Took my helper there and asked to go in with her since she cannot communicate in other language. The poor service I got from the reception guy is disgusting I must say. Batho Pele principles are lacking

The guy who works at the reception is very rude,who forced him to take the job?

I usually take my son for immunisation and service doesn’t seem to improve. Reception guy always has a rude attitude, the nurse that immunises babies is always late and no action is ever taken against her, waiting period is between 4-5hours before you can be assisted, the only person who seems efficient and punctual at the clinic is the guy giving out the numbers. Nurses always prioritise chitchat over serving patients like they are being forced to do their job, just a bunch of incompetent individuals who feel they are doing patients a favour. People who are there for chronic illness have to wait while standing and there are no chairs provided, no consideration for their illness and it’s embarrassing.

I’ve been waiting to get assistance from for over 3hours Docters/nurses don’t seem interested in their job 💔so sad

1 star is too much…. I was asked to wait on the side for more than two hours and finally when they decided to attend to me they told me I should actually go to a different clinic, funny enough I had a referral letter and they saw the letter when I got there and I don’t know why they didn’t tell me when they first saw the letter… I couldn’t believe them when they told me to go back to the doctor and ask him to change the address of the clinic to a different one… Public workers at that clinic will humble you
