The staff welcomed us and greeted us upon first entering the store. All asked if they could help or let them know if we needed help. They were non pushy and very knowledgeable on the inventory in the store. They had a great selection and priced well. Maria helped us she was patient, listened , went above and beyond to make sure we got to try things out and show us the options they had on what we were looking for. They are friendly and all work together well to help their customers. We even went back to get another few pieces to finish our room. We will definitely be returning customers. Very happy with the service!

Came to Lacks to get a love seat. The staff was amazing. They let us decide what we really wanted. They answered all of our questions.And we ended up getting a sofa and loveseat. I highly recommend anyone wanting furniture to go to the Lack's in Alice. You won't be disappointed. 5 Stars to everyone there.
