It’s very horrible that even much smaller outlet or store has good number of fitting room (at least more than one fitting room) what’s the worst is that they kept the available fitting rooms closed It’s very mean and horrible from the management side that they keep the fitting rooms locked despite a long que waiting for trail rooms One of the customer confronted that she is waiting in the line for almost a hour for a damn trail room Even the que for billing is so long not because of huge number of customers but lack of billing staff How good the store is for products variety and prices that bad (I can even use the word worst )with respect to trail room and billing aspect I hope it will be looked after and solved I heard a lot of negative feedback recently on Burlington wrt billing but I didn’t expect it to be this worse

Decent store, with capable, friendly cashiers. However, I'm fairly certain that we all miss the larger sized store we used to enjoy in the past (Genesee Valley Center). The merchandise is no longer displayed quite as lavishly, thus I spend a LOT less time browsing and meandering around. Overall, it has a different, less welcoming feel. And I also spend a LOT less money because the bargains seem to be less plentiful. In fact, thinking about it so intently while writing this review makes me feel rather nostalgic for the previous location. 😞

Great price, huge selection of clothes. Name brand hats, pants, shirts, and undergarments. Accessories for any occasion. Even toys and household amenities. Whenever I need a specific outfit or look, and the possibility that I won't wear much more after said even, I go to Burlington. I have looked like a million bucks at parties while walking out from head to toe, belt, socks, tie included for less than 75-100 bucks. Would give 5 stars but the wait for register is far longer than I believe it could be. Other than that, friendly employees and safe atmosphere if kids are with you. I recommend for work clothes definitely. Great dress aperal for office job at a fraction of the price. And don't forget about sports wear.

I was looking for a winter coat for my 14 year old grandson,after not finding his size st my usual stire,Foreman Mills,the lady at Better Brakes suggested Burlington,so went there and he found a neon yellow with white stripes,it's kinda bright on the eyes but he likes it,which is rare in deed. Everyone from the managers to the cashiers was in a great mood. One of the managers helped me figure out a plan for my anniversary since he is so hard to shop for. Only 4 stars because they switched their hours and now open at 9:30 instead of 8am.

Great deals on winter coats.(300$ coats for like.. 60$) Epic deals depends on what your looking for. Shoe selection is rough(mens) but I personally/luckily found what I was looking for.

For prices & selection 5/5. If you are frugal and love a steal Burlington is for you! Hands down my favorite place to shop of all time. I have to deduct a star though because the wait times for check out can be an hour +. I have a bad leg and sometimes will have to put stuff back because i can't stand in that line.

Burlington is one of my most favorite places to shop! I always find new and exciting items every time I go there. Their prices are reasonable also. Burlington makes it easy for me to shop for my home and family!

I take my 5 star review back. Called and got the most nastiest employee at this store apparently very rude and a liar. She hangs up on me several times.. I have to call back 8 times before a level headed person gets on the phone but no manager available. Refuses to give me the employees name, she sounded like a fat white girl I guess that’s how I’m supposed to describe her to corporate?. Just fed up with Burlington at this point, will not be shopping there anymore.

Instead of using grocery bags, they loaded my items in a trash bag, they also didn’t remove my tags correctly & kept double scanning items

I love this store, they have a little bit of everything and a great place for Christmas gifts and home goods.

This is one of my favorite places to get tennis shoes and home decor!! They have so much to look at, and the prices are affordable. I was able to find two pairs of Nike's and a pair of Jordan's for a great price. I also love that they have a layaway. Definitely recommend checking out!!

Selection is always hit or miss which is party of the adventure but stood in line behind about 10 people for 45 mins to check out because they only had 2 cashiers.... and there were never less than 18 customers waiting to check out. Need to address staffing issues.

They have a really nice selection of shoes at this store. I recently went here shopping for boots and found more than I expected. I ended up with a pair of boots and two pair of shoes at checkout and I spent probably less than I would for one pair at some other stores. My favorite thing to shop for here though is the bath/body products and the accessories. They have some really high end beauty products flor way cheap! Shampoos, serums, lotions, bubble baths, and soaps. You name it! They also have some cool things in the accessory aisles. Just unique looking clutch purses, jewelry, stockings, and hair pretties. The candles are where it’s at though. They have candles here that are top notch, normally expensive, and sold in high end stores. That’s because they last the longest, they are made with all natural ingredients, they smell the best, and now they are only available at Burlington Coat Factory and sold there for nearly nothing. It’s so worth it! See you over there!

This place is obviously going under. They need some district managers or something out here before it's too late. 1 cashier, 14 people in line. Spent 3x more time waiting in line than actually shopping. Blue hair is taking her ENTIRE time, like everyone else has all day too. The dressing rooms are STILL NOT OPEN. This place looks like a picked over dumpster fire. PLEASE get someone out here to help these people care before another buissness goes under. I know this is our last trip here. It's beyond rediculous. Y'all should be ashamed.

Burlington is an interesting store. Tons of inventory. Unfortunately on this visit I could not find what I wanted but did find other bargains to take home. Worth the visit!

I love going there. It’s a big store where you can shop freely and the stuff they got is also amazing all the designs ,brands , hoodies,shoes,handbags. I love shopping there and it’s very affordable.
