They lie

Gaslighting Central. If they say that they're talking to anyone about any repairs and that is why the repair not getting done know that is a lie. If they claim that they cannot give you the information for you to make the steps yourself know it's because they're lying. They will move you in with unstable people and do not care. Most of the units that they are in charge of a rundown, infested, and are in disrepair. They might show you a quote-unquote brand new apartment but if they need to move you for any reason at all just know that the only options they have are rundown apartments.

They only want to get you out of the shelter. They have a financial incentive to do so. They'll make all different kinds of promises and they will hold up to none of them. Then they will tell you that is not what happened and at the state that you wind up in is because you did not take the proper steps to get things completed. Or that it is someone else's responsibility and that they tried their best. But when you do confront them with proof they'll just be quiet but you would have already suffered. It's permanent housing so you cannot do anything about it except go back into the shelter and start all over best of luck.

They are nice when they meet you and make a lot of insurances. When you realize how bad it is you are stuck and you would have to go back to the shelter and won’t get housing until 1 year after you move out. So fare it’s been 2 years since I had to leave theme. They placed me in an shared apartment by myself then moved Some one in 8 months later without notice. None of the repairs they claimed would be done was ever addressed. The roommate entertained a lot. My personal space was violated all the time. Come to find out she was selling aliased items including herself. They are awful.

They ruined my life. With I never met them. They lie so much. I have to go back to the shelter 😔. Dont trust Howard he us a snake.
