Everyone that works in the Sebastian office starting from the person that gets your information when you arrive for your appointment to the Lab person that takes your blood 🩸 and that person is very gentle and careful to try not to hurt and she doesn’t hurt you. person that takes care of checking you out when you are ready to leave is very kind and does not try to rush you. She makes sure you have your next appointment set up so you are satisfied with the date and time. The phone receptionist is really good about making a change of appointment for same day for Lab when the patient finds out that they have a conflicting engagement and she does it with a smile in her voice. All the people that work there that I have encountered are very kind, friendly, helpful and professional.

FCS is a treatment center where you can go and not think of yourself, the staff is so kind, they listen to your concerns and try and make you feel important and also quick to get answers for you. It is very hard to find people like them that treat you so well. Keep up the good work FCS

Staff are always kind and friendly. They work to make you feel secure and recognized. It takes a specific type of person to care for people in a difficult situation. On the phone or face to face these individuals manage to pull it off. Someone is doing an excellent job of hiring the right people.
