We went to this store yesterday and it was filthy after you walk past the car register. There were clothes and hangers everywhere on the floors. Enough that if you didn't watch out you'd be stepping on them. I picked a few piles up while looking around in the clearance area, which there was no organization at all to. I think the sizes markers were just suggestions to the employees. Then we went back to the dressing rooms and it was the same. There were stacks of clothing just left in the dressing rooms while the two girls back there were just chit chatting about their closets at home and whatever else. The one stopped long enough to say "Just pick a dressing room" and then went back to chit chatting. When we walked out of the dressing room we area there was no interaction at all. The cashier's however, we're very polite and their area was clean and organized. I'm pretty sure it was a manger who was leaving while we were standing in line and said "Call so and so if it anything crazy happens. I'm out of here."

The racks are packed and tight together. Hard to find merchandise. I miss the Meridian Mall store that was well laid out and had enough room there move

Your hours on all your windows and doors say 24/7. Know where else do you have any hours posted. We showed up at 8:30 and saw a worker standing there. I knocked she saw us but didn’t bother to even acknowledge us.

The store itself is tidy and orderly, even the clearance was maintained and easy to look through. Most of the workers were friendly and helpful. One worker made me feel like I was a burden for trying to return/exchange 3 items I bought on Old Navy online. She also left a security tag on one of my items and I didn't notice until I got home.

I was at Eastwood Lansing location today. Not only was I not greeted...I was ignored (by the one employee working). I have been several times in the last year and this location is ALWAYS trashed. Not sized. Not even organized in any way. I have seen and heard the store manager berate young employees who work there. No one should have to be spoken to the way I have heard her speak. I am a life long Old Navy shopper and I know the expectations of how the store should look , and how employees should conduct them selves. Everyone seems miserable who works at this location, I can only assume it has something to do with mgmt.

We got some great deals. I have always been a fan of Old Navy but that was my first time in that location.

Stopped here looking for christmas pajamas. They had a great selection. This year they had jogger pajamas which I love. I am short and would prefer to not have my pants drag on the floor. The store was clean and tidy!

My daughter had reserved two sets of masks. I was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived. As promised the masks were in back. I was quickly checked out and on my way! Great experience!

I have been an Old Navy customer for all 29 years they have been around. The quality of their clothing has gone through the floor, I want good, durable denim, not this horrible wow garbage. The styles are terrible and the selection for the entire store is awful. I used to love old navy but I'm breaking up with them and I never want to see them again. Ever! P.S. the customer service in your Lansing store is terrible.

The single person bathroom is haphazardous. The only source of ventilation is covered in a thick layer of dust, which goes against OSHA standards and is linked to health risks. I suggest cleaning the vent as soon as possible. The toilet paper is a considerable length away that forces one to bend over (which restricts breathinh) and potentially lift off the seat. This would pose as difficult for handicapped individuals. I suggest moving it closer to the toilet. As for the hand dryer, the cold air exerted gave my poorly circulated hands frost-bite. I suggest either amping up the heat or providing an alternative drying option.

Had to use my social security number and my license to verify my old navy card because they won't issue me a new one and fix the problem. Good service.
