    I always have a great experience at this Starbucks location. They have continually modified their business to keep employees and customers safe from the spread of COVID-19. I genuinely appreciate the precautions they take while still providing friendly service.

    Yummy drinks & snacks! Great place for a small bite & pick me up. Best to order through the app if needing a complicated drink. Drive threw is pretty quick & efficient.

    Drive thru is always backed up to the street. Why? Because the employees are rude, disrespectful, catty little girls that nobody wants to interact with inside. Wouldn't waste your money or time here if you don't have to. Never had a pleasant experience so I quit going.

    The service is always great but the caramel macchiatos are very disappointing. Twice when I have gotten them they are very watered down. No flavor at all. I hadn’t gone back for awhile because of that. I thought I would give them one more try today. The same thing happened. I have been to other Starbucks and the caramel macchiatos are awesome so I know they haven’t changed the recipe. Go to another Starbucks if you want a caramel macchiato.

    With the hard times businesses are facing it's hard to find workers let alone good ones. Emily at the drive through today was fabulous! She was so friendly, efficient and just made you want to smile!

    The staff is nice but they constantly get the drinks wrong. Today was no different. First they forgot any flavoring so my wife went back. They quickly remade the drink but once she brought it home for me I found out that this time they no longer did almond milk and instead put regular milk in it. If you offer options to avoid allergens then pay attention when it's requested. Thought we'd try it after a few months but this proves we'll just stay away.

    This is one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to (and I’ve been to many...perhaps too many). “Nice” how, you wonder? The decor is great- also plenty of seating, indoors and out. Clean. Good light. Friendly. Voila, c’est tout!

    I never had an issue before today with ordering my coffee. I always get a venti iced white chocolate mocha but today I went I ordered it and when I got it I got charged 6.15 i don't know why cause the drink is 5.47. then on top of that they added soy to my drink and I never asked or said soy at all when I ordered. I was already running late for work and I did have the time to go and asked to get it fixed.

    Same menu as others of this name. They seemed to have most items, in contrast to other Starbucks. Barista wàs masked, as was I. Friendly service.

    Went through the drive-thru on a Friday at 10ish and they were really busy. I was in and out but the lady at the speaker was very upbeat, positive and really made my day start off on a high note! Shout out to Emily at the window! Keep being you girl!! OH! Shout out to the person who made my drink too!!

    No reason to take any stars away, but it's just like every other SBs you've ever been to. Nothing special and nothing bad. When it's busy it's slow! (Just like every other location I've been to.)

    My family minus myself love starbucks. I am not a coffee or juice drinker but my daughter asked me to pick one drink and try it. I said OK and picked the pink drink. I get it with lite ice and I have to admit, it is delicious. So now even my daughter likes the pink drink more then any other. I am now a starbucks patron for life.

    They always seem to be out of oatmilk. And always supplement the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Expresso with coconut or almond without letting you know. Should be able to get what I ordered for the price! Or at least ask if they can supplement the Oatmilk with something else

    Order online and you still have to wait then you wait to find out your order is wrong and you have to go to the end of the wait line for them to correct. They also push their political views on you when you go to place an order! Don’t want their opinion, want my order right. Be smart shop local small businesses.

    First off the staff is super nice!! However, every single time we go the drinks are horrible! I have 4 kids so the 3 times I’ve gone I bought 5 drinks and 4 out of 5 are bad! Starbucks isn’t cheap! Yesterday the cream in pink drink was curdled, my 2 chai drinks tasted so bad! Orders are always wrong .. sad really

    Went to springboro starbucks for coffee. The drive thru was pretty long, so with no one in the lobby, i went in. I placed my order, and began the wait. And i waited.... After 10 minutes i asked if the mobile orders always get filled before walk ins. I was told my order would be filled in the order that it fell in. There was no one picking up mobile orders, so you would think they would fill mine. I told the girl i have to leave, she made my coffee. There are too many good local coffee shops in Springboro that need to be supported. Please try This Guys and Bixbys. Excellent!

    The blonde espresso always tastes so off! It’s clear the machine isn’t being cleaned correctly, if at all. I am a daily customer at other stand alones so I know what the blonde espresso should taste like & it is very smooth. Every visit I make to this one I remember why I’d make the trip to go inside the Springboro Kroger Starbucks down the street’s instead. I also bought a breakfast sandwich this morning that had DISGUSTING PURPLE bacon on it. I don’t see how this place stays in business.

    I’ve worked in the service industry for years, so this review does come from a place of understanding. More than once I have gone through ordered a frappe. My drink came out completely melted, even the whipped cream was flat and liquid. Clearly they reuse drinks that either were not picked up by a mobile order or if a duplicate was accidentally made.

    I was surprised that my carmel frappacino was a little bland. And my son ordered a hot chocolate and he said that his didn't taste good either. What gives Starbucks? You guys use to be consistent.

    We live in Middletown and the only Starbucks we have is a little store inside Kroger. My daughter loves going to Starbucks and I drove all the way from Middletown to take her to a real Starbucks. We walked into a completely empty store with 3 employees behind the counter and stood at the counter for over 15 minutes before someone rudely asked us what we wanted. My daughter asked for a cotton candy drink. She said she knew what she was talking about and we paid and waited for more than 20 minutes for some kind of vanilla Carmel frap with raspberry syrup. I normally wouldn't let my 9 yr old drink a frappe but the employees were so rude and acted as though we was bothering them. Being in the store. I just took what they gave us and left to get out of there as fast as possible. All we got was dirty looks and ignored the whole time. The girl that took our order literally said "what can get for you" and " I know what you want". Once they did make the drink. They sat it on the counter and it sat there for another 5 minutes before another employee asked us what we was waiting for. I told her some kind of cotton candy drink and the girl that took our order walked over and said this is it. If she knew that was our drink and we was the only 2 people in the store besides the employees. Why did we have to stand there and wait so long for them to give us the wrong drink. They acted as if we was making them uncomfortable. If that was the case. They could have given us the drink after they made it. So we could leave sooner. Not leave it sitting and ignore us for a little longer. This is by far the worst customer service. I've ever experienced.

    Great place to put a Starbucks! They are almost always out of supplies. I can go 5 times and they will be out of supplies 3 of those. I end up going to Kroger. Employees are nice. Bad corporate management!

    It's rare that I purchase anything from Starbucks....this is only the 3rd time I've visited the establishment as a CUSTOMER. I have some gift cards that I need to use. Anyway I did stop by the Central Ave location this morning, 11-17-2023 & we stood at the counter for a grip before anyone even acknowledged us as wanting to place an order....and there were plenty of workers around....anywho, a nice young lady asked if we'd be helped yet and I told her we had not. She took our order & we proceeded to wait. It didn't take long for our drinks to get made. I did have to ask if special drinks had to be ordered to receive the reusable cups as they were not automatically given to me when our drinks were done. Big ups to the lady who gave us a little cup of pumpkin spice to make my daughter's latte taste more pumpkiny and less coffee. The snowman cookie was cute and the lemon loaf was delicious. Both drinks were $5.75 & both food items were $3.85 (give or take some cents). The 3 stars were because we were not helped or acknowledged in a timely manner...not even a "welcome, someone will be right with you" greeting. Other than that....this location is okay!

    Service was very slow this morning because there was a cheer squad there getting drinks, and I waited over 20 mins for my order to be ready. Drinks were mostly correct, so I'll let it slide.

    Staff is really nice. I hope management pays them all enough to afford an apartment and food. In Ohio you need at least $2100 a month to qualify for a small cheap apartment. Management better understand if their staff isn't making that they cannot afford to live

    When I recieved my drink it was almost half cream foam on top...took over 10 minutes to get..didn't have time to have them remake. I couldn't drink it...had to through it out...$7 literally in the trash!

    Every single time i come to this starbucks i wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the drive thru. I don’t know if staff is awful or if they’re understaffed. If it weren’t for my girlfriend i would never give this place business due to their awful service but it’s the most sensible location for me to go to

    The worst Starbucks ever. The line is always wrapped around and you’ll wait in the drive thru for 15 or more minutes. Every time I come here before work I’m late because they take forever.

    Drove 27 minutes out of my way to this Starbucks only for them to not be open when online it said open and on their sign it said they were supposed to be open at 6:30am... it was 7:15am. I’m assuming someone forgot to open. Very disappointing. I took my business to Dunkin’

    Changed the hours from 530 a.m. to 730 a.m. which is mildly disappointing. It was perfect for them to be open that early, as I work before 6. I guess I will make the best of it anyway. The girls are super nice and they get the order right. Haven't tried much food there, but the coffee is good.

    Awful. I got there at 3:30 and waited AN HOUR for one cup of coffee. Worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. The employees never once said they were sorry about the wait or compensated my drink. I understand a 10-15 min wait due to rush hour but an HOUR?! I was forced to stay in line due to the barriers. Completely uncalled for.
