    Stretch Lab was a great experience. I was curious as to my overall mobility and found the answers i was looking for duri g the 50 minute 1 on 1 intro session. David S. was great. He explained what the stretches were doing, where I should be feeling them. Very knowledgeable. Recommend everyone do at least the Intro Session.

    I love StretchLab in Rocky River! I’ve been a client since they opened & have had sessions with several members of their staff; everyone is excellent, but Jenna is my favorite! Similar to a hair stylist or massage therapist, change can be good, but it’s also beneficial to let a service professional get to know you as a client so they can modify sessions to meet your preferences & needs.

    Greeted pleasantly and professionally. Clean, well ordered space. My flexologist, David, was friendly, informative and communicated everything well. Good experience, felt relaxed and more limber at finish. Recommend trying for yourself.

    This was my first visit. I didn’t know what to expect, but when I arrived, the person at the front desk was very nice and professional. Jackie was the flexologist and she was very professional and very informative and made sure I knew what she was doing or what I needed to do. I would recommend her and stretch lab. I will definitely return.

    I've gone a couple times and have met and been attached by a couple staff members. I find this service to be beneficial for pain relief and performance enhancement. I'm measuring my workouts and pain levels I see an increase in activity and reduction in pain for 4-10 days after an hour session. This is a great wellness and fitness activity that is equal to or greater than massage.

    David is the best! I have been going to stretch lab for almost a year and I always have a great experience. Going through assisted stretching can help alleviate pain as well as make you extremely flexible with the reduction of tight muscles. I highly recommend.
