I decided to booked a 50 minutes massage for my wife’s birthday, she loved it! The receptionist was super friendly and the establishment is extremely clean. My wife mentioned that the massage therapist was amazing, and courteous. This place is great! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Clean and professional environment. My first time here, and I definitely will be returning. This location is much closer than the Huebner location we normally visit.

Been going here for awhile but my most recent experience was not the best. I felt like I was in a physical therapy session for $99 it wasn’t enjoyable to say the least. I don’t think they have been getting their massage therapist as of lately and with their recent price increases and sub par experience I’m going to try other oak haven locations before I totally say no more to oak haven. Hopefully this was a one off experience Edit** Oak Haven reached out shortly after this review and made it right by offering another session, I think I’ve gotten massages here between my wife and I atleast 10 sessions or more. This is a one off scenario and they made it right immediately with a phone call so I could explain everything. Very good service on their part.

I’ve always had a great experience. They are always professional and very knowledgeable. My last masseuse even recommended particular online yoga videos that would help me work out kinks in some areas at home between massages.

From scheduling to the actual treatment, Sarina, Abigail and Liz, made it a great experience with their attention to detail, great expertise and skill in addressing my pain points and great customer service! My first visit was awesome and Liz even showed me some tips to help with my plantar fasciitis! What a great way to wind down and relax from the stress I had been carrying. I am going back in two weeks!

I absolutely love to go to Stephany. She is such a great therapist. She always fixes me up when I am hurting. Nice clean facilities and Sarah is a sweetheart too.

Everything! I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionists and I didn't have to wait long. My masseuse was Kyle and he was AMAZING! He was extremely professional and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable about the muscles and the way they work in your body. I will definitely book Kyle again for my next massage!

Of all the massages I have received, Brittany, by far, has been the absolute best!!! Not only is she skilled at her profession and very effective, she is so attentive, kind, and truly cares about ensuring your experience is a positive and relaxing visit. I will definitely be coming back to see her again for any future massage needs! ♥️

Every visit has been exceptional, the therapists (Lea & Amina) listen and work on requested areas. Today I had to reschedule an appointment, and Hannah went out of her way to accommodate me. Thank you!

My therapist, Penne is exceptional and the front desk staff are very nice and easy to work with, explain everything and provides information on all new programs! Since working with Penne, I can move around and pain has been reduced significantly!! Oak Haven has been a game changer for me and my body!! They recently started a membership program that has reduced the price significantly!! I go there once a week and it’s the best day of my week!!

Your ridiculous price increase has made it very difficult for people like whom have chronic pain keep up with their therapy! I'm so annoyed and disappointed in your company! I get it the economy but you have had two price increases in the last two years come on get it together!!! I hate this with a passion!

I felt very welcomed and listened to about my concerns. Brittany did an amazing job focusing on the areas that needed the most help and I felt a difference when I left. Will definitely be back!

Love this place. The front desk girls are always so nice. My favorite massage therapist is Penne. I can’t say enough good things about her. She takes her time and really focuses on those problem areas. She is also fun to talk to if you like talking during a massage.

Have loved going here for a few years now. A friend recommended Berto and i haven’t looked back since. I always love seeing Sara’s smiling face at reception. She’s been so helpful in accommodating my schedule.

Mei is a- mei- zing!! She did a phenomenal job. Ive had alot of massages and she really knows what shes doing. Had neck and shoulder tension that was threatening to become a crick. She expertly tackled each area as needed. Will definitely be scheduling with her again!

Jen was awesome. She covered every area of my hurting back. I got great relief! I give her an 11 out of ten.
