Came here not expecting much; just a nice dinner out to eat where with the usual kid chaos minus the cooking and cleaning at home. Then I was blown away by generosity. It's a cliche motto but "when you're here, you're family" really felt true. Food was good; service was great; experience was amazing. All palates were satisfied (kids and adults alike) and we were seated quickly with excellent service. Thank you to the kind server who out of the kindness of her heart brought me a dessert as she saw me struggling with my kids. For the first time in a really long time, I felt lifted up by a loving community.

Carrabba's West Lansing is the best. The staff is great and the food is always delicious. Let me start by saying, never get the spaghetti or the lasagna because it will disappoint you. You need to trust the menu and get something else, even if it's a little out of your comfort zone. The Chicken Bryan is the best, put goat cheese on anything and it won't disappoint. The Eggplant Parmesan is great too. The kids LOVED the macaroni and cheese and said they wanted to come back for dinner every night because it was so good, not Kraft yellow garbage, delicious penne and a white cheese sauce. I've had most things on the menu (I may or not have worked here when I was younger), and almost nothing is bad. The food comes out fast, you can see the cooks back there working, and the service is stellar. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Make sure you get dessert, you can't go wrong with any of them. This is pretty much the only place in Lansing that we go to regularly because the food is high quality and doesn't make us sick.

Imagine ordering a yummy Grilled Chicken Caesar salad from your local Carrabbas on an uneventful Monday night. You order on DoorDash before jumping into a hot bath to begin your evening of relaxation of watching season four premiere of “Darcy and Stacy” (trash tv at its best) on TLC while wining away your worries with a glass of Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. Alas when the Door Dash order arrives the only thing in the bag is a box of lettuce. Literally. No chicken, no side of yummy bread. Not even a plastic spork. DoorDash offers you the option of a $3 refund on an $30 order (salad, chicken, bread, delivery fee, tip, etc.) Dumbfounded you call Carrabbas and share your woes with Brian Heriford, the manager that fateful evening. Not only does Brian call DoorDash and make it right by making them redeliver the correct order he doesn’t make you feel “guilty” about having to fix your problem. Brian is a first class human.

The first time at this establishment and this Italian cuisine restaurant wasn’t bad at all, I’d compare it to something like cousin of Olive Garden, similar but they got their own thing going on. We arrived early in the day, possibly just after opening so it wasn’t super busy with people. The staff was wonderful, everyone who came to our table was helpful and kind. Proportions of the food were good, a little on the large side, so if you don’t finish you might have leftovers. We ordered starters and our own entrée. The food was hot and ready to go. The food was good, and I wouldn’t mind coming again someday and trying something different. Clean Restaurant, modern Italian inspired decor and plenty of parking for anyone and everyone!

We've never been here before and love Italian! While deciding what's for dinner we were driving by and said well, I love plants and there's plants on the roof and we love Italian so let's try it out. Carrabba's did not disappoint! Great food, great service and our mixed drink was delicious!

Service was fantastic, food less so. I ordered the Short rib Marsala. Sounds great I know, on paper it was on plate, well the rib was literally a fat ball. It was really disgusting. The garlic mashed potatoes were so strong the completely drowned out the flavor of the sauce.

Has the facade of a fancy restaurant that conceals a dirty interior. Several of the tables inside had dirty dishes on them when we arrived and had not been cleared off by the time we left. The floors were also dirty, covered in crumbs, pieces of food and napkins. I had the peach sangria which was good but had a rotten piece of strawberry in it. Salads were lacking at best, mostly carrots and old lettuce. My entree was very good, my date said the opposite. Their ravioli was swimming in sauce. Likely would never come back. Was over $125 too. A terrible first impression.

Fantastic service from Olivia at the bar. The manager was very polite and came up to speak with me and see how I was doing. The food is always excellent. I will be a new regular. Highly recommended.

My first time eating here. Food was great! Our server "Marshall" was even better! Very attentive .We wanted for nothing! He brought refills without us asking. I'm looking forward to coming back here during the week to get the lunch special! Five stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another wonderful dining experience for our anniversary. 3 out of the last 4 years (thanks Covid) we have visited Carrabba’s in W. Lansing to remember our first date and celebrate our marriage. Every time we go, we have gotten excellent service and the food has been amazing. If you get a chance to go, hopefully your server is Brad T. - he’s fantastic and has taken care of us on multiple occasions. Unfortunately he was off today, but Savannah was just as great. I highly recommend. Thank you Carrabba’s- we’ll be back again, especially on 4-7.

Marshall was our server. He is fantastic! We experienced superb service, while he ran about keeping up with tables. He was also the bartender. He never missed a beat and gave great advice when we had questions about our entrées before ordering.

We met up here with family as a middle spot. They accommodated ten of us and the service was fast and friendly and the food was great. The manager was very nice and checked in with us too!

Unfortunately, lunch was disappointing. The service was fine, but the quality of food, preparation and presentation were fair. Sometimes it's all about the selection. House salad very good.

Never had a bad experience here. Had the lamb chops, super delicious. They have a sweet sauce accompaniment that has a touch of mint. Makes it superb. The waiter was really on point keeping drinks flowing and any needs met. The manager Louis was a absolute professional. Courteously asked about our meals and made sure we were all taken care of. Enjoy this chain, everything is made from scratch. Great food, great staff.

This was delicious, well worth visiting. Super friendly staff, and the food was fantastic. I tried one soup and wasn't a fan, and the server offered to replace it free of charge because that's just how they do things. Fettuccine chicken Alfredo was great, huge serving size too!

The staff were so nice and help us get a larger table to accommodate our party of five. We had originally asked for a table for four. The restaurant was packed but they were very nice and were able to accommodate us. I had the Tuscan Chicken and garden salad. The chicken was cooked to perfection, very tender and juicy and that is the first time I had the house dressing and I’m now addicted to it!

Food arrived warm, came with bread too, which was a nice surprise, but there was no butter to go on it so I didnt get to eat it. The lobster ravioli was terrible. Tasted entirely like onions, and nothing like lobster. No utensils either so I had to use a fork that I fished out of the trash from yesterday's meal, not ideal for eating soup.

We have not been to Carrabba's in awhile and this return visit couldn't have been better. The food and service was just as good as always. Eric, our server promptly took our order and never missed a beat during our dinner. We started with salads so large we had half of them boxed to take home. I had the crab topped salmon and hubby had sirloin with marsala sauce. Both were excellant.

Everything that our party of six ordered was very good. Both the chicken and the fish were flavored well and had sauces that complemented them. The soups were very good. The cannolis tasted authentic, and the tiramisu with some of the best that we've had at a restaurant, though it seemed to be a bit dry for my taste. The service was good. My only quibble was at the meatball appetizers were very small, and certainly did not seem to be worth $3 a piece. This is such a better Italian restaurant option than Bravo, which we had been to on Lansing before and were sorely disappointed in.

After learning of this restaurant only 10 months ago and dining @ Carrabba's about 8-9 times now. I'm happy that I can count on consistently well cooked meals and above average servers. Not every visit has left me feeling 100% satisfied, but I can state with certainty that every visit has me convinced I will be back again and again.... do yourself a favor and give this place a shot. I recommend the Johnny Trio w/ the house salad & creamy parmesan dressing. Save room for desert along with some coffee/cappuccino as well... definitely a pleasure to end the evening.

Dinner here was delish!!!!! Waitstaff was great. The tiramisu for dessert was the best!!! I highly recommend Carrabba's Italian Grill! A+

The food was so yummy! It would have been lovely to sit outside but that apparently wasn't an option, probably because they didn't have enough waitstaff to run the patio as well as the inside sections, which is everyone's problem these days. But otherwise a perfectly lovely meal, followed by a delicious dessert. (I don't remember what I had for dessert - something chocolatey- but it was fantastic!)

The food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean and tidy. I really liked the way lamb chops and waiters check my table often. Brian, one of the managers, came out and provided excellent customer service. He made us smile and made the whole experience even better.

Anniversary dinner and looks like we chose the right place. Drinks we're made well. Bread was wonderful. Fettuccine cooked perfectly, and my steak was excellent (and I am picky). Service was friendly and everything but one drink order was timely. A bit pricey but then again, you get what you pay for.

Went to a wedding shower here. The atmosphere was good, the service was good. Be careful when ordering your food, especially if you have allergies. I specifically asked if the “Marsala” had mushrooms in it and was told no. I explained about allergy to mushrooms. I was assured it did not have any mushrooms in the sauce. Thank God the sauce was on the side ……. It had mushrooms! I googled the recipe and the sauce is definitely is made with mushrooms. I then preceded to educate the waiter.

Food was simply amazing! Not one thing I had there I didn't like, and everyone else seemed to agree too. Our waiter was extremely helpful and friendly the entire service as well, which made us all feel good. Its worth the long wait for a table!

5 stars every visit. Our server Brittany, was fantastic as always and Bill is so down to earth and makes us feel right at home. The food was delicious particularly the beef short rib Marsala. We could not ask for a better experience.
