Noah did an AMAZING job hosting my sons laser tag party for 15 wild kids! Noah was friendly and super patient....I am so grateful! There was supposed to be a break between each laser tag game but for whatever reason they were played back to back. Other than that...great place to have a party!

Got 2 packages for bowling and for 20min. Arcade, didn’t use one of the packages and the staff were helpless saying that it was used, after some back and forward staff could only repeat there was nothing they could do, terrible customer service completely careless about customer experience, spend your money somewhere else

I had amazing experience at Zone Bowling Liverpool. The party hosts were really friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. A big shoutout to Brooke for being so helpful throughout the event. And going above and beyond to make my daughter and son birthday memorable. I highly recommend Zone Bowling to anyone looking for a fun and memorable time!

I live close so I visit often with my kids. Big spacious venue, quite a few games but mostly ticket based. Lots of bowling lanes and a pretty awesome laser tag arena. Most of the staff are polite and helpful, although a manager named Brooke is consistently rude, ignores customers to chat with coworkers and acts like we’re the inconvenience. Very unprofessional on her part but I’ve had no issues with any other staff member. Overall probably better for older kids, but fun overall :)

My son and his friends had a great time for his birthday party.Tamara was hosting the party.She was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly and the kids enjoyed every moment. I recommend this place and we will definitely be back again.

We hosted our son’s birthday party at Zone bowling, Liverpool. The party setup and ambience was good and our host Tamara was excellent. She was polite, thorough and did her bit with the at most professionalism. The rating of five should be to her (Tamara’s) credit and for some of the lovely staff members at the counter. There was one team member who was noted to be rude to kids as small as 5yrs just because they didn’t know how to bowl or weren't doing it properly. In such instances parents are to be notified and not scream at little children, as no one has that right and everyone deserves to be respected regardless of age.

I’ve been to zone bowling for important moments throughout my life, specifically birthday parties or for some family bonding. This place has become one of my favourite places in the world and makes my heart feel warm with nostalgia everytime I visit it. The staff are always friendly and I’ve always enjoyed myself there. ❤️❤️

My son celebrated his 13th birthday here. Our party host Joshua was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure my son’s day was special!! Thank you Joshua!!!

Can't fault our experience having our twin son's 9th birthday here. From the initial visit to check the place out, to the follow up phone call confirming numbers and catering, and to the actual event, the staff were amazing. Super polite, friendly, and just a pleasure to deal with. We really felt like everything was in control by the 2 dedicated hosts on the day of the party, (we had 26 kids in total) the catering food was better than expected and quite fresh and tasty, and the facilities clean. Most importantly, all the kids had a great time doing laser tag, bowling and arcade. A credit to management for having fantastic staff, you must be doing something right for them to look like they enjoy what they're doing. Highly recommend Zone Bowling Liverpool.

We had a terrific birthday party of our daughter. Sarah (party host) was awesome and coordinated well for the kids requirements. Excellent venue, the kids had a blast !

Joshua who hosted my friend's 10th on Sat 19 August, from 3-5 Is just too good. He made the whole atmosphere and vibe of the party so good. Could've never asked for a better host. Love the guy, and if his manager sees this, he deserves a massive promotion. 5 stars just for his service.
