We loved our visit to mambo soft play! Sooo much to do and a lovely cafe with plenty of hot and cold food and drink options!

First time visiting here and was shocked at how big it is. As far as the facilities go, it was incredible. We had an 11 year old and a 3 year old with us and they both had a fantastic time. They have soft play areas suitable for all ages - including really young babies, along with ride on motorised carts for £1 a go, an arcade with lots of games, 2p machines and teddy grabbers. There were plenty of tables/seating, also more on the 1st floor. Everywhere was clean and well kept. The toilet facilities were great, super clean, baby changing facilities inside and also an accessible toilet cubicle. They work on a 'band system' when they are busy so you'll get a coloured wrist band when you enter and that colour will be called out when you need to leave, I spoke to one if the girls at reception on what time our colour would be called and she said around 3pm if it gets to busy - which would work out to be 2.5 hours after we got there :) The only negative we had from our visit was the food.. I'd highly recommend taking your own food because it was very disappointing what was available there and very overpriced for what you get - especially for the adults! My daughter's chicken nuggets and chips were a bigger portion than my baked potato with chilli. It's advertised as having a side salad but it's more like a pinch of lettuce, onion and a slice of cucumber 🙈 the potato itself was very dry, the chilli was rather bland and for nearly £7.50 I would expect a much better quality and portion! I will say my friends panini and side salad - a worthy portion of salad - did look good but still very overpriced. Overall we enjoyed our visit and we will definitely visit again to enjoy the softplay however we will be bringing our own food next time 🙌🏼

As soft play goes it’s a really good one. The climbing area is really big with lots of slides and also a small football area. The food is not a bad price for these types of places and the quality okay. Quite a good selection of food and drink as well. Plenty of parking but it can get busy over lunch but they do have an overflow car park. Some indoor shots provided.

Massive soft play and adventure area four levels of multiple slides and climbing avenues in baby, toddler and junior sections, no time limit as I’m aware of…. Great food selection along with sensory rooms and arcade areas. Brilliant day if you want your kids to burn some energy ( and a little cash lmao) well worth a trip if your little ones enjoy soft play… staff are great one machine broke well we was using it and he fixed it in minutes and gave us a free game for me and my son.

Great for kids of all ages. The baby and toddler area is secure and code gated. There's the usual issue of the odd child who's a little older going in the baby area but generally speaking it isn't an issue. The food and drink is very reasonable with good sized portions and cheap prices. The multi-level design of the larger play area minimises the amount of kids on one level, making it a little less chaotic. It's not cheap - around £10 per child, but you certainly get your money's worth

Fab place to take the kids. There was so many different areas. They had baby and toddler, older kids, sensory room and arcade and I'm sure there might be some bits I missed. There was nice areas for kids parties and plenty of tables for everyone. They served food and drinks and it was a very clean environment. My son had an accident and didn't make it to the toilet in time and they were very nice about it and clean it up quickly with proper cleaning products. I offered to do it but was told no. Very nice staff and will recommend it to everyone with kids. There was lockers too and plenty of toilets and baby changing areas.

My daughter had a party here back in December and the staff were fantastic. I booked the wrong day and the wrong time and even considering all that the staff accommodated my needs and had the matter sorted in a few phone calls. My daughter and her friends loved every minute of it and didn’t want to leave. One thing that really impressed me was the fact when the enormous amount of party food came it was actually warm! I’d pick Mambos every time!

This is a great place to bring the kids to play in a safe place. For the first time, my children went to bed early when we returned because they ran a lot.......

Our son had his 7th birthday party on Sunday. I had reservations about how this would go, but the team there was extremely supportive. Food was amazing for the kids, and nothing was an issue. A very good venue for parties or just a visit. Thank you mambos and the team, an amazing day for our son. Highly recommended

Fabulous place, very very busy! We had to wait for about 40 minutes before we could get our tickets to enter the play area!
