Hi, how can I give this 10 stars? Holly in the kitchen was pleasant and learned everything from the owner (Carolann). Angelica was serving and Irina supported the food is amazing. Please try the pierogies, the chili to die for, and the hummus platter, balanced everything out. Love the ambience, the furniture and the energy

My wife & I discovered a new restaurant in town and had the pleasure of meeting Chef Carol Ann, herself. Go check out Carolann's Cuisines. It's right by the stop light at the corner of Main & Bridge Street. You will not be disappointed! The food, service, and overall vibe was excellent! Her story is unique, and you can taste her passion for food in the recipes. We wish Chef Carol Ann the best of success and can't wait to pop in the next time we're in town. Salud!

I had potato pierogies and Carole Ann added some vegetarian chili on top. It was delicious. I am a vegan, and she was easily able to accommodate! Carole Ann is quite a character, and I had a lot of fun verbally sparring with her about almost everything. I’m planning on being a regular!

I've had lunch here several times. Everything was delicious. Love the saucy meatballs and all the specials. So great to have this gem in town!

Stopped in to Carolann’s for a quick lunch while waiting on a car repair - it’s located right in the center of Main St in the big building that hosts Honeybee’s and Longyear Gallery. Carolann and family were incredibly sweet and made THE most delicious chicken empanadas I’ve ever had. Will definitely be making this a regular lunch stop!

Carolann's is the best in our area! Carefully crafted, fresh, creative and most importantly delicious food. Staff is great!

Excellent soup, chilli and pie. Got it to-go but homey, cozy atmosphere. Give them a try.
