Very nice facility. Both of my parents have been here. The staff is very nice and helpful. Meals are better than most facilities. Admissions is very easy to work with and very helpful. Bathrooms in the rooms are very spacious and makes it easy for the patients to shower and get around. When your time there is through, the staff gathers at the door and applauds as you leave. Very nice touch!

We had a very good experience with this facility when a family member had a bad fall. Lamesha Smith was a WONDERFUL case worker and made the entire stay and transition very smooth. We could not have done it without her. Ashley was also wonderful to our family member and took great care of him as did many of the other nurses and staff. Would highly recommend this institution due to Lamesha, Ashley and the staff we dealt with.

I was there almost seven weeks everyone was nice and friendly. Therapy was great they worked with me to get my strength up and to help me learning to walk again after breaking my hip. I recommend SRI for anyone needing therapy. Going to do outpatient therapy at SRI and if I ever need to do therapy again I will definitely try to come here.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. Always check on the patient. Courteous. Professional. Even the food was very good. I could go home knowing that my husband was well cared for. A special thank you to two excellent nurses, Cathy and Caprice. No matter what was needed they made sure my husband had it. Staff always answered call light quickly. When my husband was discharged all the staff was lined down the hall clapping for him. Amazing! As an RN myself, I have no complaints. Thank you all so very much

My 82 year old mother went here for rehabilitation after hip surgery. Within two weeks, she was back at home living independently. We highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation.

The therapy team was awesome! The staff was courteous and the food was really good. I would definitely recommend SRI.

SRI is the best in upstate! In my opinion they have the best therapists. They are caring and motivate you to get better. The nursing staff including cna's are friendly and caring. If you need anything they are there for you. My case manager was very friendly and explained my options. I just give the whole facility 5 stars for being clean,food was great as usual. Great people and facility.

Love this place they done so well with my Dad in February. Loved Belinda, Physical Therapist and OT. My Dad come out of there able to walk. Nurses are nice and trained well. And the food awesome. He went back through surgery again September 13th and after a long stay in the hospital. We could not get into Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute because they are so popular. We had to go to a different facility and I am so upset with this other Rehabilitation facility. I hope we don't have to go through this again with my Dad but if so, I just hope Spartanburg Rehabilitation will have an opening. Thank you Spartanburg Rehabilitation for all you did for my Dad.

A family member recently was sent here for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. They did not tell the family this is a 14 day facility. That was not made clear when the family selected the facility for rehab. This should have been made clear before admission. That may have been the fault of the hospital, I don't know. But the worst part is when my family member was sent over from Regional, there was a medication issue the admitting physician should have questioned. They referred the family's questions to a tele-med internal doctor in Indiana who blew off the family and our loved one continued to decline. They were sent back to the emergency room after a week where it was discovered they had been over medicated to the point of toxicity. Had the tele-med doctor acknowledged the family's concerns on the second day, this would have been avoided. My family member could have died from the medication error that the tele-med doctor did not investigate. The ER doctor caught it immediately and ran tests to confirm. We knew something was horribly wrong, but the off-site doctor would not listen. Although the staff on-site was really helpful and the place was clean, the tele-med internal medicine physician is why I'm rating this facility as one star. I'd give less if I could.
