If you're thinking of going to the Chipotle in this spot THINK AGAIN because they were randomly closed and I had to jump through hoops to get a refund for my online order. Potbelly was my plan B and made my food quickly even though they were slammed. They are my plan A now. Yummy sandwiches without any drama and everyone is clearly working hard to feed people that can't get their chipotle.

Honestly, this location can shut down now! I've given it 3 chances. The people working there clearly don't care. My soup was old, cookies were hard and stale, and my sandwich was burnt with very little topping on it. The milkshake was mostly milk. I've worked at a potbelly years ago and this location is awful. Every store should follow the standard of the downtown location. Even though the Southfield store is 10 mins from my home, I'll eat from downtown here on out when I crave it.

I have not had Pot Belly in years. I used to get it from here all the time with a coworker who left our office about four years ago; it could be five years ago. It wasn’t like I did it on purpose. Another coworker was eating pot belly, and I was like ok, I am going today. I got here, and it was pretty busy, but kudos to them for being very staffed with very upbeat and friendly people who got me my food quickly. Thank you for that. I ordered the Chili and the wreck sandwich; I have to say the toasted sandwich was outstanding! Very flavorful. I have to say I hate to talk trash about a place, but I am not sure what was going on with the Chili. It was beyond thick it was like paste. Maybe I got it at the wrong time. I would be willing to try it again. Anywho sandwiches are fantastic.

If you want quality service, matched with your order being prepared with care, this Potbellys is the one!..consider yourself lucky if you're able to get the manager (Nikqua) to get you together..love & care seems to be her specialty 👌🏽

Workers here are very friendly and helpful, kind and good workers makes a place what it is. Food is good too.

I ordered/paid online and my order was wrong, so I wanted a refund, the manager says they can't give me one, it will mess up the money drawer, they asked for my number and claimed a district manager would contact me. I fee like I have been ROBBED and will never patronize this chain again!!

People are confused by the simplest orders, customers cut in line and tables have food o them - took almost 14 mins for 2 sandwiches and 1 shake with only 1 person in line in front of me

Had a BLT slim sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. It was decent had not been here in awhile. I just needed to put something in my stomach. But I can say they are fast and quick and one of the team members just asked me how was my meal. I thought that was nice of him to ask. 😊👍🏾

I usually go to the one in Royal oak and I was in the area and decided to stop by.. I had got the pick you pair the salad and sandwich and extra salad and very disappointed in the presentation of my salads , I never had a disappointment in this restaurant but this one I had a zero rating

This particular location “evergreen rd in Southfield Mi” is surprisingly filthy, we went there to dine in, only to find the tableS! Were loaded with crumbs, food from previous customers & the floor looks as if it hadn’t been swept all week!?! I can’t sit & eat in filth. We sat in my truck & ate… much cleaner

Dont bother with ordering online in advance , it would have been significantly quicker to wait in line. It took 25 minutes after my pickup time to receive one sandwich.

The inside was beautiful The service was good. The food I didn't care for. With a name like Potbelly I expected more. Like I thought I would be sleep cause the food was so good. Instead I'm up looking for something else to eat.

Don’t ever use DoorDash or app for ordering. You will get the wrong order every time confirmed. Go in store or order somewhere else. They’re rude anyways

Beware ordering delivery through the app. Didn't receive my full order and app clearly states to contact the shop you ordered from if there's a problem. Called and was told I had to contact doordash for any delivery problems. Issue with that is there's no record of an order on doordash because I ordered from potbelly directly. So basically oh well. The rest of my order I received was good.

I order pick up from this location a few times per month lately. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Occasionally there will be an error but errors are rare. Now I just check my order before driving off. Sometimes I do have to wait a few minutes for an order after the scheduled pickup time but it’s usually no more than 5 minutes. Lunchtime is busy so I try to be understanding about that. Overall it’s a pretty good location and I would recommend it as a lunch option!

Best subs I've ever had. You will not be disappointed! The broccoli cheddar soup really set it off.

Why are you asking for tips you pay more than a server wage of like two or three bucks how offensive is it is it that an original is about 6 in in length now you're still charging me almost 12 bucks with a drink and then you still have the gall to ask for more money while you're paying your employees 13 to $15 an hour they don't deserve a tip your sandwiches are under whelming now and I think I'm done shopping at potbelly all together asking for a tip upon checkout that is just ridiculous your employees make more than a server wage there's no way you guys should be asking for a tip

Perfect place to eat food and fill our potbellys with. Hence the name. Take out was well organized, did not mess up on the order and very easy-going professionals.

Fast, reliable and well-staffed - a rarity these days and hard to come by all three. A lot of restaurants were hit hard by pandemic and this is the only one I can trust to be consistent. I come here for lunch a few times per month when I’m in the area, mostly dine in but also pickup. Food is good, place is clean, and no issues with my orders. Employees are very nice and courteous. Keep doing what you’re doing!
