The service is not good. The approach towards customers is from sales front than actually helping people by being honest in terms of what treatments they need. My recommendation is to use that money to get PT or train on your own regularly and be patient with your body or do liposuction. All these things will be lot more cheaper than paying for these treatments. They use pictures as per their convenience to show the treatments have worked. It appears more like pick and choose than actually representing reality. This clinic has stuffed this up for me totally which I do not appreciate. I am upset. It's taken 4 months after the Milestone appointment to receive before and after pictures and still they are not correct or relevant for that matter. I spent so much money and the service and results are not upto the mark. There is lack of clarity and transparency especially when it comes to measurements, milestone appointment, pictures and scales. Treatments don't work as per how it's advertised on the website. Place is well kept and tidy.

I’ve recommended this place to my friends if they ever consider body treatments. Shaima and Vicky are great at what they do. They always make sure I’m comfortable during each treatment and make my time there enjoyable. I’m glad I chose this clinic for my first time of trying cool sculpting and Tesla! My results are even better than I expected before I walked into the clinic.

I had my consultation today and was incredibly impressed by the time Vikki took to explain the procedure and the transparency of my best options/packages. I went to this clinic for cryolipolysis (fat freezing) at the end of 2020. I have excess weight on my stomach and although I know exercise and diet are important, I was hoping this treatment would kick start my fitness by improving my confidence and by reducing my fat cells. I was happy with the idea of a 20% reduction and checked with the clinic if this treatment was appropriate for someone who is overweight, as the descriptions seemed more geared towards already slim/fit people. I had two separate appointments on three areas for the first appointment and two areas for the second appointment. The clinic is clean and bright and the therapist was friendly and professional. They did suggest I increase the number of areas but I felt 5 treatments (4 of which were same areas repeated) would give an idea of its effectiveness. The process is uncomfortable as your skin needs to be sucked into the applicator and then the temperature lowered, but it’s bearable and goes numb after several minutes. All in all I was happy with the procedure other than it didn’t work! My weight didn’t change, my measurements didn’t change, my clothes felt no different. I was so disappointed. I gave it several weeks /months in case it may take a bit longer but nothing. I looked for reviews before I did the treatment but didn’t find many and there is some scientific studies to back up the treatment. But for me it did nothing. So I wanted to post an honest review in case anyone is in the position I was. I paid £2,500 which is a huge amount of money to see no benefit. With hindsight I wish I’d spent that on meal plans and personal training as it would have been a more effective use of my money! I’ve given 3 stars as the clinic was nice and so other treatments are probably good here, but for me cryolipolysis was a huge waste of money.

I can not speak more highly of Vikki and the team from Body Catalyst CBD. I completed a fat freezing procedure on my arms. From start to finish I felt well informed and comfortable. Thanks again ladies.

The Tesla was sooooo good! It worked so well and offered me a significant help on building muscle without getting sweaty. Additionally, the consultant also provided me very professional and useful advice. Thanks a lot!

I felt very nervous walking in at first but immediately felt comfortable when arrived. Staff are very friendly and kind. Vikki gives honest advice for what is best for you, she is very professional and knowledgeable explains everything so clients have a good understanding of what exactly they are getting done and future results . The ladies here are really professional and all come from a health & wellness back ground which I found reassuring. I love the care they take in analizing your needs and truly making you feel 100% comfortable. I had the radio frequency facial. It was very relaxing overall, I felt it literally relaxed all the muscles in my face which inturn relaxed the body. After the one consultation my skin felt so vibrant and rejuvenated. The next day I was admiring how the lines in my forehead seems so much more subtle. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Body Catalyst! Vikki was super lovely and made sure to look after me. She is so fun and bubbly and acted as a great distraction during my freezing treatment. I had 2 areas treated-my chin and my belly, I haven’t noticed much of a difference around my belly yet but have seen changes around my chin and am super happy about that! I really like Body Catalyst’s holistic approach. I think it’s just as important to treat your body well, if not better, on the inside as it is on the outside. Body Catalyst’s staff is really dedicated and good at their job.

My first initial experience of Body Catalyst was amazing!!! Vikki was so welcoming and really knows what she is talking about. I loved how the place wasn’t pushy at all and we only focussed on appropriate treatments. Can’t wait for my upcoming appointments and I highly recommend body Catalyst.

I actually had a pretty scary reaction to fat freezing, I won’t get into too much detail but my body was not having it. That being said what happened to me was incredibly rare and shouldn’t deter anyone from going to body catalyst for fat freezing treatment, or any other treatment they offer. The women who work here are incredible. Empathy and genuineness are not traits easily faked, you can tell the staff here really care about you as a human being, not just a customer. It’s actually been super refreshing to experience. Although I didn’t end up getting fat freezing, I have tried a few of their other treatments. Vikki has been great, she’s a really lovely informed person :)
