I have tried several meal prep companies in the past and Health Pack Meals is BY FAR the BEST out there! They provide quality food right to my door each week. Their packages are very reasonable and meals can be customized to meet my dietary restrictions. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and they have been consistent and great. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Whether trying to lose or gain weight, or if you don’t want to cook and just want some convenient, delicious, and healthy meals! 10/10!!!

Health Pack Meals is hands down the best meal prep company I have used. I’ve used quite a few including some big name brands and the quality of their food has nothing on Health Pack. It actually tastes like real food and it’s so freaking delicious. Ordered the food and it was delivered to me really quickly also. The only meal prep company I’ll use.

I really love my Health Pack meals. They are made with high quality ingredients and are prepared in interesting recipes. It makes my life a lot simpler to know that the macros I need to support my Ironman training are at my fingertips. I have tried several other companies but like this one best because the recipes are more "clean", but still interesting. I like that I can specify which kinds of proteins, carbs and vegetables I like, choose a program with how many grams of protein and carbs, and then leave it to the chef to create something yummy. With other programs I need to look at each recipe and decipher what is in it that I may not prefer to eat in my nutrition program and then have to keep ordering the better ones which makes it always the same old menu.

Great quality meal prep service and delivery! I like the different options available and you can customize meals to meet your needs. The food is high quality and delicious. I love the variety with the rotation of food, which definitely keeps meals interesting. I take my meals for lunches, so I have one less thing to worry about while at work!

This is the best quality of meal prep I’ve ever tried and I’ve gone back and forth between four different ones in the DMV area! Outstanding quality every time. A lot of other companies are not consistently this good every time. The meat is always so juicy and tender almost so tender that I have to put in the airfryer to dehydrate a bit. Hands down best quality meal prep service. I’ve tried dozens of services over the past year and had to keep switching for various reasons. Seems every meal prep company has that crippling deal breaker (poor macro consistency, meal options, quality, price, etc). So far, HPM is easily the winner and I have my meals on recurring. Deliveries come on time every week and I don’t have the hassle of grocery shopping, prepping, and clean up. Great work guys!

The customer service, promptness in response, the way the deliveries are handled, and the reliability of this business is incredible, rain, shine or snow, the delivery will always be there when promised. Lev is so nice and professional. We contacted him about getting meals prepped for a CrossFit comp and he delivered immediately with DELICIOUS food. He does not disappoint, and health pack meals taste like home cooked prepped meals, except more tasty. Highly recommend!

Wow, I am so thrilled with this meal delivery service. They were very responsive to my questions since I was a first time client I had a lot of questions. My kitchen is being renovated so this company helped me to stay eating the healthy home cooked meals I enjoy to maintain my fitness goals. My favorite part is you can customize your meal to fit your macro’s. The food was delivered right to my door in the time frame they told me and the food was delicious! My husband even really liked some of my meals. We will continue to use health pack meals even after I have my kitchen.

Health Pack Meals is by far the best meal prep company. Myself and my husband have tried multiple meal prep companies however none come close to Health Pack Meals quality, attention to detail, customer service, flexible options and timely deliveries are unbelievable.
