Wow just Wow. I indulge with pamper sessions every now and then and having great nails (hands and toes) is essential. So you could say beauty salons are my thing. I have NEVER received such OUTSTANDING service and delivery on every level. Great management team which means happy staff. Life long relationship 15 years strong already. Gosh here's to many more. A MUST!!

I am 38 weeks pregnant and just had the most incredible pregnancy massage with Violet at Sherbet Angel! Wow! The pregnancy pillow really allowed me to be comfortable on my sides for the massage. Violet is amazing! DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Sherbet Angel Boutique Salon is always such a treat! I'm so glad they moved to Linden! Super friendly and talented staff. Especially happy with their manicures and eyebrow tinting/shaping. More affordable than some other salons while still providing impeccable results and really beautiful setting.

It is always unpleasant to have to make a public complaint about a small business, it is done reluctantly but is necessary. On the 1st of December I made my first visit to this salon and had a good experience. I made a follow-up appointment for some treatments on the 21st of December. In the intervening period I suffered a fractured femoral neck and cannot drive, walk, or go out for anything other than medical appointments for three months while this injury heals. In the week before Christmas I contacted the salon, informed the receptionist about the situation and asked if it would be possible to keep the appointment for one of the treatments, a pedicure, at home. The receptionist was very helpful and assured me that it would be possible but only after Christmas when the business re-opened because they needed to make time in the appointment book for a home visit. I really appreciated this accommodation because proper foot care at this time is difficult due to my limited mobility. I gave the receptionist all of my details including my address and was assured that my appointment and the arrangements were confirmed. Yesterday when I received the appointment reminder for today I sent a WhatsApp confirming my availability, sent a map pin with my address and asked for confirmation that the home visit appointment was still confirmed. There was no reply. I called the salon this morning to establish if the arrangements were still in place and after two phone calls and a WhatsApp message the receptionist told me that she had not schedule the appointment as a home visit and that it therefore could not go ahead as scheduled. When I asked why she had not made the arrangements that she had assured me would be made her response was that she didn't know and all that she could say was "sorry". I was asked if I could accommodate a later appointment today or next week and explained why that would not be possible. If I had known that the salon was going to be so unreliable I would have made arrangements with another establishment. Extremely disappointing. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Sherbet Angel when I am back on my feet.

I really enjoyed the whole experience at Sherbet Angel. I had a full head of blonde highlights done. Tiffany did such a great job of covering previous bad work at another salon. My hair looks natural and healthy. She is really good. Chapa gave me a neck massage while the toner was developing and such good scalp massage when applying conditioner. Sherbet Angel has beautiful decor and a nice vibe. I will definitely go back.
