Drive thru is painfully slow. I came around 11:00 and was 4th in line. Waited for 25 min, got to the window and waited another 5 min although my items were sitting there. I would have left but there’s no way out of line once you’re there!

I drive from the next town over to visit this location because they are so fast and my order is made correctly. The staff is ALWAYS kind. (Something I can’t say about other locations) Keep up the great work!

I try to avoid this one due to the fact it’s slow and 50% of the time the drinks aren’t made right idk why but this place always has issues with making the drinks correctly

There's nothing wrong with the service at this location, and the menu isn't bad. It's Biggby as a whole that holds it back, the prices are a little out there especially considering the competition in town. If you're in a hurry and need a drive-thru though, it's your only option. Save your coupons when they send them, or check for BOGO offers before going in.

I like Biggby, but the prices in comparison to similar places are outrageous. The service at this location is always painfully slow, drive thru or inside. And now they ask each time if you want to add a tip to your payment, which I understand they’re just trying to get what they’re working for, but it’s really uncomfortable and makes you feel like you have to say yes because you’re an a$$ if you say no.

Buggby to me is consistent. I really like their coffee options. You can usually always find a coupon and I have not been to one that I have had bad service. I personally like the spotted owl, and the teas they have to offer. Im not able to comment on the food as I have not had it. Yup, I'll go back. 😋

It was the nicest coffee place I been to this year. I only get iced coffee there or hot coco
