We went to the store to buy swimming gear- find, snorkel, nose plug and children's goggles. The store is well laid out and the staff could not have been more helpful. The snorkel was out of stock but they advised how to order it online. From an accessibility point of view, the wide aisles are ideal for mobility aids - wheelchairs, walkers and mobility scooters. The centre also has good ramps. Choc a block with sports equipment so well worth a visit!

I just recently bought two bicycles from the store and no complaints so far with the products. What was absolutely worth noting and complimenting is the outstanding levels of professionalism and friendliness by the staff in general at the store, who also showed a great deal of knowledge on the products they are selling.... I would however like to single out one specific individual by the name of Xolani who went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction on my end. KEEP IT UP GUYS!!!

Everything I need they had it. Hiking, cycling, running,swimming etc. At a very competitive price I could buy it all. Nice big and clean shop. Very friendly helpfull staff! Thank you

Great stuff for both indoor and outdoor spots equipment. The staff there are welcoming and professional.

Disappointed with this store. Poorly laid out, with a layer of dust/grime. Staff actively avoided eye contact and didn't help at all. I was very concerned when the display items were obviously of such poor quality (such as a ripped/dirty tent). I previously lamented no Decathlon stores in the Cape Town until I came here. Rather suggest go to Drifters or Mountain Mail Order for your camping/hiking gear.

The place has a big variety but no sizes. Apparently, their other 2 branches keep more stock, but it's quite far to go just for a few items, so I ended up taking jackets that were too big and getting them altered. I wish they could just keep everything at all their stores😓

This is my go-to store when it comes to anything sport related. I buy all my training clothes here as their stuff is good quality that lasts, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. They cater for almost any sport and outdoor activity, including hiking, snorkeling, surfing, running, cycling, soccer, rugby, horse riding, skating and roller blading etc. I really hope they plan on expanding to Cape Town because for now I just make a plan to go there whenever I travel to JHB. The store is nice and big, the isles don't feel cramped, it's always neat and tidy, they have fitting rooms, and they also regularly have sales and marked down items available.

Recieved my order pretty quickly however I received incorrect items and my items were not there. Which I can understand perhaps human error. However, when this is how your shoes are recieved with empty chocolate wrapping papers inside them ..... ?

Mbali went out of her way to help me as I tried on yoga gear. She stood outside the changeroom smilingly swopping items for me. It's so pleasant to get good service. Another young lady helped me pick out a yoga mat - she too was very helpful and patient. Decathlon has a wide selection of sports gear.

Lots of stuff and at really good prices. I could however not get a whistle which was strange. They should maybe consider the stocking umpire apparel as well. Great place though

I'm was a big fan of Decathlon. I ordered a pair of shorts online because they didn't have my size in store. The shorts arrived in store 4 days later, without notification, and I opened the courier packet to find the shorts have arrived however with a mark on them. I requested that the shorts be exchanged and delivered to me. This was on 30 November. Mathabo promised to contact me the same day to make arrangements yet I'm still waiting 5 days later. I sent a message on Facebook yesterday. No response.

Great variety of all sorts of different sports gear and accessories! Definitely well worth the visit for quality sportswear

Worst service ever. When I asked for the manager, I was refused to see the manager. When I asked about the underwear (The underwear that appears on Decathlon for a sale for R99.00, it is runners underwear, which I wanted initially). They said they do not have it in the store and I need to drive to Centurion to get it. When the we asked about the under wear, they told me that they do not have anything. When I asked the lady as to why they said they don't have anything, the lady said she only works there on a Sunday and does not know anything. How can you employ people without training and to know what is in the store and what is not? This is very concerning. I will not waste my money and time on Decathlon with such a useless service.

Great store with everything you need. Only would love to see larger shoe sizes

Big shout out to the salesman Ndhuma at Boksburg Decathlon for going the extra mile getting me stock from the Alberton branch , he got into his own car drove to Alberton and kept me updated during the whole process. Outstanding customer care ☆☆☆☆☆
