We stayed at Coloma/ St. Joseph KOA about a month ago. We have a 2 and 5 year old and it was the best experience! Very family friendly. We stayed in a cabin (no bathroom). Which, cabins with no bathrooms are actually very close to the nice clean bathrooms. The patio's were also such a nice new addition to these cabins as well. The pizza they make right there and will deliver it to your cabin. It is delicious! They have donuts and coffee in the morning but it doesn't open till 9am which stinks for early risers that want a fresh cup of coffee. It did rain one day while we were there so we went to the museum in downtown St. Joe. The campground is a fantastic location on rainy days. The owners and employees were AMAZING!! Everyone was so nice which made the experience even better! I'm afraid to go anywhere else because they have set such a high standard. Our 5 year old asked if we could stay instead of going to Disney :). If contemplating whether to stay here, do it. You won't regret it!

Just returned from our stay at KOA. Our group booked the 4 deluxe cabins and they were absolutely perfect. This campground is small and cozy. Literally has everything you could need or want. Our kids did every activity offered (including sand art and the bike rentals). The Staff were friendly and hard working. Campground is clean and well maintained. The pizza and coffee available are also great and everything can be delivered to your site. Cannot say enough good things about this KOA. Go! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent family friendly campground. They offer many activities for kids and families. The staff members and managers were all very friendly and helpful. The campground and it’s facilities were all clean and well kept. Our son ended up getting hurt the first day we were there (his own doing, not the campgrounds fault) and all weekend the staff members would stop and ask how he was doing. Just shows that they actually care about the campers that stay there, not just the money. We’ll definitely come back once he’s healed and ready for more fun.

This is one of the best family friendly campgrounds we have been to. Our kids love it and we know they are safe while they are out playing. The grounds are impeccable with every employee taking great pride in their work. We frequent this campground often and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended.

Very nice park, staff is super friendly and helpful. Bathroom and other facilities are clean. Lots for kids to do and stay busy. The only disadvantage is that it's close to a highway and train tracks so if your tent camping and want to hear nothing but nature, this may not be the campground for you but we have an RV and like activities for the kids so it was great.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for a weekend in late May. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities for a weekend of camping, kids loved the jump pillow, gem mining, train ride, basketball. (Pool wasn't open yet.) Did some hiking trails. Appreciated recycle bins! Like every deluxe cabin we've stayed in, it could use more hooks. So many more hooks but otherwise, great stay! Very close to Lake Michigan!

This campground was clean and well tended with so many fun amenities for kids! It was a great location, close to beaches and wineries. The staff were friendly and attentive; it was a great experience overall!

Nice camp site. Lots of fun things to do in there for the kids and adults. In my group the kids enjoyed the pool. Also playing volleyball. Walking around in the trails. Lots of children bike riding. They have a court with corn toss and other fun games. We went during the worst fire smog from Canada , but in the campgrounds the lively trees keep the air clean. We didn't notice the smog till we went out .

We camped, so the rooms were our own! One of the best campgrounds we've ever experienced! Lots of amenities, terrific staff, very well kept-up. Sites can be a little close, but everyone was so quiet, that it wasn't too bad. We appreciate the quietness VERY MUCH!

We have stayed here 5 times in last 2 years and our stays have always been wonderful. We bring our own room, but the campground is always well maintained and clean. Bathrooms are clean and showers have hot water. We love the store and the Cafe, especially the pizza and donuts and latte. In fact even my Rottie is very chill when camping with us. He especially enjoyed the nature trails (haha).

This was one of the best KOAs that we have ever visited. The sights are spacious, grounds are well kept with gorgeous landscaping and the staff members were very friendly! We experienced a minor power outage and the owner came by to check on us before we realized the power was out! He made sure the issue was resolved very quickly. They also installed a brand new jump pillow during our visit which the kids loved in addition to many other amenities.

My wife and I stayed at this campground as we explored the kayaking along the Paw Paw River. A very short drive from the interstate, this KOA campground had plenty to offer. Hands down the service level was at the top. Every one we interacted with and saw working was kind, polite and did their tasks quickly - from garage pickup, site clean up and deliveries to your site. Like others have mentioned, the KOA has cabins and full size tents along with the large number of RV and tent camping sites. They really have a place for everyone. One of the amenities worth mentioning that my wife and I enjoyed was the nature trail. If you like hiking, it was an unexpected treat to have this length and type of trail right within the campground. It wasn’t a difficult trail, but one with some great hills in the woods. It’s super close to the Paw Paw River and several drop in and pick up points. I would recommend this KOA and would camp here again if in the area.

Beautiful well maintained park with visible staff. Sites are level and somewhat close to each other. Easy in and out of the park and there are what appears to be multiple activities planned for the upcoming season. Multiple cabins some with fencing are available and appear new. We will definitely return when passing through.

A wonderful campground. Clean, efficient, great service. Able to get pizza dna other foods brought by the cage.. So many great things for kids and families. We will definitely be back!

We had never been to a KOA or camped in a camper. The staff at this location were outstanding in every way. I don’t think they could have improved. They actually helped us hook up our camper and delivered pizza and wood to our site any time we purchased any. The activities were great for our kids and the availability of food, ice cream, coffee, and an on site pool were the frosting on top! We will be back.

The only issue I have is the price but what you get from them is pretty amazing. This is definitely kid friendly with playgrounds, bounce pads and tons of activities. They've won numerous awards and I can see why. Even though it was a bit pricey if there's a chance to take the granddaughters back we will.

Not so great of a campsite. Absolutely no "after hours" monitoring. There are people checking in at all hours of the night and have no respect for quiet. On a Sunday night, low period, there was a car pumping up an air mattress or something with their head lights on at 11:00 pm. The night before some loud truck started up and revved their engine while coasting through the grounds. The highway is so close you can hear all the traffic, and not to mention the freight trains which seem to announce it is after 10:00. The staff are nice and friendly. Pool was nice and there are plenty of things for kids to do. The facilities are nice too, but you can find all these things elsewhere.

Awesome place, staff was very friendly and helpful. Delivery to campsite was prompt, often our wood was delivered before we got back to our site. Well shaded with plenty of Mature trees. Camped on a sold out weekend, bathrooms were always clean, text alerts was a nice touch as well. Nature trails were great too. I’ll be returning for sure.

This is truly a special campground! It's small enough to give kids a bit of freedom while being able to always keep an eye on them, and there are so many great, easy, affordable and convenient activities for families, including a jump pillow, pool, club house with games, hiking trails, play field, outdoor games, playground and many more. Plus the easy, tasty on-site food options are a big hit with kids. Highly recommend!

Nice campground with friendly people. Everything was clean. The 4 person cabin was comfortable and even came with linen and dishes. Campsites are a bit close together like most KOA campgrounds. The free delivery of food from the cafe and firewood was very convenient and fast. Conveniently located close to several Lake Michigan parks and beaches. Good Verizon signal. No pavilion for hanging out in the rain, but there is a clubhouse with some games and puzzles.

I had reservations for camping this weekend. One of my family members tested positive for Covid so we had to cancel. When we tried to do that, KOA would not refund the $240. I even called their corporate office and they suggested asking the individual store owner for a credit. When I did that, he said no because that was not their policy. All three individual that I spoke with at the campground were rude. The first person hung up on me. What a horrible business establishment. My rating is zero stars...

We stayed overnight in one of the rustic cabins. It was really nice. The shared bathrooms were close by, and had the toilet and shower together. There was a nice pool, and lots of things for the kids to do.

One of the very best KOAs we have ever stayed at. Facilities are well maintained and there are activities for everyone. Staff are friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. This location is in a fantastic spot for wine tours, Lake Michigan, and other sight-seeing.
