5 Stars to Darren and Lisa!! My ring is beautiful! They created an original 2 tone (rose gold/white gold) ring. It is everything he said it would be and more...I highly recommend them! We also got credit for our old rings gold and used existing stones. Price was reasonable too!

My service here was great! Darren quoted me a lower price over the phone for ring sizing and a much shorter turnaround time than anywhere else in the Asheville area, and he followed up on that! I am so pleased and thrilled with the pendant that we had made for my significant special birthday! We didn't really expect that it could be done by that date - However, I think I probably mentioned it a few times! :-) So exciting to see my imagination designed from a paper sketch, then finished in gold.... AND THEN it was even finished ahead of my special day! The work on it probably demanded some creative cartwheels, I'm sure, but I can tell that Darren is a real expert at doing such things. Honestly - to find someone who can take an idea from someone else's head, turns it into beautiful jewelry, and who truly cares about how his work makes others feel ... That is a real blessing! We bought a new wedding ring set for my wife from Pro Jeweler's. Darren and his wife were helpful and not pushy at all which we appreciated. We had priced a similar ring at Kay’s that was “on sale” and were able to get a 1/2 carat larger diamond that was better quality set in platinum instead of white gold for $2200 less through Pro Jewelers. Best of all the whole set was designed and personalized specifically the way we wanted it. We highly recommend them to everyone!

What a great experience we had designing our wedding rings. Just happened to stop at the store one afternoon, after reading some other positive reviews on the web and it was the best decision we could have made to end up with two unbelievably beautiful wedding rings. When we walked in the store, we really had no clue what style rings we were looking for. Darren took his time with us as we looked and looked. We found a style of ring we liked for the bride, in one of his showcases. Darren took the style, our ideas, his suggestions and designed a beautiful setting. For my ring, I found a style on a one of the website that he suggested I look at. Again he took the style, our thoughts, along with his suggestions and my ring came out awesome. Darren was also super fast in making each of the waxes(what the ring will look like, but it is made of wax-so changes can be made if needed), having the two waxes ready for our approval, casting the rings, polishing, setting the stones, and everything else that goes into having two absolutely amazing rings completed. He also did needed repairs on some jewelry that we had. No question at all, we would recommend Professional Jewelers for anyone in the Greater Asheville/Hendersonville area looking for fantastic jewelry.

Darren was an absolute pleasure to work with, great communication on design, and execution of the final product. For anyone wondering, he makes wax prototype rings if you're going custom. His process is thorough and he makes you feel comfortable with what the end product will be before you commit. It was stress free, and we really really like the job he did for us, and how quickly he did it. Highly recommended!

Me and my husband had a very last minute pulled together marriage and we needed wedding bands in 7 days. I called several jewelry dealers and none could have the rings ready in time for our ceremony.
