This place rocked. Our waitress CRYSTAL was amazing. Best ever. No waitress is better. Literally made my steak AND served it to me

My waitress was Crystal. She was amazing. Sweet, funny, attentive and helpful. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday 17th birthday and had a great time. Will come again and will request Crystal as our server.. love Outback the food is delicious. Thank you Crystal for making our family outing special.

Food was outstanding. Steak and shrimp were delicious. Always friendly and great service. Highly recommended.

I love this Outback because it's so accommodating but especially for Crystal. She's the best waiter I ever had! She suggested the best drink ever and made my experience so fun and smooth. I hope every time I dine in I get her as my server and if she's not in (which is rarely ever) I hope to get someone half as pleasant as her

One of the best stake house in Wayne Our favorite meat house for many many years , all the way from Australia to here The food is just 5 stars , no matter what you order you will enjoy every bite of it The environment is good , the seats are comfortable You can not even compare it with TGI or other chains , ... Just very very good The cocktails are also very good As expected so is the service Don't even hesitate to pop in and dine here , enjoy

Personally, I would rate my experience at Outback Steakhouse a 10/10, without a doubt. This is largely due to the incredible and sincere service from my new friend, Crystal. Not only did she make me and my company feel more welcomed, Crystal provided top tier service throughout our stay, constantly checking up on us and making sure everything was the way it should be. Crystal’s positive personality and kind-hearted service elevated our dining experience and made my day even better. From giving us helpful insight about items on the menu, to cracking hilarious jokes, Crystal can do it all. She deserves the 5 star rating, and so much more. Thank you, Crystal, thank you for everything.

9.8+ Tonight, we visited outback sth. I received the wrong order and was greeted by the senior manager Felix'. Excellent service 👏 we felt swiftly accommodated. Pleasant server Sabrina. I definitely received the correct order.

I came in with friends tonight, and we had Ella as our server. She was excellent! Very friendly, our drinks were always full, food came out quick. She had a great personality, overall really great server. Would go back there again because of her.

The food is always great, outback is my go to spot. Tori made the entire experience that much better! We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, her favorite part was when they came to sing to her. The energy, the atmosphere, the food 10 out of 10! Thank you so much Tori!!!

Bettina was absolutely great! Very attentive and kind, always checked in after drinks and food came out. Even gifted my girlfriend a bracelet from one of her own. Had a wonderful experience as usual!

Our server Victoria was probable the best outback server we've ever had. She actually asked us our preference for the timing of our meal. We've never had a server ask us before but we really appreciated it bc we don't like everything to be served so close together. She was very sweet.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted and seated with a smile and courtesy. Our waitress is very pleasant and very knowledgeable of the menu. She came to check on us several times. Overall satisfied.

Went to dinner with my dad for his birthday and it was a delicious meal! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and our drinks were very good. Victoria is an excellent waitress and very friendly. Thank you for a great experience!

This will be the last time going here. Once we got our food, service was not very attentive as our waiter (who did have a nice persona) unfortunately, sped past our table most of the time. We didn’t have a chance to ask for certain things. Like missing mashed potatoes or for the check. I understand restaurants get busy and can get stressful. But we were waiting for a whole hour just to get our bill. I Had to ask the manger twice for things. Food wise, I really liked the French onion soup and the baked potato was just okay. I loved the bread but the lobster tail smelled a little bit like the meat was nearing its expiration date. There were some little dark pieces in lobster tail. I cut it out and ate it anyway but I honestly should not have. The bread isn’t worth coming back. Outback, I am breaking up with you. It’s not me, it’s you.

We had dinner here while traveling. The food was very good. The service was decent. We didn't wait long for our meals. We waited a while for the check, but it was not excessive. Overall they did a good job all around. It was a bit cold In the area we were seated, but we were in the back corner, So we ate with our jackets on.

Natasha was an excellent server. We received the best service and she was so kind & attentive. She paid careful attention to my food allergies and was able to effectively communicate them to the chef. We had a wonderful meal & we can’t wait to come back for happy hour!

Our server Bettina took great care of us! The ribs were good, the chocolate thunder was delicious. My one and only complaint was the lack of koalas and didgeridoos on the wall - I miss the more unique atmosphere from back in the day. But more importantly the food and service were great so I would happily come back.

Bettina was very helpful and patient. Just a little pushy on the reviews but I will be happy any day to fill it out. As a mom of 3 kids some waiters are a little aggressive when it comes to ordering cause we never know what to decide or pick, but she really made a wonderful experience for us. Plus the food was excellent.

I have never wrote a Google/restaurant review before, but my party's experience with Bettina was second to none. Bettina was incredibly kind, knowledgable, and checked in on us often. I also appreciated the artwork Bettina drew, so talented!

Had a great experience as always at the Wayne Outback. My husband loves the new Toowoomba salmon and my sirloin is always delicious. Had desert tonight also. Chocolate Thunder from down under and butter cake… So, so good. Our server Crystal was friendly, helpful and polite. Will be back very soon

Wayne Outback was a real pleasure. Definitely a step above the other locations my wife and I have frequented. The food was perfect. And service was incredible. Our server, Victoria was personable, professional, and enhanced our visit. Thank you Victoria and Wayne outback. We will be back soon.

We always enjoy coming to this Outback, the food and service were absolutely on point today. Kudos to the chef and thank you Shannon for absolutely 💯 awesome service. My son had a bite of my ribeye and he said it was life changing 😋.

I have not been to this Outback in at least a year and a half. I had a craving for a steak and baked potato. I was surprised at how quiet the place was, but I was early... it was only 4:45pm. I put in my order and the server was very polite. My salad arrived promptly but it seemed my dinner was taking a long time. At 5:15pm the server came over and informed me they were out of baked potatoes and were making more. However, it would be another 45 MINUTES if I wanted a baked potato. There were maybe 30 people max in the restaurant. Did EVERYONE order a baked potato? It seems if you are a restaurant and most of your business is going to be between 5pm and 8pm, wouldn't you make sure you had enough prepared? If they are out of baked potatoes by 5pm, how many did they have ready. I cancelled my order. The manager came over to try and convince me to accept another side. If I wanted another side, I would have ordered it! He could not explain why they were out of their popular side so early in the evening. It will be at least another 18 months before I go back here again.

Crystal was an absolutely fabulous server, that added to the overall experience of eating at Outback. When we come back, we will ask to sit in her section. She made recommendations on the dishes that were spot on and very helpful. She made our meal experience better.

I want to take this opportunity to extend a "Kudos" to Damian who was our server this evening. Damian was polite and professional. Damian also checked in with us several times, such as he made sure our dinner was fine and to make sure that we were comfortable. Damian did an "excellent" job and we really appreciate his hospitality. I also want to acknowledge Ms. Madison the Manager who greeted us as well. She was very friendly and checked in with us and also thanked us for dining at the Outback Steakhouse in Wayne. We were happy to meet Ms. Madison and we thank her for making sure that the customers are satisfied with their service. I will definitely recommend this Outback Steakhouse to others.

The food was good but it was cold by the time it came to the table. Clean place. Frendly-ish staff. Them appetizer wings were the BEST wings I've ever had! 😋

Had a nice dinner here. Our waitress, was Angelica, who had a welcoming smile and personality. She brought us our drinks quickly along with warm bread and butter. Our prime rib steaks were cooked perfectly. The sides (cream of spinach and baked potato) were excellent too. We did have a little room to split a dessert which finished off our excellent dinner! We will be back for sure!

We had an awesome time with Crystal as our server! We had to wait a bit after we were seated for reasons outside of her control, and she more than made up for it. She told us fun stories too, making it a great experience, not just a meal!

My husband and I came to outback for our small anniversary dinner. Cant go to many places because pregnant but Outback did not disappoint and neither did our server Crystal! If this place had 10 more Crystals, it would be perfect! Shines as bright as her name.

Clean restaurant. Servant was great. Me and my family went during lunch. The food was amazing. Great portions for me and my wife. The kids menu as well. Servant went out of his way to bring our kids food out first. Overall a great experience.

Came here for my mom's bday Great atmosphere our waitress was amazzzing. Food was phenomenal, seriously everything was on point. The twisted ribs were the best any one has ever had anywhere else they fell right off the bone. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Thank you Outback for an amazing bday for my mom.
