As soon as I came in Tom was texting on his phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. I tried to get his attention but he told me I had to be patient and wait for him to finish what he was doing. Once I told him I was picking up an order he didn’t respond and just went to the back to grab my order and said have a good day. I would never return or recommend anyone to this location because this specific location lacks hospitality and needs major training on how to make guest want to return .

I placed and order on 01.19.2023 and there was an issue with delivery. When I called I spoke to a manger by the Dough, he was rude, and gave me an attitude. I asked for expiations/ resolution of what I could do to make sure the order got delivered and he gave me attuited, and said it wasn't much I could do but cancel the order or pay a delivery fee which I was willing to pay. His attitude got worst when I said that and I told ill just cancel the order ,and I called different location. I did file a complaint about this store as well with corporate.

The fruit arrangement was awesome and detailed service

Beware, the order was placed 2 days before delivery. They service business before residential orders. Attempted delivery at 445 pm....no call until no answer at door. 2nd attempt was again at 445....I had to go pick my gift up at the store. No phone calls to confirm someone is at location to receive order.

The was fresh and it was ready on time! I will order again. Very good service and very polite. The only problem was the on line app which gave me a free 5 dollar item and still charged me, the lady at the desk tell me “I will have to come in to get the free item”. The company need to fix this!!!

From the ease of placing an order, to the friendly customer service… I was presented with this Visually Edible Beauty. Fresh fruit, yummy chocolate, couldn’t of asked for more.

I have been coming here since they opened up and they still have arguably the best shakes in the city. The ladies here are always professional and provide the best service. I drive from the deep east side hoping I can catch them before they close. I love the Strawberry shortcake shake and peach cobbler shake!

I ordered $110 worth of stuff yesterday 5/13/23 to send to my girl while she's at work on 5/14/23 and they cancelled my order!! I didn't get a call from them saying that cancelled this is horrible now its 2:11 pm and now there not answering the phone horrible customer service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Love this location! They always deliver a smile to my recipients, wishing them happy birthday when they do the drop off. Very lovely people working there.

I had great customer service today from a gentleman that do deliveries but he also picked up the phone later that day. I really wish I knew his name but he was great a black guy maybe in his 50’s.

My daughter really enjoyed her basket. The arrangement was beautiful and the fruit was very fresh and delicious. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very professional and pleasant. They even delivered during our recent polar vortex! I'm definitely using this service again and highly recommend them!

I ordered a arrangement for Mothers Day. It was awful. They gave me chopped fruit. I callthenext day and spoke with an employee who promised to replace the platter in one week. Well well they did so and the replacement looks like the pictured platter. Thank you so much for honoring your work with the replacement. Good job.

This store has phenomenal customer service! My experience in ordering from Al was excellent! He was extremely patient as I was undecided on what to order. He was courteous and considerate and helped me order just the right gift! I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends!

Usually order from edible arrangements but not this location. I placed an order and everything was easy except the delivery was done in someone’s personal vehicle (not the refrigerated van) along with a group of ppl (3-4 ppl total) I’m the car during the delivery. The recipient was uneasy about eating the arrangement and this was why. I hate that I wasn’t aware sooner but this is totally unacceptable from such a reputable business!

Everything went smooth with ordering and pick up yesterday. I checked my order when I made it home and saw I had 23 vs 24 cookies. One liner clearly had one cookie vs two, in not sure what happened. It didn't move into another liner, or break into pieces, there are only 23 cookies in there. Not a huge deal, but there were supposed to be 24 in there, and it throws off the presentation.. and makes it look like I stole a cookie out of the box 🙄

Perfect. The woman that helped me was dope. She had me in and out as fast as she humanly could while remaining professional dealing with the mass confusion and frustration of the mothers day rush.
