Worst hotel on the island. Food is horrible and the rooms are a dump. The housekeeper stole my wallet out of my room. Management couldn't care less. Oceanview is so much more nicer in every means and cheaper.

Had to ask the staff 3 times to reset the internet because it wasn't working. It was definitely a router issue, but they just aren't motivated to do anything about it. Rooms are mediocre. Location is okay. When I was checking in, a roudy/drunk group of about 9 guys were checking out of the room next door. Glad I missed them.

The rooms are good... but the rates given should be bed and breakfast - even continental. It looks as if everything is on sell even for those who are accomodated inside the hotel. Rooms should be with drinking water - replenished daily - 2 bottles is the right of your customer. Pot for brewing coffee and cloth iron. Ensure there is minimal noises along the bedrooms corridor. Do not keep some areas within the structure (even if not for customers' use untidy - it all ends up in named 'unclean'. Otherwise you are doing the best - just some few things to do and you will excell to the very good if not the best.

Ocean side has nice view.but mountain side was noisy,dark.l made stuff exchange my room.

Nice place to stay about 5 minutes drive from airport and it's in the middle of town.

Nice hotel, close to the Airport

Stayed here for 3 weeks. One word: Decent. Decent food, staff, price and laundry service. Everything is walking distance and Shuttle bus service to/from the airport. Sea view rooms are better, just $10USD difference between single/double rooms. Just don't walk around at night, dogs will maul.
