. Do not even ask. Just do it . It goes a long way.

Outstanding store. Great wine and bourbon options, more importantly though are the owner and staff. The owner is outstanding! He and his family’s commitment to the local Springboro community are exceptional. Their staff is wonderful. Love having them as a local small business supporting our community.

The lady at the store was very rude! When I went to the front to pay my bill she didn’t even bag my liquor she proceeded to just hand it off to me without bagging it! Like last time I checked liquor was suppose to bagged up! Also the fact that you have to spend 10 dollars or more to be able to use a credit/debit card there is ridiculous to me as well! They don’t offer any pints just 5ths of liquor there. This place needs to make it more affordable for the average person! All in all I had a bad experience here especially with the customer service! I love the Springboro area and I don’t recommend this place to anyone nor will I be returning!
