My new preferred quick pizza spot. This Deep Dish (square) pizza beats my old time "Pan Pizza" favorite at another pizza location. Crust is thick and greasy which I love! I cannot stop craving the cheese and pepperoni off these pizzas! Sometimes I leave all the crust behind and devour my cheese and pepperonis off the whole entire pizza! 🙈😂

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy bread orders on app and when I picked the order up, one of the pizzas looked like someone just dumped the toppings on there in a hurry. What was supposed to be 3 meat treat looked like a 2 meat mess.

The lady so called a manager can tell her left from right. Order some pizza and when we were there to pick up she decides to let us know there was no ham then she get an attitude when confronted she acts like she is being treated un fairly.. honestly I will be contacting corporate and let them know what kind of management they have ...

This was by far the most horrible team that I’ve ordered from at this location. I called and I was told to hold and I was on hold for 18 minutes. ( I was driving there at the time) I could her the girl who placed me on hold talking unprofessional. She said “everybody and their momma keeps ordering and coming in”. I get there and she is rude to me and tells me “well most people hang up after 5 mins” . That was very rude so I asked to speak with someone in charge and the Manager Juan comes up and I explained to him how I’ve been on hold for so long and I didn’t understand because I just walked in and was the first one in line. Juan just ask me “ so do you want to order or what”. Just a very unprofessional crew. I still ordered because my children were in the car with my husband and when we received our pizza it was so disgusting and Juan who I watched cut and box it cut out pizza so sloppy and I had to go home and cut my pizza myself. Cheese wasn’t even melted and I asked for light sauce and they didn’t even do that right. The dough was soggy and undercooked when my ticket stated well done and light sauce. We always order from this location and this is the first time I had to deal with such an immature and disrespectful crew. Juan and whoever the young lady was in the front definitely need some extra customer service training.

The BEST little Carsars spot in ALL Odessa. Fresh, hot and delicious plus you don't have to wait long. 😋

Why give a time frame and still not have it done in 40 min when said it would be in 15 and still not get the order right.

I love this place every time I go the food is fresh and the three meat thin crust is awesome can't forget the cheese sticks with extra extra extraaaaaa cheese....yeeeessss

The pizza wasn't even luke warm. Like it was made for someone else and we got it. Disappointing.

Way better than the w University location. Made eye contact and acknowledged my existence right away, friendly, helpful, not at all like the employees out west. Pizza was made and cooked to specifications. West University location doesn't put toppings, sauce, or cheese on theirs, I'm surprised there's even a crust in the box as little as they care to do their job correctly. This one and the 42nd Street location absolutely know what to do, when to do it, how to do it and so far, have not let me down at all. Please go out west and teach them idiots how it should be done. Or just replace them all

always friendly and never a problem ordering what I feel like eating. In this case, it was a thin supreme pizza,beer not included👍👍

I like the portals, but I do not like that they throw away pizzas, at least stack by trash for the poor.

Poor service, they screwed up the online order and then said the order was ready to pickup in an empty portal. Pizza was burnt and late.

Pizza was soo horrible, it was stuck to the box and it had no sauce in it. I might as well have ordered cheesy bread.

I went in to order the boys pizza, I had not placed an order bc the store wouldn’t answer their phone. Anyways after waiting in line for 39 minutes and listening to the staff yell at each other do not answer the phone that continues to ring I finally gave up when it was my turn to order at the register and the gentleman tells me it will take another 45 minutes to an hour for my pizza.

I watched the staff let the phone ring with several people in back. They then proceeded to pickup and hang up the phone. I opened my pizza to check the order, and the staff literally said, “The other one looks better” as we both looked at my burnt pizza! This is after I stood in line for 15 minutes (because they wouldn’t take online or phone orders so everyone was coming in) and saw both pizzas sitting out the whole time rather than in the heated oven where they keep cooked food. I asked for the managers name, and was told, “We can’t give out names”. Well, that’s pretty funny considering any other food business has the GM’s name on the door.

You don't have to wait long for your pizza and the pizza and cheese sticks are delicious.

The best Little Caesars in town is the one on the west side on West University I don't know what it is but they make their Pizza more old school like they used to make it and it's so good. The ones in town are different for some reason and just are not as good as in flavor or quality.
