I have always order the same from theo Dore. I have noticed the establishment had moved. My order also didn't seem the same. I ordered a loaded hot dog. It had very minimal amount of mushrooms and onions. The cheese wasn't much either very little and not melted. Nothing like the previous owners , really dissatisfied won't be ordering again.

Ordered through Uber eats literally about a hour ago and the spag Bol is absolutely horrendous! Awful taste almost like it’s off and that’s not even me being dramatic … the whole portion of it, is in the bin.. what a waste! the garlic breads ok and so is the chicken starter, if I would of known about the spaghetti bol, I would or ordered from elsewhere

Don't bother with this takeaway. Ordered chicken and mushrooms pizza with added peppers and onions. Pizza didn't seam to be fresh, couldn't see many mushrooms, and had jalapenos which I didn't order and don't like them. Made the pizza very hot and spicy. Removed the jalapenos and put some ketchup on it but still couldn't eat it as the jalapeno hot flavour got into the pizza base. They don't know what they are doing and they are not cheap either. Avoid.

Had food from here plenty of times and usually fine. However, ordered via Uber and it said 5-25 minutes wait time. Food arrived 1hr 50mins later. Called the takeaway during the wait. Took 10 attempts to get through. Food was nice when it arrived but the business needs to be more honest on the Uber platform as had we known it’d be a near 2 hour wait, we would have ordered from somewhere else.

Waited 4.5 hours for food. Phoned up lots of times (most the time they didn't answer) and was told it was on its way and they couldn't contact delivery driver.. The first phone call I made was .1.5 hours in so if that was true our food was out for a very long time in the end. When it finally arrived it was freezing and I'm not exaggerating, the pizza was Rock hard and risotto was sticky and awful (most of it was binned as its nit really the kind of food you warm up After!) After contacting uber (back and forth for a week) we finally got our money back. I will add that the weather was bad.. but I mean 4.5 hours... We do not live in Antarctica! Was the worst service and meal I think I have ever experienced, which is a shame as the food has always been good from here in the past but we will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Love the pizzas from here. Hand stretched doe and what even better is that you can see them being made.

Only gave it one star as you can't give a zero, garlic bread came freezing cold. The cabonara was disgusting, no taste what so ever abit of salt and garlic wouldn't go a miss, deffinitly won't be ordering again. I'm not even Italian and make it better than them😒 waste of my money 👎

Won't be ordering again, received delivery, driver brought me different orders eventually passed me what we thought was ours, total wrong order, ring takeaway to be more or less called a liar telling me I had ordered what was delivered, lost our business that's for sure

Ordered from here lots of times. Food has always been amazing. Tonight it was later than estamatied delivery, pizzas were not fresh and soggy chips so we were disappointed 🙁

This is a honest and genuine review. Order 10 times and 2 of those times you will get delicious, perfect food. 4 times, you’ll get what you ordered, but unfortunately it’s as stale as month old bread, probably from the day or several days before, and the other 4 times you won’t get what you’ve even ordered and things will be missing. Good food 2 out of 10 times is totally unacceptable, especially at the prices they charge. The most annoying thing is, they can offer good food and service when they can be bothered, so there’s no excuse, lazy?? Ripping you off? You decide.

Just bought the gyros plata. they send 2/3 pitta breads as you get loads of chicken. Only got one this time. Absolutely loads of chicken and one pitta bread. Contacted them and they said they only do one pitta bread which is a lie cos we’ve had this dish several times and you get more than one. Had to go out and buy more

Very good pizza and garlic bread food was nice delivery was about 1hour and worth the wait. Lamb was well cooked and nice. Will use this place again the food is good.

I ordered at 17.20 still not received my order and its 19.20. Rang twice to be told it’s on its way. Clearly lying to me. I don’t think we going to get our order, disgraceful place, avoid it.

Just don't bother would be the simplest thing. Food was over an hour late it arrived luke warm and all over the bag. Pizza was like cardboard! Phoned them at least 3 times and they didn't know where the food was! Never again

Ordered here for the first time, food wasn't what you would expect. Ordered a penne alla Romana and it was very bland. Asked for beef on the pizza and got spicy minced meat. Not really what I expected. I have learnt to only buy Italian food from a proper restaurant not takeaways.
