Been coming here once a month in the morning for 4 months. Drive thru experience is the worst every time but today was exceptionally bad. There was one car parked in the lot and two cars in front of me. It took 22 minutes to complete my order. Once I pulled up to the window to order I didn’t receive any greeting, instead I waited 7 minutes until someone got on to take my order. She apologized for the wait, but that didn’t do much. This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever gone to, avoid at all costs.

I’ve been to this location a few times this week and only once they made my drink right. As a fellow barista/partner, I know what my drinks are supposed to taste like and i’ve been disappointed almost every single time. I’m assuming they’re not following the recipes or something. They’re always friendly and quick but I would rather they make my drink properly and wait the extra couple minutes. It’s on me for not letting them know in the moment, but I know how stressful it can be so I just dealt with it and drank it anyways.

THE WORST DRIVE THRU TURN AROUND TIME. They have you sitting in your car at the ordering screen. What You could do is acknowledge you have a customer and politely ask them to wait a minute instead of being rude. They always screw up my shaken espresso. It’s not a new item On the menu guys. The Starbucks on route 23 rocks. Well managed location, Drive thru TAT is quick, AND they KNOW HOW TO MAKE DRINKS.

The employees here are typically very friendly, but I've encountered issues with the quality of the coffee. I stopped here on 4 different Friday afternoons to get regular coffee. Three of the four times the coffee was luke-warm.

Great Starbucks with lots of seating inside. They do not have the wireless charging pads as of the date of this review, but there are plenty of seats and tables to do work. Only 2 outlets, so a bit difficult to get power to your laptop or phone, but it's a great place for a book

This is the best coffee! I love it. The food is ok. Pre made and heated. I always go to the drive through (I am handicapped and it is the best solution for me). It is a good drive through, but sometimes it seems it is in a different time zone. The lines get really long and it seems to take forever to get a simple coffee. There should be a limit per car. Some people order for 200! (It seems) most on line customers just want to get their coffee and be on their way. Perhaps opening another window! I always over tip for just a coffee and don't mind. However, I was handed a key pad the other day for the specific reason to give a tip. I was astonished. I put my bill back in the visor and placed a tip. Later, I decided the next time, I will say ... politely, no thank you. The person put it out just for the tip . . I already paid! I had a dollar tip in my hand to give her! I hope that ends unless by request of the individual customer.

New to town. Visited this location twice and had pleasant experiences both times. The location is small so the drive-thru gets backed up quickly. I went inside and it was a much easier and quicker transaction. Baristas were friendly and quick.

This is the second time that i have tried to get food and they are out of stock which never happens at other locations. To make matters worse i waited on the drive thru line, i ordered, paid with credit card at the window waited again and then was told they didnt have what i wanted. Worst service. I am always disappointed when i go here which stinks because it would be convenient for me. Will never go there again!

I love this places egg, spinach and cheese wraps because it is really good for my bulk. Could be a bit expensive but it is a Starbucks. Staff are nice.

I ordered a drink incorrectly at this Starbucks, and once they realized that I wanted something else they insisted on serving the one I really wanted (but had never ordered). This despite my repeated insistence on letting it be. Amazing team indeed!

Parking lot is a mess and super tight but it’s in a great location.
