Common sense you don't put ice cream on top of hot food...rest of food good...oh & I did call talked to manager & all he said was oh ok sorry 🤷‍♀️

Server made sure we knew we were her last table. We felt forgotten quite often and like we needed to rush out the door. The food was just barely edible. Will absolutely not be returning.

We're from out of town visiting family and we all got together here for dinner. We had a large party and our first impression was set by the manager Ashley. She was awesome and did a fantastic time setting up our party of 16. Our waitress Alicia was AMAZING! She was fun and friendly and helped us celebrate my sister for her birthday. They weren't bothered that we were so many, they adjusted my nephews order when he mistakenly ordered the wrong food, and they let us visit without hovering or rushing. It was an excellent experience for sure!

Had a BOGO coupon for lunch. Hadn't been to Friday's in a long time. Has gotten pricey for lunch. They had only 1 waitress on the floor, but we were surprised that it was so empty at lunch. Good was brought out hot and quickly. Our waitress was good and the burger had been cooked the way I requested and fries were good. Have to admit a burger at lunchtime over $15 will keep my visits long in between.

I absolutely love coming to Fridays !! Katie is an absolute beast!! Best service ever! The manager chrisi is an amazing manager . Great food, great atmosphere. Will definitely be back !

This location,I'm not sure if they are remodeling or closing. The building had no TGIF sign. When you walk in, you see the hostee stand and a front seating area closed off. You know it closed because there's tables blocking the section, with for sell signs on the old Tiffany lighting. On a Thursday evening, they had maybe 5 tables with guest and no one sitting at the bar. Our meal was fine, basic salad and wings. I'll have to see what becomes of this location.

The food was amazing! Chicken was just a little bit under seasoned, for my liking. Both wings and breasts, but the orange Hennessey sauce made up for it. The waiter was awesome. I recommend tomato cucumber and onion salad.

INCOMPETENT IGNORANT STAFF. Made an order 20 mins before going in. They didn’t even start it yet, then they wanted to upcharge me for extra sauce! They call that customer service? Hopefully cooperate does something about this! This is the second time! And it was the general manger who I was talking to!!! Definitely don’t eat here, HOT GARBAGE. I’ve contacted cooperate already.

I'm no big fan of Fridays. However, this is probably my best experience. We were seated right away. It wasn't busy, which was good because it seemed to only be 1 waitress. She was good, tho. The ribs were amazing. My chicken had dry rub seasoning & it was a bit too spicy for me. However, I don't consider that a negative.

Called three times and waited over 20 mins for a pick up order that had been ready. Couldn't go in since I had a dog or I would have but why say you're about to bring it when you don't? Incompetent employees that lie and do not actually care. Never had such a poor experience at any other TGI in the country. Maybe train your employees not to lie to customers faces. Receipt also says no bacon yet there is clearly bacon. Wrong on so many levels. I could be Muslim.

Definitely recommend the fry shrimps and the salad overall experience and food was pretty good.

The service was great! Thank you, Katy! The food was awesome!! I took my hubby a burger and onion rings, and he said it was the best he had in a long time. He's very picky, so that was a huge compliment! We got together to celebrate one of our group's (The Yayas) birthday! It was fabulous! Portions were great on the chicken and shrimp pasta, and the taste was wonderful. It's definitely a great go-to for atmosphere and food!!

The service was excellent, a very friendly host. The food excellent and a plenty. Good fresh coffee. The prices reasonable. The atmosphere relaxing with nice music.

Haven't been therefor awhile but enjoy my Jami Foxx on the Roxx whiskey barbecue with macaroni and cheese.great job

Door dashed from here. Ordered Wings, Burger, french fries & Onion rings. The wings were freezer burnt &dry.. Fries Fine, Onion Rings fine, burger DRY. So sides fine main meal nope..My hard money out the window🤦‍♀️

Great food every time i come here weather its busy or not. Get seated right away and servers are fast and on point with service. Cooks no how to cook steaks which is sometimes hard to find. Kids love the orange chicken dinner. Im a steak and shrimp person myself though.

Worst food I have had in a long time. My kids deep fried chicken strips looked fine, but my Caesar salad was straight rotten, completely brown lettuce, every piece. Cannot believe anyone let it leave the kitchen. Soup also tasted spoiled. Our server was pleasant enough and attentive but that was the only positive thing.

The cake was exactly as orded but small portion for price. I waited 30 mins in curbside pick up and eventually went in to retrieve cake cand ice cream. The restaurant was almost empty besides some people at the bar.

The worst bartender. chicken tortellini they use more baking soda then Alfredo sauce. It was really stinky .while the manger and crews were laughing at us. I my self did not order. I seen the over priced and short cuts. because I was a chef in a five star restaurant in Beachwood .my wife paid over $50 "Bad food" bad service" Now She Sick 🤢🤢

The food was okay. I had gotten the salmon and for the price I was paying I had hoped it would be better. It tasted like pre-cooked salmon that was heated up in a microwave to my disappointment. It took us about 7 minutes until a waitress came to get our orders for drinks and then checked on us maybe once in our 45 minute experience at Friday's. The atmosphere was decent.

Nice place, good location and service was good. Food was good for all in our party of 8. We went for lunch on a weekday, and have other times, and had no wait. It never seems busy at lunch. Prices are high to me, but I find most people think $15-$20 per person for casual dining is perfectly fine. Their whiskey glaze is awesome. I'd the whiskey glazed chicken, which Google didn't have as an option for this review

The waitress was great. She was also the bartender, and was still around. The food on the other side was not up to par. The appetizers were horrible and they need help. My guy son said that the mozzarella sticks was Bussin and the kids sliders, but everything else was garbage

Iconic place we haven’t been to in over 10 years. Friendly service, very clean and nice atmosphere and food was delicious. Broccoli had right crunch, ribs and salmon YUM!

Leaving this review to hopefully offset many of the negative ones here. Had dinner here and it was fantastic. The hostess and the waitress were both very welcoming and friendly. The service was very prompt. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Hope others will see this to give this place a try.

My waitress was great🤗. But the way things was ran ,which was clearly out of her control was unacceptable. They had wing night and only one person can order wings at a time at the table. The hostess had attitude literally the whole time, I know because we had to sit right at the door 🙄. They ran out of to go boxes

It gets a 4 star bc the staff who helped really did help. Bill was 70$ and the food was eh. But what really had me in aw was the sliders I ordered. Like I would of never sent this out I would of apologized for the longer wait but the lady waiting on us fixed it second time around was better. Never send out food u wouldn't eat. Been in restaurant bussiness for 11 years of I wouldn't eat it my customers don't see it...

Food was great, service was good considering the staff being short. One girl was seating, taking orders and bless her heart did an amazing job. She maintained a positive attitude with a smile and very polite. Didn't get girl name but we went and ate on Tuesday August 9th 2022 6:30p.m Middleburg Heights Cleveland ohio. So Maybe this information will be helpful to recognize the amazing lady whom went above and beyond that day. I definitely will return and recommend to others.

Stopped for a drink and a light bite to eat. Ordered 2 drinks: long island iced tea and a bloody Mary. Tea looked and tasted like lemonade with a bit of vodka in it. Bloody Mary was spicy spicy spicy. Both drinks were very unsatisfactory and the bar tender was indifferent. We decided to drink up and go elsewhere for a good drink and something to eat. Not going back.

Service was ok. Service staff is a bit lackluster. Sat me and a date right next to a ignorantly noisy family. There was plenty of seating just didn't make any logical sense. Took about 5mins for anybody to come to us to get a drink order. No communication between staff either. Alcoholic drinks were severely watered down. Ok place to go on a late night where other places are closed. But isn't a go to place in the least. Oh and wings are ridiculously over priced!!! And no vegetarian options

Long wait for the food or even service. The sesame chicken sampler was hard not quality. But the shrimp and ribs were good. I got a burger was lack luster. Waited for the check...we ended up just setting 80 bucks down and leaving it was not a good time. And i lived right around the corner from fridays the place used to be awesome and packed it was friday and dead.

The Barmaid was awesome!!! However, the hostess and server needs an attitude adjustment! The server reached all across me, instead of taking to steps and handing my companion their food. Half the things we ordered wasn’t served. The barmaid went above and beyond to ensure my birthday dinner was a great experience! I removed two stars due to the hostess and server!
