Lacking : bring a list or remember everything you ordered, bbn if you dont a you're leaving with something missing SERVICE : ordering: delivery only do not pick up and DONT order through door dash late at night, they love to keep them waiting and mess with them , maybe they're mad they're not getting to deliver ??

This location is one of the better locations friendly staff even late night and they are open late I highly recommend if you're close by stop in for some good pizza

Placed an order for delivery at 10:17 and the estimated wait time was 50 minutes. I checked the app and at 10:39 the food was out for delivery. Then comes 11:42 still no food and we only live maybe 10 minutes away. I rechecked the app and it says my food was delivered, that's odd because I'm sitting on my porch and there is no food here. I called the location to see what the issue was and they informed me that the driver knocked on the door multiple times and no one answered. If that was the case then why didn't you call? Funny thing is that during this time not one single car even drove down my street. So obviously the driver just didn't want to driver the pizza or something. The person on the phone half a** apologized and asked if I would like a refund, well duh yes and I would like my order for free as well. Be careful ordering from this location

My son called this store, the guy said I can’t hear you I can’t hear you, than said the store was in east Dayton not Miamisburg. I called this store to help my son out, got the same story, can’t hear you and this store is in East Dayton. My son called back, placed his order and the guy just hung up the phone without confirming any information, so he had to call back to verify, I understand bad days and being tired and overwhelmed, be better and do better. Truly this pizza isn’t 3 star Michelin quality, so don’t or can’t expect 3 star customer service I suppose.

I am no longer ordering from here again. I placed an order around 1am and was quoted 50mins. Fast forward to around 1:30 and the tracker said my pizza was delivered but it obviously wasn't. I give it a little more time and I call the store to see what happened. The man who answered the phone had an attitude and told me it would be there in a few minutes. I waited until about 2:30am and NOTHING! They never showed up, never called or anything.

The owner is the problem. Worked for this store four years ago. I quit after two days. My background involves working as a General Manager for Papa John's for over a decade. Came on as a driver. Owner shorted me twenty plus dollars both nights and would not let me watch him cash me out at the end of the shift. Which is unexcusable. Night three I quit. Dropped off my shirts and to no surprise I never received a pay check for the hourly pay for the two days I worked there. Commented on the stores Facebook page and was blocked. Avoid

Our order never showed up. We eventually called and the guy said he knocked several times before leaving the food at the door, but neither of us heard any knocking. Because he never called us we can't be certain if he delivered to the wrong place or if someone stole the pizza from our doorstep. We asked for a refund, but we were told there was nothing they could do. Looking through the reviews this seems like a common issue here, and while it's nice to see the owner respond to everyone it looks like that's all talk with no actual changes being made. I'd like to rate this place higher, as I do like the food, but $20 for food that we never get to eat is a bit steep for me.

While staying in miamisburg ohio me and my fiance wanted to try a new pizza place, randomly chose cousin Vinnys pizza.. it did not disappoint 👏.. we ordered the "cream and crimson" the pizza was absolutely delicious as well as the cheese bread, I don't know what cheeses they use but hands down its in my top 5 of favorite pizzas!

Customer service is horrible. Wanted me to pay cash after already being paid with credit card. Showed nasty driver “Dan” credit hold through bank. Used to be the Big $10 and a great deal now $25. NEVER AGAIN!

Took forever for my burnt pizza and burnt wings. then an employee locked the door for someone they had "bad past experiences with" that was behind me. I obviously didn't know they had experience with this guy who was knocking on the glass for like 2 minutes. So i let him in cause i thought he just thought the door was locked. The employee proceeded to give me my order then walk outside with me and tell me "don't open the door for anyone here again" then walked away. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous here. They also tried to claim that I didn't place an order, but I argued until he "saw that i ordered". Come to find out every review on here says they tell everyone that they "didnt get their order."

First time getting Cousin Vinny's several months ago, the crust was white, and undercooked a bit.... But edible. I got another order last week, and called to make sure it's well done. Whoever answered sarcastically said "we won't burn it". When it arrived, it was all on one side of the boxes, the crust was very undercooked, quite doughy. Literally had to cook takeout pizza. If I wanted to do that, I would've went over to Kroger and get frozen pizza and save $30. Don't think I'll give them another try.

We order from here all the time and we Ordered a pizza and bread sticks the other night. The driver showed up and said he forgot the bread sticks and he will run and go get them and be right back, but he never showed back up. Called the next day and explained the situation to Brandy. She gave us the option for a refund or the bread sticks and apologized. Great customer service

Best pizza ever

We tried Cousin Vinny's for the first time tonight. I love pizza. But, there was hardly any sauce on the pizza and what was on there hardly had a taste to it. The cheese sticks were burnt and they didn't have any spices on them. The chicken bites were okay, but, I have had better. Overall, for the $41 we paid for, it was only worth $20 total for all three. We will never eat there again.

My wife and I have a dedicated pizza night, so we can just hang out and have a cheap/ cheesy... pun intended...night to ourselves, because you should continue to date each other throughout your relationship. Our most frequent pizza place of choice... Cousin Vinny's, and our pizza of choice... steak formaggio...along with the cinnamon sticks and drinks...and we have ourselves a good time every time. So don't knock it cuz it's "cheap".

I'm here on a Friday night at 2 a.m. and the window says open and the store hours say theyre open until 4 a.m. we knocked on the door the door is locked and the dude at the register gave us a thumbs-down saying they were closed. I'm sure they're great during the day but if you're about to starve and die at 2 a.m. this ain't the place I guess.....

I would say 75 percent of the time it's a good place to get a cheap meal. Don't complain to management. Nothing will happen. Owners do not do anything to help.

I tried the pizza for the first time tonight. It's good except the toppings I ordered weren't right. I got sausage and I didn't order it. I ordered banana peppers. I didn't get those.

Fantastic place to get pizza. My girlfriend and I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza(pretty big pizza for a medium) and 2 sodas, and the total was around 10 dollars! The pizza itself was only 5.99, they definitely live up to their advertising of having cheap food. Now, when we got home I expected the food to be very mid because of how cheap it was, but it was actually really good. Pizza was a solid 8/10, and still just as good after a few hours. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

Ordered pizza for pick up. The person taking my order wasn't rude but was distracted. Showed up to get food and order was out for delivery. The manager was in apologized for the mix-up. Made fresh pizzas plus gave me the original ones. Gave me a discount and a couple of cookies for my kids. The manager totally turned what could have been a negative into a positive. Way to act like a good leader!

Doesn't even deserve a star. What kind of pizza are you serving for thin crust ? Supposed to cut a pie in 8 slices - not dam 60 and be all over the inside of the box. First and last to order. Good luck folks while they are in biz. More like going out of business soon ! Quality sucks balls.

I love cousin vinnys, today I did a personal carryout and someone was late and the manager was yelling and cussing at the employee. Instead of taking a moment to talk to him somewhere else, there was 3 other customers in store. I'm sure the other employees could have took over for a moment. But it didn't happen.

Pizza and breadsticks suck, but these subs are fantastic! Manager was super nice during pick up. Apologized for wait even though I only waited 3 minutes and was early to get my food.

No matter which location I have ordered from they are the fastest delivery and by far have the BEST Ranch Buffalo Chicken Pizza around. I have tried other pizza places but Vinny's is way better.

I normally get great service from this location and I dont know if it had something to do with how late it was and employees wanted to get their stuff done fo get out of there or what but my food was ice cold, I did some customizing to my one pizza and did not get it the way I had asked and I ordered 2 fountain drinks with NO ice and they most definitely filled it up with ice so they was watered down by the time I got the good. I will give this location another shot to please me so we will see.

Idk what's up but the prices anymore are outrageous. 30 dollars for 2 medium pizzas? And not only is the price disastrous but I've continually had orders messed up. Twice in a row I order double bacon, and I get cheese.

Greasy, cheesy, and some of the best bargains in town. Seriously, every Tuesday you can get as many Larges with one topping as you want for $5 a pizza. Perfect for a family, a party, or just a good slice of pizza. Just don't go into it thinking you'll be eating healthy lol.

( Tuesday Madness) I've ordered there every Tuesday in West Carrollton the manager Rick was a puck rude and didn't care told us to go get pizza somewhere else!!! I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning on Rick the manager due to the way he spoke and lied to me was beyond disrespectful himand a million other things I just am not going to sit here and type everything he said I advise you not to go to that Cousin Vinny's!!!! Called in for an order at 3:15 am. Provided my address/order request and was placed on hold. Jim then gets on the phone and apparently was not aware I had already provided all the info prior. Did care, was rude and seemed as we are an inconvenience. I realized after getting on the phone that I didn’t have as much cash as I wanted in order to tip the driver. Called back and Jim answered. Card number was verbally given wrong by my friend then, Jim pushed for the card number with an aggressive tone. I know we all have had evening but it should never be pushed to customers more or less customers that have spent many evenings enjoying their pizza and late delivery. Bad customer service. I advised to cancel the order. Jim called me back explaining how once is run the system times out yet still had an attitude. I declined and advised we did not want the service any longer. YES!! Tone is extremely important and his was very poor. Too bad, never had an issue at this location prior. 👎🏻👎🏻
