Poor service Stock is in disarray Called to ask if they had stock of one item, the woman who answered said she'd call me back to let me know after she checked. They never called so I visited the store in person. Needless to say I was greeted with nonchalance. I showed her the picture of what I was looking for. She proceeded to rummage through the display and showed me several items that weren't anywhere near what I'd shown her. So I showed her the image again and she said, "We don't have stock." She wasted so much of my time, only to tell me that they didn't have it. Something she could have told me over the phone.

We just bought a watch(police) ; went home it had no battery; then too top that off after we get a new battery; a few days later we realise the watch is slow ; not even a month into this I have to send it in and wait 2 months for this to be sorted.

Received great service from all ladies but Nhlanhla was rather very rude for no reason . She even overly exaggerated in the enunciation of the total amount due .

I have never been to an NWJ store before. On Thursday it was my first time and WOW 🤩. Lovely, friendly and very informative ladies there. I went back today and again the ladies were wonderful. Unfortunately they couldn’t help me but they gave me a solution 🤗. It’s the consistency for me 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
