Bought a coffee.it tasted delicious.but bathroom had what smelled like a homeless guy.after25 minutes of waiting .the guy showered in there .floor full of water.and paper towels everywhere and boy was it dirty after.had to walk across the street to Albertsons for restroom. Sorry Starbucks man this is gross and unhealthy I will only get coffee from drive thru

This location is a hit or miss. They put regular milk instead of oatmilk, which they charge an extra 70cents for oatmilk!!!!!!!!! I can tell the difference! I can't drink dairy.

I will never return to this location, or any others. I've had bad experiences with many of the Las Vegas locations in the Northwest. My family and I stood at the cou ter for about 10 minutes before anyone said a word to us. This is unacceptable! They didn't even acknowledge we walked in. We waited another 10 to 15 minutes before we got our drinks. My wife and I ordered a Carmel crunch as advertised. It didn't even have the little crunchy things in it. The girls that work there seem to pay more attention to the drive through than the customers inside the building. All in all, this visit here was frustrating and unprofessional. It's pretty sad that an Albertsons or Target store is faster and more friendly than the actual Starbucks location.

Took a friend to Starbucks. Friendly & helpful staff, great service as usual, and nice relaxing atmosphere.

Normally I get my coffee and go but Natalie was so sweet and bubbly that I had to post about her service and attitude. So amazing made my day going through that drive through

The employee at the drive thru was so nice completely welcoming,happy, definitely made the Morning so much better to start off we honestly need more enthusiastic, cheerful, joyous people like her in the work field

This location is always incredibly busy but the staff is always very accommodating, friendly, and is always doing their best to make sure that your order is complete and as quickly as possible.

They're nice but it's kinda messed up that I get charged almost a dollar extra for my milk substitutions just to not get it and for the employees to just gossip. Every time and end up with an expensive stomach ache. I honestly prefer the one inside Albertsons.

Probably the slowest starbucks in this area.. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for a online order of 2 drinks. Upon arrival the drive thru lane was 10 cars deep and inside, there were several people waiting. I was assuming they had ordered online also. The employees seemed out of place, confused and disorganized. I understand morning rush, but cmon. This isn't my first time at this location, and it is convenient since it's on the way to drop my kids off at school. But next time I'd rather go out of my way and visit the skye canyon location, which seems to be the BEST in the area.
